World War 2: Offline Strategy

This is a very fun game. Good graphics, manageable levels. BUT...the card upgrade system needs some work. It alone is the reason for this review and my removal of the game (sadly). Specifics...on completion of a level you get four cards. Two per character. By the 5th upgrade you're waiting 14 hours. It takes very little time to get to the fifth uprade. And it takes very little time to acquire a shitload of cards to upgrade. That's crazy. And unrealistic. Ive spent more time upgrading than playing the levels. I'll check back, I like the game, ihope things change.

The game is fine but what's stopping me from really enjoying the game is the upgrade process which takes a whole lot of time as you progress. I get that you need to earn in some way but your approach ruins game's pace. Would be better if you guys just placed the microtransactions on buying skins or hero packs and not in speeding up tower upgrades. Also the UI leaves much to be desired. The menu at the bottom is too small, this is also the case for most of the game's texts.

Fun enough game to whike away the hours, but WAY TOO MANY ADS. You often cannot proceed to the best game unless you watch a video, sometimes there are no videos available so you cannot play. The game asks if you want to watch a video advertising some other game or products, as if you have a choice. If you say no, you are back to staying at the screen with nothing to do. All the videos gobble up your RAM, forcing the system to automatically kick in to clean up RAM mid-match. Silly.

Not A Strategy Game, but a simple tower defense. Constant ads have been reduced, but upgrading and managing cards is still a major time-waster. Today I loaded the game to find the main screen has been re-designed, with no in-game description of the changes made. Suddenly there is a Fuel Can on my resource bar and I have to do something with it... and I don't even care to find out what. Uninstalled without regret!

Like so many mobile games this game has potential but it's held back by greed. To be fair the greed in play isn't as bad as other games but it's still clearly displayed. The difficulty ramps up quickly and the time requirements for upgrading ramp up too. Upgrading a level 3 to 4 takes an hour. You can watch a 30 second video to knock off 5 minutes of wait time but that's 12 videos to clear a level 4 upgrade. Have patience or watch a lot of ads. Doesn't take long to see this game is a money grab.

Cleared several squares of the map with gasoline. Some of those spots had rewards in the form of cards. I just realized none of those cards are available for use even though it says they were picked up. Also whenever I try to click the video icon after a match so I can get double rewards it says no video available but it has no problem forcing me to watch a commercial for free after that.

I really like the game. I wasn't happy when bought a new phone and downloaded the app my previous game were all gone, the started me from the beginning tutorial. I lost everything I had upgraded and levels, stars and characters, keys. To and insult to injury, I try and purchase some items from the shop and it doesn't allow me to complete the purchase. Very sad, the game is fun though. 12/11/21 I have completed all the levels and collected all of the star, still waiting for the rest of the game.

don't bother with this one. thought the card aspect had appeal but there is literally an ad after every mission. combine cards to upgrade? spend crystals or wait and wait. you can watch an ad to reduce time by 5 min. after last mission i completed, i had 2 ads. nope. i like free games and understand need for ads. but this was ridiculous. gameplay seemed meh to begin with and couldn't even get into it due to constant ads.

The new update has a problem with upgrading cards. Please return it to the previous way to upgrade cards. Now when i go, i see many cards and if you want to upgrade you need two with same level and waiting 125 minutes and more to upgrade and waist all that time for nothing. Make it back to the previous version of upgrade where we use diamonds only and stuff we get to do it. No need to wait and see that load of cards in the upgrade zone. That's not professional. DONT DELETE MY REVIEW AGAIN!!!!!!!

Great game to begin with. No pressure to play or pay to win. Recent update though has had some negative effects. Maps have a fog of war that u need fuel to remove. Got to landing zone 6 and all fog zones have reset but thats not a massive issue. The real issue is to upgrade a card to the next tier u need to combine 2 matching cards and this takes real world time. So the level 5 hero card that im combing to make a level 6 takes over 13 hours. Ive had to do this 3 times as it keeps resetting.

