I cannot get the app to work with my Samsung Note 8 at all. It only freezes up and crashes. It has never run successfully. Five months later and it still doesn't work. And I'm a monthly paid subscriber. Maybe not for long.
App doesn't work. It just loads a title bar and a white screen, then it freezes. Over and over again. Expensive subscription for garbage service.
Half the time it only lets me see a small fraction of results. App wont let you read item descriptions. The app should have all the functions of the desktop version.
This app is garbage after a search or 2. Slows down and/or freezes. Don't even get me started on the search results.
Doesn't even run. Sits on a white screen with the title bar and that's all. Pixel 2 w/ current Android & firmware.
-Would have rated the service much higher if results proved to be in proportion to the number of partners that are stated to be sources for answers to queries. Perhaps producing and displaying the topmost results would be very useful. -The monthly membership fee is, IMHO, rather steep for the average person. +When an Ebay auction is found to be to be the highest value located, access to the original listing is a wonderful feature.
Freeze screen immediately upon opening the app. App does not work. Galaxy s7+ edge
Mobile app is useless & 1 star, where desktop is ok , its a night and day difference between the two.
Not useful beyond spot check of prices and not worth the 20 per month when my items I sell have current and free data.

I installed it again, several months later. Still won't work. WorthPoint is happy to take my money for a subscription to their website but they don't care enough about subscribers to fix the dern app. My $400+ subscription is due in Dec. Guess who won't be resubscribing. App won't open on Galaxy 9. Just a big blank white screen. Installed, Uninstaller numerous times. C'mon, guys, FIX IT!
Pay 20$ a month for a service an the app dosnt work and they could care less about it...don't waste tour time
App freezes on launch, have uninstalled/reinstalled several times but no luck. Stuck using the website version, which go figure, also freezes often.
This app will not fu action on my Galaxy 8 phone. It freezes and my screen stays black. I have reinstalled several times, but it doesn't work. It is ridiculous to pay a monthly fee when I cannot access the information I need.
100% UNREALISTIC!! Come on developer-people of WorthPoint..?!? Ok very 1st of all, when I checked out the app & then looked a lil farther into them , by goin on their Site....They offer you a "FREE 7-DAY TRIAL",, If your new to their website & also inform you tht "They are rated #1 appraisal site w/over 300 million items ALL with available Prices/& yadayada yada....THEY GO ON & ON & ON " So me bein the gullable sucker i was @ tht moment, I believed em & signed up for their supposedly, "BEST VALUE PACKAGE.." (btw, was the most expensive one out of the 3 offered) Extta LONG LONG-STORY-SHORT, I immediately started researching items similar to mine I wanted to post 4 sell. You can search as many times as desired,, BUT WHEN AN ITEM/PRODUCT IS CLICKED ON, To Open for more info, details, & **OF COURSE PRICING**.,, I Suddenly realized that the very 1st item i clicked on for More, mainly curious about its PRICE, It tells you, "Click here to see price" SOOO when I did that the price popped right up..AWESOME!!...Or so i thought! THE 2ND ONE I CLICKED had the exact same link-button where price should've beenbut this time i noticed it was counting my "price look-ups"

I've come to find this service very useful, but after switching to a Galaxy S7 running Android 6.0.1, the app no longer loads. It gets hung up with the black bar at the top. Using the website on one's phone is not a good substitute for the app. Sadly I may have to cancel my subscription.
I use the mobile app occasionally, although it is really not as useful as the desktop version. It is pretty useless and actually it is getting even worse. Now it won't even load! This is a great website for reference, but the mobile app is terrible. I am logged on most of the day on my desktop and would highly recommend it....I would never recommend the mobile app.
It's very useful for items that are no longer on eBay. It searchers items that sold a long time ago. I am thankful for this app.
Worthpoint Android app is a useless research tool. It's down just about all the time.
This app has problems loading and crashes frequently. Since the mega giant Ebay owns this app and charges for a subscription you would think they would be able to get it right.
Just doesn't work. Keep saying "cannot update pricing". Total waste of time.
tried looking something up and set to only show with pictures and it didn't show any and yet the online version shows many pictures. also if you go to contact us on the app it says click form on right..there is no form or way to contact. I am on android phone. horrible app. I'm on a trial basis so we will see if the online is worth it because the app stinks.
