Poor customer support and over priced packs. After three years support is getting poorer, they lie, and the amount of useful items in packs not worth the money. If you are a very rich person, join the game. Otherwise, save your money and find another game!

STAY AWAY!!! Game metrics not consistent, customer service send generic, scripted responses that dance around your complaints. Speed of new releases is RIDICULOUS and if you don't keep up, you'll be levelled in no time.....leaving 2 choices: spend to rebuild or walk away from a poor investment.

Not my type of base building game, but it has some potential. I would give it four stars if they didn't go for an extra realistic design and put a little bit more personality on the graphics. Mobile realism will never look super good because of the console's standards so I think the should go for something else. Plus the regular text font in a game with so much text makes for some uninteresting design.

Definitely a Pay-to-win game. Half the stuff is locked behind paywalls. If you decide to buy something, the first pack is $5. Which seams reasonable. But then it gets exponentially more expensive! 2nd pack is $20, 3rd $50, 4th $100! It's is also really boring and requires almost constant attention. It takes hours to do any actions. Requiring you to log in several times a day if you don't want to miss out on resources, bonuses, or get attacked.

Customer service is non-existent. Generic replies given for most issues with little regard for solving the problem. The game only offers $100.00 packs. So, if you're looking for a game that cost $5000 to max a base that you can't ever move because of insane cooldown times then this is your game. If you can't afford to spend thousands, then dont plan on being competitive or even relevent, and you're definitely not getting into one of the good alliances. Except for all that it's a fun game...

Total money grab game. Okay game but if you really want to advance you have to buy packs. They start low in cost ($4.99) and increase up to $99.99. You'll get crushed without them. On top of that they practice deceptive marketing. Some of the packs have items with descriptions to make you think you're getting something you're not. If you email support to try to correct it they will only send you form email and form email. They are only interested in your money, plain and simple.

If you make any purchase, the game punishes you by making future purchases much more expensive. $5 for the first, then $20 for the second, then $50 and so on. If you don't make any purchase, the game is slow and boring. Also, it's very easy to raid lower lvl players. It takes you days to gather resources and then lose it all when some player raids your base and then teleports away to safety. The game encourages it. It takes minutes to raid as much as it takes a day to gather. It's a discouraging system.

Wayyyy too many ads. When your war game crashes or you have to restart you are already on edge. Now the mandatory ad you ALWAYS have to click past just to open the game is pausing for a few seconds so your blood pressure has even more time to rise. This is a very expensive gave to play with packs costing $135 CAD each. Seeing the ads everywhere all the time and now this recent development of the long pause upon entry to the game makes it very frustrating to play. Indo not recommend you start.

Having only 2 options buy a $100 pack or a $20 one but the $20 one is junk, it's crazy to me to have to pay a 100 every time u want a decent pack, if one can even consider it a decent pack for that kind of money! I've also had items in my inventory disappear or the game glitches n I lose stamina. I play because I've invested so much time and the fact I spent the 100 makes me feel I have to play. otherwise it'd be a great game if the prices were dramatically lowered n glitching fixed

I started playing this game a few months ago. Good fun. I levelled up to 30 and have T4 troops (highest). After spend close to $10k I'm completely frustrated and regret I invested. The game has two major draw backs. 1. Cool down if you teleport they make you wait up to 21 hours before you can teleport again. 2. T2 fuel is so expensive you have think twice. Overall not worth it.

The game is great BUT unless you have the money to purchase a package once or twice a week it's nearly impossible to get anywhere. Package price goes up with every purchase to top out at $99.99 USD. They add events that cannot be completed without package purchases. And in the few days it's gotten so glitchy that it's almost impossible to play. Cust serv says they will pass on concerns when you can get an answer but NOTHING changes except the need to spend even more money on it.

To much $$$$ and very good game at getting you to spend money. I am nearing retirement and I can't control my spending so I have to quit😭

Playing on Android. Have needed to go into phone settings/display and adjust app for full screen in order for work around on distortions. Problem still exists and have had to reinstall several times in an attempt to rectify same. Game is designed for 'Wallet-Warrior-Domination'. Drops otherwise which may attribute to growth are available during some events, etc.

It's sad how much this game has gone down hill. I've been playing for 2 years now, but it's become impossible to keep up with the heavy spenders. There's no balance. Every day the same big player completely destroys my base and holds my hero captured for days. Can't participate in most of the events while he's gone. Impossible to keep fuel for a peace shield once you reach a certain base level and no way to earn the things you actually need to upgrade and progress through the events.

Level up Schematics take way to long. Power advancement takes forever to increase and goes up anywhere from 5-20 Power everytime you upgrade. The cost of resources is horrible for upgrading and the game overall is just outright boring!!! I would not recommend downloading unless you want to waste your time trying to upgrade and get attacked as soon as you start the game. I haven't had the game 20 minutes and I'm uninstalling!!

Don't get sucked in! It's fun and addictive but the developers could care less about game performance issues. There are constant glitches that can cause you to lose every bit of resources you have stored, shields mysteriously going down and all they do is blame you when it happens. Tell you you should reboot your device every time you play and don't let anything else run in the background then read from a cookie cutter sheet about how to do something that has nothing to do with the complaint!

Game was fine until it kept giving me an error message saying I wasn't connected to the internet - while the game fully loaded behind that message. Unplayable due to that issue. Edit: Once the connection issue was sorted, I was able to play. I wasn't thrilled with all the ads to spend money, but the game itself isn't bad.

It is a pay for play game and you have to spend thousands to keep up with other bases. The customer service is hot and cold. Sometimes its great and other times they make it seem they are working on problem but never get complete solution. The packs you buy for $100 get you a small part of the way. Lots of glitches in the game, you have to reboot game all the time. It is an addictive game and fun to play. You can loose lots unless you spend lots. You do get to meet alot of people.

Don't purchase packages! They do NOT give you everything. They do NOT refund. They say, "we're working on it" & it's been after several weeks & yet continue offering the package. You will only go so far & than have to pay to survive & compete with people that spend thousands of dollars.

I want to play the advert more than the game. The ad for this game was a decent tower defence game with good pacing, I'd like to play that more. The actual game is terrible, the tutorial is at least 10 minutes of clicking on arrows to apply meaningless upgrades to buildings over and over again for meaningless stats with occasional popups encouraging you to spend £5 on meaninglessness perks to make this go faster somehow.... Wasted 10 minutes thanks.

This game is heavily paid to win, but you can still build up your stats, just takes longer. That, I don't mind as much. What I do mind is that when there are problems with the game that the devs won't fix. They'll tell you to troubleshoot, & even if that doesn't work, they'll tell you to try the same things again instead of acknowledging & fixing the problems with the app. I have recreated and screenshot my problem & sent them proof, even after troubleshooting, they won't replace items I've lost

Terrible Very Early Release. Massive lag with every action. Controls are terrible. Developers probably needed another year to fix the game before releasing it. what a mistake. 30 mins gameplay and i had enough. It is also just a copy of other similar games. the whole story. brings nothing new to the table with a terrible game play comparing to the competition. Why? I dont see this going anywhere far. maybe if they waited a bit more to release a game with no major issues and some differentiation.
