I've always been greatly interested in learning about countries, their people, languages, capitals, currencies etc. and the author (s) of this app are making this easy. The listing of countries with their flags and capitals is very convenient, with more details available when you select a particular country. I am giving this app 5 stars, despite the small inconvenience of not having the list in perfect alphabetical order. However the search function helps to find a country rapidly.

This is a Super Cool easy to use World Atlas. It has basic information on every country in the world. Just select any country from the list and the pointer will go there instantly. You can move the map and scale up and down using your fingers for telescoping. It is a very fun app to use. Very easy to find any country. No ads to worry about. Most people will enjoy using this very useful tool.

Satisfies all my expectations. The primary functions of maps is to show the political structures and to some extent physical features. In this regard, the app is superb. You can see the different countries of the world in their full political settings and important physical features like rivers, lakes and mountains. Excellent App. Exactly what I was looking for. A quick reference tool to get a snapshot of key facts about the different countries around the world. I'm working on Memorizing all the capitals of the world and their flags as a Memory Training exercise. I was using Socratica Countries of the World App for years, but it has become nearly unusable, not being updated since 2014. Many thanks to the Devs. And, dear Globalists, Nationalism and distinct countries are a good thing. No One World Government

Awesome app. Super easy to use; essentially like having an atlas of the world 🌎 in your pocket. And, it's all available offline for those who are actually traveling, and cannot get cellular service everywhere.

Wonderfull general & basic information resource at a glance about every country on planet earth. This apps design is simple and straightforward to navigate. This tool is a necessity for those who like to be well informed about world geography! Thumbs up. . .

I would suggest an elaborating in the info provided regarding the countries. Create a function for changing to outline map, political map as well as theme map. Also, create an option for enabling and disabling the latitude and longitude. That is to say, make a point of an original soft copy of the world atlas. Otherwise, the app is near perfect.

Say your researching for a geography project and need to learn more about a country or two. In world map atlas all you need to do is to search the name of the country or dependency of an other country and you get a huge fact file on area, population and life expectancies etc. And it also shows you where the country or dependency is. But in general amazing app and I really recommend it.

I love it. But also would be nice of you can make it be able to switch between normal view and the basic view that comes with countries in different colors like how it looks in the history class. Just consider that. It would make even better.

This app is highly useful for finding countriez that you are already familiar with. It doesn't offer a geographical picture of a world map with the a grid. You have to enter the name of the country or select from a list. Not very good for navigation, but still useful.

Of course an atlas on a tiny phone screen will never be as comprehend able as a book version, but this app makes up quite impressively for the natural shortcomings. I love it that place names appear in the local language and script! The zoom option makes it super usable ❤️

Not too bad, the map function is good. But weirdly the list of countries are NOT in alphabetical order, makes it difficult to find some countries. Also there are several places in the list that are clearly not countries... Antarctica, Palestinian territories etc or you don't mention places like Aruba and Bonaire actually belong to Netherlands. This part is just bad education for children who won't know any better.

Good App but is not great for education and needs a lot of fixes: 1 Most Coordinates (latitude and longitude) are wrong, Go see for yourself 2 Most Flags are Wrong and outdated. Libya's Flag is Outdated and Each Flag has an unnecessary fading effect at the bottom 3 In the borders, the last country on the list losses its last letter 4 The facts of each country are outdated and some are blank 5 Pls add info to the Wonders, etc 6 Most importantly, Pls arrange the countries in alphabetical order

The best map pointing app i have never seen before the is brilliant with terrific features and the world in there in our phone so please who are reading the comment i wrote the best app to get map pointing easily and the draw back of the app is the all the placing are there in this app but if some one is seeing the place the is sharp where it is but we could not find it in the map given to use

Very slick. It's a bit odd that the countries are displayed in English but sorted by native name and the minor UK bits are given their own entries but not the major ones; but it's easy to use so well done.

This app is really good. I can even search the super minute details about the place in maps. Also all demographic details at the tips. But the app can improve in giving details about states, cities, etc.

Great but could maybe do with having different continents, and maybe having a map section where you can click on the countries individually rather than being listed maybe? Overall though a great app 👌👍

Good....but after selecting the country, the banner with the country name hangs on creating visibility issues. A smaller symbol for the selected country would be wonderful. Otherwise, it's great. Detailing is good.

1. Would be great to have a link to wikipedia for each country, even if it's a standard search link 2. Filtering in Search seems to stop working after 1 or 2 searches. Need to then shut down and restart the app.

The app is amazing 😍😍 and this is the first time when I am rating an app . But I am giving it 4 stars , because I want you guys to make this more informative by making a column for rivers and seas as well , like you have provided for all the countries . To sum up , this is the most accurate and easy to go app like a boon for geography students . 🌍🌎🌏

Why does the app need the awful red marker, which it seems you can't get rid of. Surely people using this app can read the name of the country they are looking for without an indicator marker, that stays in the way. Otherwise a good app.

It will be really more useful and easy, if we were able to search the country's capital and cities in the search bar. Other than that, this app is useful to learn about different countries and its facts at one place.

Who needs a wall map? World Map Atlas 2022 is all you need to expand your knowledge of geography and find out what you want to know about another country in seconds. Including bonuses like demographics galore (try to get that on a wall map). Great app!

Always interested in knowledge and this World Map Atlas 2018 certainly has to be on every cell phone. It is easy to use and info is at your arm reach anywhere. With world news it is now so easy to see where all these countries are situated and have facts available to you immediately. I use it regularly and is a source of information for me. A fan
