Works great, however the last week it will not look any parts up, when I click price nothing happens, when I click details it brings page up then says error and wont show the part. If I go back, it brings up an Apache error page, app is now unusable, I use this app 20 times a day! Please fix!
Garbage. Keeps kicking me back to main screen if I minimize the app, search function is useless and will not show all items in a category if they exceed 30. I'm sure there are more problems I have forgotten. Fix your garbage app!
Has not been updated for the past 4 yrs and crashes often. No descriptive on andriod or mobile devices. Very annoying have to keep calling for pricing and offload app and reload.
Only shows list prices. I wish it would show the cost as well as list like it does on the desktop. Other then that the app works pretty good.
Please make this more user and mobile friendly. It's useless.

Perfect tool and greatest company
Scan a vin, populates in speeddial. Great for vehicles I haven't entered into management software yet. If you don't know what speeddial or worldpac or a management system is, don't install. Instead, go to your local autozone and let some idiot who just got done their shift at McDonald's help you with your auto repair needs.
All the times when I have to order parts when I'm out of the shop,have to uninstall and install the app, to make it work.please fix this app guys,
Not sure if a new update has caused an issue. Worked fine for two weeks. Today it causes my phone to black screen and reboot with every attempt to use it. Nexus 4 running 4.4.2
Works great with the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet - easy to capture vin bar code and search for parts.

App won't let me log in. Speedail works on the computer not on this app.

Crashes at first splash screen on a Galaxy Tab2...Bought this tablet for this specific application. The play store still list it as compatible with my device, but apparently it is not. Having to use it with my Samsung player for now....
This thing needs to be overhauled to operate in a much smoother and simpler fashion . its very hard to go through the menu

It was very nice to have this app while it worked. I could deal with it kicking me back to the first page every time i minimize the app. Annoying yes, but at least it worked. Now i just get a black screen and the app crashes. Having to go to the office to order parts from world pac means that i will be ordering from other places as much as possible.
