doesn't sync with fitbit brand. cannot view Canadian gym info or schedules, cannot load/sign up for classes or workouts because it requires wearables (that it doesn't sync to). starting to regret my membership, since the gym itself isn't all that impressive. there's barely any room in the women's only area. just treadmills and weights. no floor room.
Whenever I try to save a workout, the app freezes and when I try to go back to the main menu it asks me to save my workout. I'm unable to actually save anything and I've tried a few times now.
Does anyone even monitor this app? It has next to no actual information on the gyms class schedules, leaderboards, or any information advertised in the app. From my (very quick) look through of the app the only thing you get is a chance to add your workouts and info on personal stats but I can already do that with literally every device I own which makes this app useless. If the app stays this way it's a waste of storage space and it might as well not exist on the app store.
Just downloaded and app is lacking/ extremely basic. I'm not able to connect it to my fitbit. No class schedule. No fitness challenges. Only thing I am able to do is refer friends.
Total disappointment. Downloaded to get class schedules, says no data/classes available. Pointless app. The feedback function in the app, does nothing.
App is useless. No classes available. It would be nice to sign up for classes thru the app. Also, would be great to book the kids World thru the app instead of calling all the time.
Terrible. Might the most useless app I've ever used. Doesn't function doesn't populate doesn't let me connect to Google Fit. I used it for 5 minutes and then deleted. Don't waste your time if you're reading the review.
Crappy..useless..and virtually no local content from my gym. This app could be useful if more interactive but in its current format its a waste of time.

I just added this app but Brossard is not listed in the locations in Quebec... So can't really use it for now :/
I cant access the member login on home comp and the App does not list the Brossard Quebec location so I have NO WAY TO ACCESS THE STUPID SITE

Australia isn't on there so I can't access multiple gyms timetables as I have passport!
I have tried so many times to register but I click 'Finish' and that's it. It won't go any further!?

Garbage! 1st they force you to submit personal details, phone number, address etc (why?) in order to even open the app. 2nd the app itself is useless! No schedules, only tracks how many times you've been to gym....woopty doo, I could do that on my phone calendar. Now that I want to uninstall, all my info it there and I can not deactivate the account Sneaky way to get people's info.
