World Newspapers - US and world news

More than 300 tracking attempts by just opening this app. Recently, the 5-second ads became very aggressive and you can't close them even after 30 seconds.

Great little app for finding foreing news and translate it. It's a window on what locals see from world events, their daily concerns. And in these times, a tool to try distinguish propaganda and censorship from each side. Feature request: sort newspapers by popularity in their home country. Or at least help find which are heavily read, representative VS which are smaller regional or niche newspapers.

UPDATE Last week there was an unannounced and unexplained name change. After that I got a new update every single day. But no further information about the updates. Thinking about uninstalling now.

pretty cool aggregator! even lets you add your own sources as well. I used to love Google news but their app is so trash- I am more than pleased to replace it with this! you can even use Google news on the app and it doesn't crash like their app lol!

It is good app that bomb you with update screen every time you open it if not using latest version, that can't be turned off. It is so annoying for me. Can you please make an option to turn it off please. Edit: It seems that it is now fixed. Thank you!

Very pleased with this update to this app. I follow UK, US, Serbian, Croatian, Polish and Russian news. Having them in 1 place is great and the advertising isn't as intrusive as some apps. May I make 1 suggestion? The app structure slightly assumes you'll use 1 country. It would be nice to be able to split them into country folders under Favourites. I tag them at the start of the newspaper name so they're in some order but it would be nice if the app provided some country/newspaper separation.

How do I remove the menu on the bottom right for reader mode, translate, bookmarks and share? No matter what size text I choose, the button blocks the keyboard for The New York Times crossword puzzle. If the option to remove the button no longer exists, can I revert to an earlier version of the app? Also, I selected the blue theme. When I open the app it is green and then quickly flickers to blue.

Clean, fast, simple. Easy to use, having news & information right away.

I think the app is great! I would like to have a folder option for the favorites, so that I can group different news sites (e.g. sports, local, international, etc.)

I have been thru my share of news apps and this one is by far my fav one because it's customizable, reliable, and doesn't lag or mess up hardly ever! It's perfect for anyone because u can choose ur own news places plus if it's not in their options u can add it! It's wonderful thank u so much for making my life easier!!

All World News in One Place! Easiest and best world news app by far! Couldn't be easier to use! Just select change your home country to where you want news from it can be most places in the world and just bookmark the News Outlets you want to hear from. Then just reselect your Home country to get a feed of all the news! Absolutely amazing! Thankyou developers! You've done a sterling job!

It is really a plus to have news from other states and the world to read. This app has a wealth of information with just a tap of the finger. It is possible to perform sociological comparisons between the type of topics different papers find more newsworthy than others, or it can be seen as a way of looking at different stories and perhaps figure out the cultural interests of a demographic within our country. I like it! My only problem is that I can't categorize my news sources (only 'newspapers' and 'favourites' categories). It would be useful, if we could create topics, such as: business, local, world, sport etc. Best wishes!

Good app. Better and smoother than other "non-branded" apps. Almost All major newspapers are available of each country. However Page Loading speed is avg (equal/less) than chrome,i hope the developers can improve on that.coz with that i wud give it 5 stars .

This app is awesome for curating your news sources! Way better than Flipboard, Google News, or any of the greats. My only complaint is sometimes you have to press a source twice to get it to load, otherwise I'll be using it for a long time!

Stable app with a user-friendly functionality. You can browse various newspapers or agencies around the globe, add a new one, select favourites and bookmark articles. I also like the incorporated translate feature which allows you to read foreign web pages around the globe.

Latest update keeps popping up full screen advertising screens which are in fact a puzzle as to where to find the delete X. App deleted . The newspapers have enough advertising as it is without the app chiming in every few minutes .

Minus one star for missing cookie settings. You can only delete them, not control them with options to delete tracking cookies, only accept session cookies etc. like you would see in more privacy oriented browsers. As alternative you can open in external browser but that way the app is reduced to a data base of newspapers you can choose from.

So far so good! Only thing I wish the popping up of advertisements could be controlled. But that's not a particular problem of this website! Few newspapers crash the app, but nice efforts!! Thank you!

Difficult, at times impossible to switch between 'countries'. The app keeps defaulting to Google News, ABC news or CNN, with no obvious way to get out of that loop.

Always great to have app improvements but to create a new app without the ability to import previous data like bookmarks and newspapers would intice me to use your new updated app, as I would loose all my previous app data and have to start again. Please would you add an import option to the new app. Thank you

This is truly outstanding. Wonderful access to so many newspapers and an intuitively designed app that makes it so easy to use. I can't understand why this app isn't more popular. It's the best I've seen of its type by far.

Unfortunately the redesign attempt did not function as well as the previous version of the app. I tried it for a month and happily went back to the old version.

Wish translate worked a little better within the app itself when following links (remedied by using Chrome), but the sheer volume of information available in one spot is fantastic.

Please allow more features for managing and sharing bookmarks. Adding a dictionary or note making would also be nice. Otherwise its a perfect app. Potentially a game changer in this category!

Not fit for purpose. You have to select a country and you can ONLY pick news sources from that country. What I would LIKE to do is pick news sources from not only my country but selected outlets from around the world and I cannot do so.

What A cluster fluker did not set up for me the stuck in tutorial mode isnt for me and only local news for large citys but again the demo mode has to run making it a difficult app to use compared to any other media app

Wonderful it's great. My great granddaughter in law is african from Kenya. A nurse rn. We always stay in touch with all news from her hometown and all the other times also. Thanks for making such a good app. It is easy to navigate. And gives all news .

Updating my review. I was bothered by the ads, but the developer responded. Banner ads are better. App was always great otherwise.

Great access to multiple sources from every country in the world in one convenient location. Nice to be able to ignore CNN.