Ad generator for a mediocre tower defense. Very little progression, story, or point... But to play or upgrade without waiting for hours it requires an ad view... Just a poor excuse for a game with the goal of generating ad revenue.

Fun game to play with decent graphics, which are slightly retro. Only issue is that they to boost items or to cut time on upgrades with videos, but there are never ad videos available to watch. What is the point of having this option if you can't ever use it?

I gave it a 4 stars, primarily because even though it has tons of ad related items, there seems to never be any ads available to play. Primarily the ones that give you extra stuff or the one thst reduces card merge time by 5 minutes. Those I don't mind watching. But, there never seems to be ads available. Odd for a game that uses ads for revenue.

I really like this game. I like the card system but they need to be organized better. Once ypu play for a whole and you have like 1000 cards it can take a long time to find the ones you eamt to upgrade. My other issue is were is the Survival mode... I emailed them months ago stating that the Survival mode was missing, they replied we will fix it next update but so far nothing...

I was playing the game and early on I managed to get a level 2 machine gunner which for some reason disappeared after 3 levels, if this is intentional then dont do that as a game mechanic. It ruins the game for everyone, in addition chill out on the ads

The game is pretty good. The ads are bearable,The gameplay is pretty good Its not pay to win,and the special resource can be easily obtained after a bit. My only problem is that after 25 levels The game isn't very challenging repetitive. And can you guys Please add more ways to spend crystals.

Enjoy the game, but get used to ads and ine thing that is super anoying is you dont get all your cards from challenges. It is as if they just dissappear, it really not cool. Cause you win them and then you dont get them. And it happens all the time, as if there is a glitch in the game

Levels lag so you lose. I've closed and reopened the game and it still lags during a wave. All of a sudden it claims i lost 3-10 hearts and the next wave is about to start. Then it happens again. It worked fine till i unlocked lvl 10. And the the upgrade cards goes from 59seconds to the next upgrade is 20 mins yet you cant upgrade multiple cards even though i have 20+ cards needing to be leveled up

Its a trap. You spend more time watching adds than in game. 2 star for the effort. Game could be fun and with a potential, but i guess the devs has given up and spammed adds in every possible opening :/

It's a decent game but upgrading cards takes way to long can only upgrade one at a time and it takes increasingly longer times for each upgrade but it doesn't strengthen the card that much and the page for upgrading cards is very annoying to navigate if you have a ton of cards it takes forever to find the card your looking for this needs to be changed

I just started playing, I'm on the 3rd level and it's already so hard that it's not enjoyble to play anymore, games are fun when they are easy to play but when they are hard and you have to pay to make it easier than i uninstall them real quick and look for another game to play, plus there are way too many ads on this game. I'll give you a ⭐ to make you feel special.

Game is fun... but FAR too easy... i dont even have to upgrade towers from area 7 to 10... wish it was a bit more difficult... but a pretty cool game with a fair amount of adds... Reply 1: im almos done with area 8, going to 9... plant defences and dont upgrade at all... especilaay when playing heroes... was more difficult from area 1 to 4... But realy not a bad game... if i select silly troops, i can probably make it difficult for myself...

You essentially just made me lose all interest in the game. All the levels are extremely easy. I hoped to find a challenge in survival mode. There is no point in playing the game after getting every star which was very easy to attain. The only thing you are left to do is to play tournament, being the *same* map over and over again. You also dont give more diamonds/gems if you are a higher rank, essentially capping the reward despite the fact that those people are your following. Dont play this

This is an old school game I played something a lot like it on a computer about 30 years ago I think it might be the same game of course modified a bit. It's a large game it covers a lot of area. It'll hold your interest I loved it and you don't need to be hooked up to play it. When you're out of the range of Wi-Fi you still got a big game to play this has a lot to do and it covers a big area 10 times with most of the new games have
