I enjoy using this app. The exercises are well shown and the option of simple timed workouts is very convenient to fit in around other training and lifestyle. Perhaps, a suggestion might be to consider the level of difficulty of some exercises and provide alternative adaptations for safety and enjoyment. Overall, this is a great free app and easy to use.

Best I've found so far but... I really like that the demos are clear and the order of workout logical (take note TRX...!) so if you need to change the position of the straps it tends to be for a few sets, preceeded and followed by a break in order to allow you the time to do so. The works themselves are pretty challenging, and very easy to increase time spent. The downside I guess is that the order doesn't change at all, its the same every time.

Absolutely fantastic app. Just what I was looking for. Very minimal advertising that is not intrusive. A large number of exercises and everything is very intuitive. I changed the standard time between exercises to 15 seconds because it takes me a while to get my shoes in the straps sometimes. My only request would be to have a button that provides some coaching or tips on each exercise as some can be a little tricky to follow just based on the demonstration video. This app has made me look forward to each gym session.

I would give it five stars, but it's missing some standard exercises (bodysaw, dips, pull ups/chin ups, etc). Also, I have no idea how to delete items out of a custom workout, and rest should be able to be inserted at custom intervals so that a workout can contain a mixture of single, super, and giant sets rather than at seemingly random intervals. Also, being able to search the compendium of exercises would make customization less of a chore.

Not for Beginners! Although the library of exercises is great the preset workouts just don't give you enough time to get the technique right, by the time you have the movement correct and done 1 or 2 it's onto the next. It doesn't tell you how long the straps should be for each exercise let alone give you time to change them. The only way to use this app effectively is to create your own workout plan, but then I can do that on a piece of paper so what's the point of having the app!

Not bad! Links to Google fit and the workouts are intense. Things to improve: when using the full body workout, the exercises are exactly the same, in the same order... Also when selecting a certain group of muscles (such as back/shoulders), I get the same exercise A LOT and some unrelated exercises (legs/glutes). Viewing the exercises from the side only is not enough, could we have changing views? No form instructions. Premium version does not unlock much except for lower body.

A fantastic app overall but, unlike the other apps made by this dev, has a tendency of repeating the exact same exercises for each workout type. I normally do a 'full body' circuit and the exercises seem to be an identical order each time. To be clear, I love this app, but I would welcome some slight changes to exercise variation.

I initially gave this app a 5-star rating. After several months of using it I've come back to update my experience. The app is great aside from the fact that in 12+ months of using it no new exercises have been added to keep routines dynamic. I also find it frustrating that the built-in routines do not permit the user to remove certain exercises. Additionally you can only skip routine exercises a handful of times before the app refuses to substitute the next exercise (very frustrating).

Great simple app with animated demos of each exercise and a good variety available. I tend to preview suggested workouts then pick the exercises suited to me so don't really know how the workouts themselves are, but very pleased with it for what I use it for. Could be improved with suggestions to make exercises easier or harder according to your level, but for a free app I'm certainly not complaining. More diverse models would be a huge improvement, currently only thin & muscular white bodies.

Good app, with a good set of exercises. I am using it once a week to augment my workout routine. Holding back a 5/5 rating for the following reasons: 1. Some of the exercises require alteration of band length but 30s of time between sets is not enough to do this. 2. I use a door frame to hook the suspension but that makes some of the workouts not very convenient to perform.

Pretty good app for a suspension trainer. Better than the TRX app. Decently customizable once you upgrade to the premium version which is definitely worth the few dollars. Not all the exercises are demonstrated the way I want to do them but that's an easy work around. I can create my own workouts with the exercises I want for the duration I want.

Easy to use. Each exercise is demonstrated. The stock exercise sets include a good list of basic exercises. To create your own workout you have to buy the app. I suggest you do so. Creating your own workout is easy and adjustable after you create it. You are able to define excersise time/rest options.

I don't normally rate apps, this one I had to. After a week on the free version, I upgraded to the once off paid version. Not because I needed to the free one had everything I needed, it was because I felt it was worth my money. The app itself is simple to use. It better then the TRX app. It's easy to switch from exercise to another. If you use a suspension trainer, delete all apps and just use this one. One last thing I love how it works if the training session was too hard or not, then adjust

The app works well, the database of exercises is very long, and there is great use of graphics to show you how to do the exercise. BUT, because each exercise is only one set, and can't be adjusted for multiple sets, this app is essentially useless

Does what should do. Only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't pause during a routine. You can skip back but then you are likely to get a different exercise. Pausing would be quite helpful as it is hard to switch positions within the alloted time period sometimes.

This is super. Its clear and the exercises are easy to understand. I find it better than the industry standard Trx app because here you have total control and the interface is less gui. Great stuff go straight to the premium to unlock customer workouts an excellent touch. One niggle the premium version has an add in it which I thought I'd paid to remove.. Please remove this deceptive add. Thanks

Only juat started using the app and I paid so I could make my own workouts. Wasn't expensive. Overall I like the simplicity of the app and I find it really easy to use. To make it a 5 star review I would like a notes section when you complete the workout. I like to write how hard i worked out, did I work for the full amount of time etc. Without this it's hard to see if you are progressing as you only get cals and time as readings.

The worst training app I've ever used. 1- there is no way to skip the rest time to start the workout. 2- there is no progress bar, you don't know where in the training you are. 3- there is no pause, if you exit the app it restarts. 4- you can't tell if the timer is for rest or actual workout. 5- skipping an exercise is not quite clear. 6- can't go back to redo the exercise.

This is a great tool and I find it easy to customize. It fullfills all my expectations, but did not exceed expectations. It be nice to have clearer access or more views of some exercises to ensure I am doing it correct.

Hackjob app, bad programming but I do like the animations. First, why are REPEATED scissor kicks, hamstring pullins and wide squats part of the back and shoulder routine? Second, how hard is it to program an extra delay before an exercise that requires more than 10 seconds to get into? Going from vertical to horizontal with a strap adjustment takes more than 10 seconds.

the ads are so intrusive the app is unusable and the "text to speech" thing is very annoying. Decent visuals and timer feature, but I'll be using other apps with less interruptions.

Provides superb workout routines to get the most out of TRX straps. The many exercises are shown clearly and are fairly easy to follow. By adjusting alloted preparation time ( & making use of pause button :) ) you can tailor the workout to your training level. You can pay to get further customization.

I am a beginner. What would be a great addition is any sort of guide to the resistance bands and suggestions for what to use for each workout as I have no clue and that may single handedly defeat me from getting into this.

Great workout! Much better than the TRX app because there are way less changes in band length. I wish they had one that incorporated other workout tools (like an option to add kettle bells or jump ropes), but in terms of the app itself and the included workouts I'm very satisfied.

Great workouts, you can change the length of the workout every time, some exercises may become repetitive at times but it's a total body workout regardless of which program you choose, I could stay in the gym for 1.5 hours but struggle to complete a 30 min leg workout with this program. If it weren't for the lock down I would have never tried this, for myself this is my silver lining to the lockdown!

Update - Over a year and there is zero update or additional exercise added to the app wish it was not so I using the paid version of the app. I like that u you customize your workout wish there were more variations of exercises and was clubbed into individual muscle groups. There are so many more exercise variations you can include. Please do so soon

No bells, no whistles just a great app. The included workouts are great and I love being able to create and save my own custom workouts. I also like listening to my own music and not someone else's idea of motivational tunes.

Good overall, but be better if it allowed more time for some of the transitions / had a pause function. I ended up skipping some exercises because I didn't have time to prepare in the time available (e.g. usually where foot stirrups were involved).
