World Radios

In this era of multiple apps, 'World Radio' comes across as a single source of live radio content from all countries, delivered to your handset in a simple package. Instead of maintaining multiple apps, just keep this one & pick n choose the genre, the country as per your mood. It's true that ads are there, but the majority are non-obstrusive except for the occasional one which blocks the entire display. It goes away too upon pressing the 'x' mark without much effort. Some channels in Gurbani have been shown as Christian. Will suggest the developer to label them as 'Religious' to tell the truth & also keep away from controversy. All in all a must-have app for those in love with radio, that too live.

Though the podcasts don't exists it is by far the best world radio app or radio app period that I've used. Search isn't perfect but once you find & save a station it is very easy & quick to access again. Far far Fewer & all much smaller screen ads than any other. I was lost without it when I had to replace my phone & couldn't find app again until now. I'm so happy I found it again. Thank you

Very difficult to locate a particular station you can only search by country, searching by name is not good, I saved a few favourite stations but then with I went back to select my favourites the app crashes every time. Shame as the ago works well but navigation and favourites are poorly thought thru. No good for me in its current format.

updated to 8.4 and now it just says the app doesnt respond. "world radios keeps stopping" for pixel 2. when i revert to a working version, i lost all my saved stations, too, because i can't see where they are saved in order to make a backup

I can't continue with the same station after closing the app. It can't be next click or previous clicked. Also, i wish each station has a description of its own before we actually try it out.

Radio... Lots of radio. Downside is it drops now and again. Dunno if it's the app on my phone or the app itself. Annoying that I have to reselect the station again otherwise it would have 5 stars. At least it has favourites so I don't have to type the station name again.

Awsome! Runs in background. Runs when you blutooth it with your car ; Starts and stops even when paring. Runs with low internet. Alot of radios around the world with music you are or not used to. Recomended !

Great selection ofstations from countries around the world. Unlike a regular shortwave receiver there is no static or interference. A wide variety to choose from.

Nice app. One can set favorite channels, which saves time to go through all the selecting process. So you have quick access to your favorite programs.

Radio is okay. Sometimes it'll switch off completely. If signal is lost for brief time it stops doesn't resume playing once connection has been restored..

The sound is stereo clear but will be great if there is equalizer feature. This app amazingly works well in the background even when youtube is played if you only watch the video or read written info and play/pause it frequently .

It a great app i must confess, the only issue i have is that once the backlight of my Tab goes off, it stops working except the light is on again. I hope you can help me out with this.

Brilliant idea gives to listeners what shortwave radio used to do on a much wider scale and obviously higher fidelity output. Makes the world seem even smaller....

This app is the best yet!!! It stays on & plays while I'm looking up other thing's or I can look up. My local stations. z& its not cut off. at all. I love it. Thank u guys. Fo a wonderful radio app

If there is any app that I am happy about,it is this World Radio.Great! Great! Great! Now I can access the world at a touch. Keep it up. It is now left for all TV and cable stations, the world over are in one place like this!

I was looking for AM radio signals on a regular radio. AM travels further. However, I looked on my phone an found this. Great. International radio, including AM. Just want I wanted.

Some of the radios aren't updated/openable. Internet quality have to be good otherwise it stops broadcasting.

Nice App. Many will learn and be fascinated to learn this panacea We all named Music. On short wave radio then, I've forseen this coming very soon. Update with volume control hopefully yet thanks again.

I didn't give five stars because the volume is sometimes a little too low, but it's overall a very good app for international radio stations

So far so good, only the 2nd day of hving it. The love of this app is getting stronger. No problems at all so far. It has found all the stations I requested. I'm happy about it.

The good is that there are a lot of stations to choose from, but the bad is that the descriptions of what you are choosing are thin and inaccurate.

Really great, so easy to use and little to no glitches. Massive range of radios.

great apps but big no for you for not including indonesia (which has a lot of great station). how can you forget indonesia while you can even adding zimbabwe radio station!

Interface too simple and clumbsy...cannot sort stations by name or genre, no schedules or recoriding ootion.

Certain choices invoke ads not appropriate to the country selected. e.g.Ngolaradio just gives me an ad for a shop in East Kilbride, next door. Clever, but no use to me

I have always wanted an uninterrupted flow of radio broadcast. This app appears to satisfy that need as at now.

Ive tried 10 different countries radio station and every one worked. great quality sound.

Excellent. You cannot imagine how good it is to be half way accross the world away from home but be connected by a familiar radio station. Awesome.
