Scammy. I had a look for fun because in my country the spa race is supposed to be live, but it only has a half hour timeslot (pathetic). I was curious how much a race costs to watch. Instead of getting a price, the app tries to get you to sign this subscription without specifying the costs in advance. It's like a sneaky slimy contract that isn't clear in any way. Created account, paid for season pack. But account continuously shows no purchase. Update. Been given full refund. Assured new version of the app soon to be released and this app will then work on android devices. Will up rating when this happens.
Purchased season pack, asked to download the latest version of the app. Opened latest version from play store. Asked to download latest version from the play store. Rinse. Repeat.
It's great when it works. Sitting here at Sebring during the 1000 and it's telling me to download the latest version even after Uninstaller and reinstalling three times now.
Told to download new version, but there is no new version... In the middle of a race... Works now, but still weird behavior with splitscreening
Tried downloading new update and did so but when I try to open it, it keeps saying there is a new version... not working at all at this point even after restarting my phone.
The app wont shut off even when force closed. Have to restart entire phone or uninstall to stop. I uninstalled. Its much faster than restarting
Something is wrong with the app because when I was trying to purchase a subscription of 6 race for the 2022 season but it won't let me purchase it. Fix it as possible
At the Sebring 1000, app worked fine up until the race and now asks for me to update and after i update, continues to ask me to update. Pretty damned worthless. Seems typical of how wec treats the everyday fan.
Every time I try to access the site, I keep getting a message to download a new version. But when I uninstall and re-install, I keep getting the same message.
Downloaded yesterday so I can use today, to be told download new version which failed to download and open. Very disappointing.
Great app but it needs to update for every race and it does not show the fastest lap for qualifying
Reasonable App when it is working. Worst issue is having been locked out of the replay mode that I have paid for on several occassions, and as might be expected the button to Report Problems not functioning, so needing to uninstal then reinstall the App to get working again. Today's problem is NO entries - cars, teams and drivers have all gone. Perhaps 2 stars is a little high.
extremely disappointed that it wants to charge me for live streaming content...BEFORE telling me that its not availavle in my country...surely there should be a simple bit of code in this app that states unless user is from US/Canada then they dont even get the option to buy into live streaming? Serioisly i coild have lost £8.99 for ONE race and not been able to enjoy it. thats absolutely appalling. Sort it out
Ok, if you have a perfect internet connection. If your connection has a slightest hiccup, it just gives up and says can't play video. You then need to restart app and things start working. Makes it useless when out and about.
Great to watch the races but terrible technical support. Sent out several emails and not one response. Absolutely awesome coverage of the races but if you have any issues you'd be better off asking a magic 8 ball.
So much negative reviews but to be honest, works perfectly for me and it is very easy to use as well. But the only feature that will make the app better is that there can be an option of selecting our favorite teams and be able to see news about our favorite teams and drivers.
Very helpful and quick support on a Sunday during a race. I created my account with the wrong email and they promptly helped me fix it. App works great, the reminders are very helpful for catching the races. 5 star.
I love this app, and the reliability of it. I would happily rate it 5 stars if it had the capability of being able to beam to my television. I really hope you are making this function available for a full fan experience.
Paid for Season 19/20 but doesn't show up that I did. Still waiting for them to reply. Not happy.
Live timing is not correct. I don't care about videos and stream problems, but it is really disappointing that on live timing says that everyone is running, when many of cars are retired... It is so confusing..
They didn't post up the last hour of Le Mans 24hr race in the replay section. The replays don't include any on screen graphics eg leader boards, car telemetry. There are no periodic recaps.
Unable to open App
Purchased the pass for LeMans 2021. Absolutely worth every penny so far - works great on the app but even greater on desktop with cross platform support. Pick your onboard cam or watch the general feed with tons of data and statistics. If you are a LeMans fan and can't be there in person - this is your best ticket. Love it. Watching live FP3 on Thursday now there's plenty of mileage left for this race pass till Sunday. Go get it!
Purchased the $10 coverage for LeMans 2019. video stopped working pretty much immediately. after corresponding for hours with support they ask if I am based in the USA. I am and they tell me I am geolocked from watching the race. What kind of application doesn't inform you of that or prevent you from purchasing content you cannot view? better yet, they offered no solutions or refunds.
App won't even log in so I can't even watch the race I paid to see. Stuck at "loading" forever. Cannot recommend until critical features are actually working.
Offered me a package that included video for 24H Le Mans, but when I want to watch that live, found out it's geo-blocked. The app should be banned for stealing people's money.... Also, for races that aren't geo-blocked, full screen does not respect which way the phone is turned, putting the video upside down.
Video keeps breaking and can't be played, and in app purchase are not accessible on the same website interface - so basically that's trying to steal your money. Stay off this scam.
I'm currently at Sebring for the 1,000 miles race. I've been trying to load the app for the last 6 hours. Now I get an error message that says I need to update to the current version even though I have the current version. So I uninstalled & re-installed the app & still get an error message telling me I need to update. The app worked fine for timing & scoring yesterday during qualifying.
