Have tried to log on with this app only to be told I have a World Acct and to log on with that app. But there is no World Acct app that I can find. Useless. No help whatsoever. Bank Transfer rates are also extremely high. 10 times the fee of Wise. Won't be using this company for long.
Caution - false advertising. They claim to support currencies on their website that they don't actually support when you try to make a transaction. They telephoned me to try to onboard me (!). During the conversation they confirmed that they don't support these currencies, so it's definitely false advertising, which is illegal in Australia. This begs the question: if they're willing to break this law, what other laws are they willing to break?
Lousy app. Stuck at address kept prompting incorrect. What's up with the survey at setting? Can't move on from there either.
Terrible app. Used to be easy to use then insisted on pushing me down a fingerprint log in path that does not work for me
very buggy. could not add account as it thought address field was empty when it was not. painful app.
I find this app unusable and have to resort to my pc to effect a transaction, so the advantage of mobility is lost. Why is there no live rate for GBP/EUR?
Apps useless now, stuck on the authorize page so can't finalize transactions
Worked fine the first time tried it a second time and then would not work.

Tried to sign in, was told I have a world account and I need to use the world app. There is no world app

Do your research before you trade with World First, as there are similar service providers that offer slightly better rates and, more inportantly, much more flexibility
It was a great app but just now it is not.
Since the new update I can longer transact using the app. When I go to the last screen I get an error message. It also takes longer to select each option and it is generally just more frustrating to use.
I have used Worldfirst for years. Good service and good exchange rates, far better than the banks. The app worked well for me. A bit hard to find though.
Doesn't even allow payments to companies... Only personal transfers. Terrible

Oh dear, World First....... great website, deplorable app..... surely it's worth your while investing a few dollars to get a decent app, have happy customers and make bad reviews a thing of the past
This is the second edit of my review following updating the app by mistake and so ended up with the latest version. I am making this plea to the developers - PLEASE REPUBLISH v2.4 AS A DIFFERENT VERSION IN THE PLAY STORE SO THAT THOSE OF US WHO NEED A FUNCTIONING APP CAN GET ON WITH EVERYTHING ELSE WE HAVE TO DO. Whilst the newest version doesn't seem to be crashing as much, WHERE HAVE SAVED TRADES GONE?? Seriously guys, this is ridiculous for a company that does so well in every other way. Once again I'll be relying on sideloading a backup of the old app and trying to avoid it updating. I'm an optimistic person so maybe we'll see a result in 2018...
The app has many bugs. Don't hold much confidence in security!
Just a poor app that needs a complete rewrite. Basically no really point in it as it stands. Dialogues keep coming up too.
Where are the up to date currency rate graphs?
Version 3.1 just downloaded and it keeps crashing when I try to access 'Saved trades'. The app just closes. Before this update everything worked fine. Please look at adding finger print login as well.
Continues to come up with internal error.not sure why it needed to change from the previous app.
I have changed phones and the app no longer works. I can't even open it now. Tried re-installing but still not working. Frustrated!
Bad app. Minimum of 2k to transfer
Previous version was useful providing guidance, up to date currency rates etc. Now just a useless app and I will resort to phoning WF and I will be deleting it. Why do companies like going backwards??
Don't waste your time. Very frustrating as it doesn't work. Gone back to using Transferwise as that is so much simpler to use and works every time.
this AP used to work fine... but now doesn't. i called the company several times, they called me back but none of the solutions they offered worked. basically I can't use the phone ap to transfer money. I have to go to PC which is not convenient when you travel.
