Fantastic app, clean ui and really simple to use after you've finished a set. The developer is extremely responsive and has already implemented two suggested changes that have improved the app, including better weight incrementing for progressive overload on isolation exercises. The only thing needed now is an easier way to get between my custom workouts. Other than that, this app should be number one of it's kind on the play store, no ads and feature rich, yet beautifully simple. Keep up the great work!
I really wanted to like this app but ran into some issues with it. My custom workout doesn't seem to work correctly, it never shows me the workout for the correct days. That and workouts that I previously logged seem to have disappeared. I think I'm just going to go back to an excel sheet. Good ideas here though!
I really want to give this app 5 stars but I can't. it's a great app, I can make my own workout I don't have to pick through a library of workouts like other apps, but in two areas it falls short for me. One of which is that for some reason it's mixing up my workouts I'll have bench on my back day when that's not how I made my program. The second is a "pro" version, it allows for a black theme and I believe some other stuff but it just seems silly to me. But try it out for yourself!
Just installed it. Seems really great, but would be great to be able to set smaller increments of weight. For example, I want to be able to do reps of 35lbs, but the closest I can get is 33lbs. This tweak is a great step in the right direction for 5⭐ at first glance :)
I really like the smooth and clean UI of this app! I have however been running into an issue when making a custom program, it doesnt actually prompt me with the exercises I set for each day, it moves the exercises around to different days. Is there a way to fix this?
Beautifully designed app, works like program manager, can't set different workouts for different days but rather a static list if workout for each of 7 days, two consecutive Monday I don't do same lifts for chests. This app is not for me but it's well crafted I cannot keep Ave anything apart from 5 stars. Functional and beautiful.
Love this app! I had a suggestion for an improvement and Dan (developer) got back to me within 12 hours and had implemented the update within 24 hours of my suggestion. Amazing work from tihe Dev, extremely impressed! On top of that, Dan followed up with email to check how the update was and whether it was what I wanted. keep up the great work!
So I really like to app very easy to use and there are no ads (love this!). However, the simple design and easy access has one down fall... when you create your program I wish it allowed you to choose a name for the program (for my own vanity... sorry), how many week it ran, and how many workout day per week. Anyway still love the app... might even consider being a supporter to get this dark theme I read about. If there's a way to make that change please let me know! I will happily test it out
Probably the most streamlined gym app that I've used. I enjoy the simplistic design and how everything moves smoothly. Setting up a personal program is easy and ridiculously simple to edit.
App is perfect! I love how minimalistic it is, yet has all the features you'd need for a workout routine. Above all that it's even free!
Have some really anoying bugs when you are working with a custom program, mixes the exercises with other days. Its a really good app. U just need fix that.
Clean interface, no ads. Please change the input setting so that the sets and reps can be typed in, not just scrolled. (And without a limit please, some of us do more than 25 reps per set for certain exercises)
Needs to have a higher weight limit. 120kg is way too low especially for Deadlifts and squats. Ideally should not cap out.

Does anyone know how to select a particular custom made workout per day? it just seems to cycle through the workouts instead

This is great! I've been looking for an app like this for a long time, one where I don't have to spend ages looking at my phone in the gym, trying to simply record reps or quickly change the weight I'm doing. I also love the fact that you don't have to select a bunch of "preset" exercises, you can just create your own exercises without any fuss. To add to the experience, it's very easy to contact the developer to request a new feature. Within a week of me recommending a new feature regarding minimum weight increases per workout, Daniel had already updated the app. Overall an awesome app, it's simple and neat, and that's a VERY GOOD thing!
