Can't see the "pay" button on bill pay. Also there is a "back" button covering part of the insurance card.
I get notifications, tap to read them and it just opens the app. Where do I read them??
Easy and convenient app.
Having trouble accessing Bill pay. All I see is the little circle going round and round.
Was fine until the update. Now cannot access bill pay or other features.
Maybe they can add more features to the app. Great company anyways.

Would be more convenient if you could link your fingerprint to the app instead of putting in a login and password.
Doesn't have any information about your auto or home coverage. Hope to see improvements in the future.
If an unfortunate accident were to occur, I will have my proof of insurance, a check list of things to do and even be able to start my claim and forward pictures from the scene of the accident.
App has issues/bugs with bill pay execution. Never indicates that it has completed the execution of the payment. Also, it would be really nice, if it provided an alert or notification of a due date for billing. Even better, make the notifications user controlled. Other than that, the app does what it needs to do.
