Upon trying to add the subscription to my account, the app freezes and shuts down when i reopen the app, I am unable to access the subscription and it will not let me attempt to resubscribe. My daughter does enjoy this app but would like to access more than just the 2 or 3 free games available. If there is not a way to fix this, I would like to cancel my year long subscription. Dont want an app that doesnt work.
Our experience is very similar to a lot of others - we signed up because our child loves the app. Having paid and trying to add it to our child's device we are asked to sign up again. We have emailed support and it took 2 months for anyone to respond to us with help, help that had come from other parents trouble shooting their own problems. Our latest email has gone unanswered for weeks again and our child gets very frustrated knowing they cannot use the app.
Not free to use. I downloaded and it immediately wanted my payment information before doing ANYTHING. Uninstalled . No thank you. That is very misleading to have a free to download app that you cannot play without a payment method on file. If I could give negative stars I would! And my kid is pissed at me now I have an angry 5 year old to deal with. Thanks for nothing!!!!!
We have a subscription but the majority of times we open the app it says we are on a free account and need to subscribe to unlock games. So we are literally paying for loads of frustration and poor experience.
I love this app for my children. Have had a few hiccups, with not being able to put this app and purchase the subscriptions on my children's tablets which is a real bummer because they are toddlers and have to use my tablet in order to play and I have 2 children that like it SO THEY FIGHT. Very inconvenient in that department. Secondly, now, we're experiencing issues with being able to USE the app on our tablets. I try on my phone and it goes through, but on our tablets, it stays frozen ON LOAD.
I have this app installed on my iPhone and have the yearly subscription, I'm trying to log in on my child's tablet so she can access the full game but it won't let me do so. I do not want to be forced to purchase another yearly subscription if I already have one. Please help!
Charge subscription but nothing unlocked I have tried contacting support on 25/11/21 and again now as I have been charged a subscription again but nothing unlocked again... this results in many meltdowns when my daughter is not able to access it. Get your poop together !!!!!!
I wouldn't even geive this game any stars until they get it fixed. Can't even play games have it on multiple devices and all it does is stay on the start up screen and loads halfway haven't even been able to open the app and play any games.
I recieved a reply to my review stating to email the support team. I have done so twice and have yet to receive a reply to my emails. App still Is not allowing access to paid content when I have paid for the full year subscription.
I would give it more stars my Granddaughter loved this game. But for some reason it just stopped loading. Have checked everything and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Game just don't work.
My daughter loves this game. However, 90% of the time it won't load. I should get a refund on my year subscription since it doesn't load more than it actually runs
I know my kid would love this game if it were able to get past the loading screen. Unsure if it's a connection issue or programming bug :/
Looks cute but not kid friendly or purchase safe. Too many things a kid can press that need paying for and that they can potentially pay for without you realising. Wish games would hide things like that, I'd be more likely to pay.
Charging WAY too much. $35 a year or $7 a month.. I would pay $7 ONCE for lifetime access. Asking anything more is rediculous. It's a fun game for my toddler but not worth what you're trying to charge.
Not family library enabled. I bought it for my son's tablet (managed through Google Family Link) and it's not family library enabled so I can't even put it on his tablet. The whole purpose of the game was for him to play on his table. I won't be renewing the subscription and I wish I could get a refund for the game my son cannot play on his tablet. Contacted customer service and it's been a week. No response.
Cannot set the subscription for my son to use on his tablet, no matter what I do, and the subscription doesn't transfer if I subscribe but allow him access under his account. Not worth the headache, no matter how much my son loves Peppa.
My kid likes it. Problem I have is with how easy it is for my child to set up a subscription. When it loads a message pops up with options to pay for a subscription. My 3 year old started the process! Luckily i caught her in time. Y'all need to change that. Deleted the app because of this problem.
The app will not load, even though we have a good internet connection and I've deleted and then reinstall the app more than one, it just says loading at the bottom of the screen and nothing else! Such a shame bought my daughter a tablet for her birthday and was hoping to be able to have this on the tablet for her!! Very disappointed as it works on my phone!!!
The app is fine, the content is ok but it suddenly forgets that you have a subscription and it blocks everything, no way to tell the app that you are already subscribed and you have to reinstall it, can't believe they haven't fixed it, it has been over a year since I had this problem the first time, uninstalled it
My boys love this game but since a recent update it simply doesn't load. I have subscribed so its now wasted money. I have contacted support who have not replied.
Paid for the year and keeps locking the games again. No idea how to sort it as you dont log in to anything. £27 for nothing.
I paid for a subscription, I have my receipt and went through on my bank account. But everything is still locked on the app and the app says I'm in free mode. When I click to open my information there is proof that I paid for the year. I've emailed a couple of times and haven't heard back. I can'tfind any other way to get a hold of the company. So, basically they took my money and my 2 1/2 year old can't play. I've been robbed.
Whenever it's a new update my subscription has cancelled it was yearly, so the game is really boring because some of the others are locked. So I decided to uninstall and install the app again, when I installed the app, its was the same thing, so how can I suppose to play, it was yearly.
I should have read the reviews. Made a $39.54 payment via PayPal on march 15, App is locked march 16 2022, and demanding a subscription of $25.99. Please rectify. I have sent emails today . UPDATE I read through the reviews and uninstalled the app, and re installed. The app is unlocked now. Hope it stay unlocked for the 1yr subscription. My 33months old loves it.
BRILLIANT the only reason I downloaded it was because my little brother wanted me too so I did, anyway brilliant,amazing and pretty much like being in a world full of fun games.LOVE IT

Can't get passed the loading screen. My toddler just cried for an hour due to her disappointment.
My daughter loves the app , many different games and coloring options plus videos. She only 2 and can do 12 piece puzzles and matching games now like a pro. I am disappointed because I was over charged for the year subscription (which is really the only way to fully enjoy the app, otherwise you get like 2 puzzles a game and a coloring thing) but over all I see this app teaching my daughter things I couldn't hold her attention with so that's great for me.
