World Geography - Quiz Game

Excellent for learning a bunch of geography basics and advanced topics. The only drawback is that the order of what you unlock is not up to the users preference, but I guess that's how they get to make more money of of you. I managed to learn all my countries, their flags, where they are located in the world quickly (2 mths) but even if I'm not interested in the country leaders, your forced to go thru the "quests" otherwise they never change. A few suggestions: ... But I'm out of characters

I like this app immensely - it's challenging and I've significantly increased my knowledge of world. I will be uninstalling it, however, because I have started uninstalling all apps when ads automatically play with sound. I understand that the developers do not have precise control over the ads that play on their games, but I'm hoping they will use their influence to stop the practice. Thanks for some truly interesting hours!

Fantastic! Smooth playing, clean to look at, great to be able to look up further information. Ads are minimally intrusive, and the whole experience is totally welcoming even to someone who hasn't paid anything...but I probably will upgrade to ad free to send some $ support for an amazing product. I have learnt so much, this is exactly what I hoped it would be. I love the progressive levels(which you can opt out of by pressing the dot)if it gets too hard as you move up. Thank you whoever made it!

This is awesome! If gradually quizzes you first for just pointing countries out on a map and only the countries of the world. Then you unlock usa states, then islands and finally what seems to be hundreds of regions in the countries of the world. It's very gradual and you get to learn about countries' flags, religions, capitals, provinces, languages and much much more. It's a fun way to become more aware about other places in the world

A multiple choice quiz of country outlines, capitals, flags, major religion and more. There are updates when a head of state changes. You're ranked for total points of the round vs other players for the current day, points year-to-date, and since you started playing. There is a chance for bonus points at the end of each round which can net you an extra point up to 1000s of extra points. If you are fascinated about geography, or just want to improve your skills, download it.

This is absolutely amazing. I love playing and learning geography! Ads are relatively non-invasive. The only feature I would like to see added is to review all of the data points (e.g., countries on the map, capital cities, flags, etc.) I've already answered as a way of review. Love this app!

I love this app! I have learned so much from playing and sometimes the information sparks my interest to do more of my own digging. The only thing I dislike is that you can't transfer your progress from iphone to Android, so I lost a LOT of levels of progress. Since I had to start over it's less motivating to play because it's so easy now.

The programmers are v prompt in updating facts. It's getting a little old being asked the names of islands in the Pacific that I can't really distinguish on the map. It would be great to be able to activate something like "Please don't ask me this again." It would help in learning context to see the surrounding neighborhood (countries, bodies of water, etc.) with labels after getting an answer wrong. It would also be great if answer choices weren't random, but humanly chosen tricky options.

One of the best geo quiz games I've come across, fun and educational. However, it's not perfect. Questions very occasionally repeat themselves, and though the game is free, you will have to slog for months to unlock the entire game. The alternative is to pay for it, however, if you were to unlock every paywall in the game it would set you back more than some AAA games cost. Still a great game though.

I really enjoy this game! I enjoy as is, and have constructive ideas. Namely, being able to look at near by countries after a answer is revealed. Especially having a reverence globe. An index would also be wonderful. Also hard to gain experience points, and the awards are set up in a confusing way. Frustrating not to be able to challenge until such a lot of play. Overall,still enjoy the game and like it very much. Thanks!

Good way to learn map, flags, capitals. Best part is that the app keeps repeating few questions, which ensures that the user can properly memorize all possible details, especially few unknown / not so familiar countries. UI & UX is smooth and flawless. Keep up the good work! It would be really great if you can make it an offline app. I will be able to use it,, even when the phone is close to my infant. Thanks.

This game is a fantastic learning and/or review tool. I'm impressed with the amount of flexibility to customize quizzes. I'm only on level 10, so can't access many of the subjects yet, but am pretty content with country, capital, and flag for now. I enjoy being able to choose which of those topics I'm quizzed on, as well as which continents are included. Great job, devs!

Very challenging! I find the country outlines especially difficult but I am starting to get them regularly. I have learnt a lot of World geography and that really helps me when watching the news. I find the ads unobtrusive. As.well, it's a hard game! I've been playing about 4 years and I'm still learning. Thanks for a excellent game that is teaching me about how humans are distributed on our planet.

A brilliant game with lots of different quizzes, difficulty levels and achievements. It's my favourite geography game so far. The country information is updated very quickly. The only thing it's missing is a viewing mode of the world where you can tap a country and see all the information you need to learn for the quizzes. I use a different game app for this. A big thankyou to the developer!

