World Airports

The first airport I looked up OR TAMBO give the old ICAO code. App no good unless updated.

very useful.it helps me to get latest notams and updates immediately. jut love it will be great if have snowtam also. i love it

App gives you really old information about the airports.

Very useful but the Airport details need updating...eg EGLC changed runways years ago to 09/27 due to Mag Var

Doesn't include US Army Heliports. METAM much better app, with Metar, TAF, Notams, etc

Useless app

Very useful software

The good: Shows a lot of airport data without the fuss. The bad: (1) Full screen ads. (2) No widget. (3) No caching for offline use. (4) App remains open after closing it and continues to use CPU in the background, causing battery drain and overheat. (5) Asks access to read device ID and user info, which aren't required to pull freely available weather data.

Says need valid internet connection and closes but has no trouble displaying advertisements. Update: They've apparently fixed it. So far so good.

Good application. Please add a function for offline viewing of last downloaded metar, taf and notams for all favorites.

Seems quite complete. Easy to retrieve information. Should be great app for pilots. However, an option to decode "raw" data, particularly for weather, would be extremely nice. THX!

First free aviation application with everything on it work just fine..

This app looks nicer than the last one I tried. But neither of them fetch the data I know is available on the Airservices Aust. site, so not good for Australia I'm afraid.

Would not find Brize Norton - hardly an insignificant airfield! Haven't bothered to look further. Useless

Very easy to use and includes old METARs so you can see what the trends are. The user interface is also very sleek and clean.

Not only reads and displays Metars, but also decodes them. Only thing that could improve it, would be an auto refresh function ( maybe it has it already, and I've just not found it yet )?

I couldn't find major airports in it. Well, disappointing

As a keen amateur meteorologist, I find this app extremely useful and easy to use.

It does what you want it to do plus it breaks it down for you in plan English but I wish the ads would disappear

This app really works.

Both METARs and NOTAMs should be able to be decoded.

Second time I tried this and again after a few hours I found it was uninstalled by itself. I like it easy to use format but why does it not stay on the fone. (Galaxy S4)

Worked great but suddenly doesn't show all notams :(

Limited database. Only major airports are listed.
