It's a good game, bit too sensitive on the camera when first opened though. If it's not too much to ask however, I would like to see the Thompson/Center Contender (preferably the gen 1 encore model) added to the game as a something to tinker with. (I don't own one, but it is my favorite pistol and I would love to be able to tear it apart and whatnot in-game) since it has 10 interchangable barrels that allow you to change the caliber from .22 up to .45, this would be the perfect app for it.
My experience with this app has been very positive. This game does require purchases to be enjoyed fully but given just how wonderful these models are I'd say it's worth it for any enthusiast. A lot of the shortcomings are more to do with the controls which can't really be blamed on the devs. Overall it's a great educational tool that let's you get to know your favorites inside and out.
Decent, but pretty much impossible to unlock anything without paying. I was under the impression you could go through the tree and unlock models by completing previous ones, but it only gave me up to the mp5, literally 3 models in, and now I can't really do anything else. Okay simulator, but prepare to slam into a pay wall pretty early. Very, very disappointed in this.
No other game gives you the opportunity that this game does. It gives you the ability to see how every part functions, from any angle, at any speed, as many times as you want. You can even hide any parts you choose to get a better view of what's behind them. Or use the x-ray or cut-away views. So you get an educational simulation as well as a game with achievements and such. Love it.
It's a good game, the animation is smooth, it's accurate from what I can tell, my only complaint is that you have to get xp and credits to unlock new models. I'm not saying to give us access to all the models immediatly, but maybe make its easier to get xp and credits.
I absolutely love this game. After trying out the "Super Game" mode I almost punched a hole through the wall. That being said, the game mode needs to at least tell me what I did wrong before resetting the entire thing. Without this people are going to start shooting holes through walls after they finish it.
The optional pay walls are very annoying and tedious to get around, and the prices are pretty high. The game is fun over all but gets pretty repetitive. The game is great for showing how the tool is disassembled, but the amount of effort it takes to get to one you are looking for is probably not worth it.
Very good app over all. I was at first disappointed that it wasn't a game where you have free access to anything, although I do appreciate the challenge aspect. The only complaint I have is that often I will boot up the app and the screen will too wide, resulting in all the buttons on the left side being partially off the screen. This happens a lot, and it seems it only fixes itself at random. Please fix this. Otherwise, great game.