Whilst the interface isn't the flashiest, it is certainly very functional. This app is ideal for improving on your geographical skills. The increase in difficulty is challenging, but the app is very encouraging of both being fun and helping you improve your skills. The ads are neatly placed to avoid too much inconvenience. A must have if you want to improve/test your geographical knowledge!

Really educational app to learn the vital stats of countries and other places on the map. I like that it updates you on changes in stats as they happen, as it makes me feel like I'm more up to date on world events. (At least the obscure ones). The levelling and rewards system are structured well and I enjoy spending a half hour or so on it each day.

This is an excellent game, but it took me a while to figure out how to remove the ads, so here it is: From the main menu go to "Game." Then go to "Shop." In the Shop, on the very top, you'll see "No Ads" and in front of it "$1.99 USD." Other things are available to purchase on that list such as extra lives, points, etc. I deally, the ad removal option would be under the "Settings" menu. Note again that you can purchase different things in different places (such as customised sign in name for $0.99) but these do not remove the ads.

Great Game. It is refreshing a lot of what I used to know and adding those things I didnt. And I love maps. A ton of different questions. The game is adding to my knowledge of the world, one continent at a time. I do wish, however, that the option categories opened more quickly than they do. I have been stuck at the languages level for some time now despite good scores.

I really like that as you progress through the game, you unlock more types of tasks and the tasks you already have access to, get more advanced. So the game becomes ever more challenging, you learn incrementally, and it doesn't become boring. Well done. A little bit addictive. Probably by design, but be careful, and check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Really in depth quizzes, building up knowledge as you go. You will go over covered material enough to practise it but it isnt repetitive, good mix of new and old as you build. This was really what I have been looking for, trivia/quizzes with this depth covered. Flags were always a struggle for me, now I am getting the hang of them, as well as outlines and so much more I never thought I would retain. Intuitive, easy to use, non intrusive adverts, very well designed. Not flashy or gimmicky. 5*

Very good app, educative and entertaining if you are into learning more about our world geography and demographic information. As a suggestion, it would be great if, in the section "others" (where we can view provinces and regions), we could select them by country or, at least, by continent. Other than that, fantastic app.

This is a great app! It helps with all sorts of geography problems. There are many fun mechanics and things to keep you interested in the game. The only problem I have with it is the UI. It is not at all user friendly and it very bland and sharp. I believe that if the developers could update the UI to look more modern and fresh, this could be the top geography app in the app store.

Very quick to load and play. Somewhat intuitive. I haven't discovered how the reward system works fully. Great to improve your geographical knowledge. As an ex-geography teacher it's plugging the gaps. Judging by the responses of most competitors on TV quiz programmes they could do with using it. Love it!!

Very addictive and great for learning! I do feel some questions about some flags and capital cities are too advanced. I enjoy that it is challenging but asking to identify a flag from a country I don't even know (that the rare person would have even heard of) is not important to me. Knowing what and where the country is yes. Nor do i want to see the flags from the actual states in the Unites States (Utah, Colarado, etc). More practical questions would be great! 😊

Marvellous simple yet complete game. The graphics could look newer, but doesn't really matter. I learned more about geography, countries and my favourite, flags with this game than with all other sources in my life combined. I've been playing for years, but never reviewed it, sorry. Thank you for this great game!

I'm only rating this app as an early user. The current mapping view tools only have 2 views which makes it difficult to learn about borders when too close. The controls are fair to good and gameplay is interesting, I'm actually learning about other countries I never knew before. it's taking a long time to get higher rewards but hopefully as I learn more I will get there.

Incredibly well made and fun, but the fact that you have to play an insane amount to unlock all the parts of the game is just unfair and you are forced to buy them - if it were cheaper or you could buy bigger packs cheaper I would consider buying a few, but when it's forced like this I won't buy a single thing. You also need more and more experience to unlock them and I can't imagine the amount needed close to the end of the game. Buy to play at a certain point!

It is a fun game where you can learn countries in quiz form. You have to redo all your wrong answers until you get them right, which helps you to remember the right answers. It has different levels so that you are not overburdened with learning too much. As you progress, you can learn more things like population and governments of the countries, but if you don't want to have them in the quiz, you can go to "options" and turn them off. I really like that feature! It's a great learning game.
