App is fine, as long as you're able to login once and check it every day. If your login happens to lapse, you receive an error despite the correct credentials. The only way I know of to fix the error is to remove and reinstall the app completely. Hasn't been updated since November 2019. Entirely unprofessional and incompetent.
I noticed you have these really cool widgets that you can put on the home screen, but, they do not work for me. It only shows me overall stats, when i click on the top middle to change this, the options are blank and dont function. I want to be able to display average damage over time in my K-91. Thanks for listening. (Galaxy S8) EDIT: nvm it just required u play a recent battle
Still requires a lot of work. App is crashing, slowly loading and generally not that useful. It has potential tho, like everything with WG, but lacks functionality that will be added in 10 years maybe... Ok now maybe after a month, this app is rated from 2 start to 1 star. I can't belive how slow it is. Reloads every time (S8), slow to load data.
Works great, until it doesn't. When it logs you out, it refuses to accept your credentials and the only solution is to uninstall/reinstall. Mine also changed the default server/language to Russian and wouldn't accept changing it back to NA/English, making even the news useless. UPDATE: Still with the authorization errors, all these months later. Rating dropped from 2 to 1 star.
A cool app to compliment the desktop game. However, after years on the market it still lack important functions. Ability to manage your account from the app is very limited. No direct access to premium shop or in game shop. Second campaign missions are still not added (but first ones are). And no way to see your garage, let alone manage it. New beta chat function is very cool.
This app is amazingly helpful and useful. I have recommended it to so many friends and we all agree, there's ONE problem, the Ratings problem says wifi and data settings are not setup. I use high speed internet wifi from my router/modem 2' away and set data just to please the app and it still doesn't work. I hope you can fix it. Would love to see what data hides here.
It is amazing how broken this app is. It is not useful at all, and it is so buggy. I often have a bug where I can't log in because "my credentials are wrong", which aren't. So I have to reinstall the whole app to fix that and it just randomly switches to russian from time to time. Did I also mention already that they just notify you almost 2x a day for the same news article? It really is stupid.
Yet again the app has changed countries on me and wouldn't let me change it back. Had to uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem. Third time 1/28/20 If it happens again, I'm done with it. I did like it and found it useful, but I've emailed the address here and haven't gotten any satisfaction!!! :[
I just can't find a way to send an error report for wotassistant. Works great for standard battle results but does not show skirmish update. Also has listed me as standard account for years and I have been a premium account for at least 8 years
Was a fantastic app, after the update login just doesn't work, uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Will reinstall and update rating when the issue is sorted out. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled after several months, worked for a few weeks and then back to the same old bugs. Uninstalling for the final time Tanksgg is a much better option ZERO STARS
The assistant is great. Lots of good info. But more importantly, Wargaming needs to get rid of the stars on the barrels. Players are focusing way too too much on damage not kills resulting in wins.
This was great when i first installed it but since then it has become buggy. I cannot get Ratings from the ratings tab as its stopped working saying "Failed to load data". It doesn't show the missions and and often the filters don't work. Everytime i change my password I have to delete and reinstall this app as it everts to CIS server and will not change, meaning I cant log in
The app concept is great but the problem is that you can't use it properly, there are many bugs and glitches that need to be fix such as "This Account does Not Exist" despite the account actually exist and login problems. Hopefully you could fix the app quickly, I can guarantee that I will rate this companion app with 5 star after you fix these issues.
The point is. Even I'm a player with premium account, it shows I'm a standard account player, and sometimes I just want to see how many premium days I have left. I want to mention the fact, this issue that I have is about 3-4 years old. I've changed few phones ( new one ) and not the phone is the problem. What could be the issues?
Login issues all the time.. Language auto changes to russian. Needs uninstall/reinstall to work again untill next in game update comes out. App last updated 2019. Typical Wargaming logic. What's need to be fixed - dont fix it, same as MM in game for years. I bet, if you could spend money on this app, they would fix it right away, lol, strange they didn't think about it yet... 🙄 🤔
13.1.2022 No updates, still not working, can't login 3.2.2022 Update: after writing to WG support and explaining everything that I tryed, all I got is to try and check the server... Of course I checked that. After another 2 reinstalls I was able to login and the app is pretty good looking inside, but after two weeks it told me that the "remember me" tickbox has expired and it logged me out and even though all login info is stored (email, PW, and server) I can't login once again.
Very bug and unreliable, yet again the app refuses me to log in, stating for me to check region, username and password....even though these are 100% correct and work on the PC version. Sometimes uninstalling app and reinstalling works, but that is not what we should have to do. Would have hoped Wargaming used some of their million pound profits to develop & support a quality app.
The app is very useful, but only when you can login. If your account is not on CIS you often get logged out after a while and you can't log in again. Even if you set the region to Europe or other region, the news notifications are in Russian. This problem is so old and they didn't fix it yet. I guess they don't care too much about this app since you can't buy premium ammo to use it :)
It's a great source of stats and news about the game but it suffers from a long-standing problem. After your first login, if it asks again there is no way to log in, you will have to uninstall and then reinstall to log in successfully. Lowered my rating because it's been literally years and this bug still exists.
A lot of important functionality missing. Not to mention that it's been my recent experience that the app will stop recognizing login credentials after a while, then tell you your credentials are invalid when you try to log back in. The only way I can get it to work is to delete the app and redownload.
This app is for one time use only... You install it -> you log in -> once you quit it stops working and you have to reinstall it to be able to log in back again... 2 or 3 years I am experiencing this and it is not being fixed...
The app switches to CIS server and Russian language 2 months or so after download requiring you to re install it as there seems to be no fix. Limited analytics. Otherwise good performance summary.
I have been using this app for a year or so now, it has its moments but support is on top of it all the time. Works great for me as I love it. It help me see my progress, keep in touch with my favorite players and friends, and for the most it help me learn and keep updated with the game. I highly recommend it to all WOT players. The only things I would like to see would be a dedicated page or PDF where points out and explain what are some of the data that shows. Other than that 5 starts.
Requires uninstall/reinstall to login. For about the last year, if you get logged out, or if you have to reauthorize the account info, it refuses to acknowledge your password. No issue with the password, I can still login to the game with the exact same credentials, same with the game website. However, have to uninstall/reinstall to login. I might try to clear cache and program data to see if that helps. But this issue needs a developer fix.
