It's a scam. They want $23/month or $199/year to give the info you want. And that info is weak. Complete joke and waste of time. I have been a seller on ebay for 15 years and thought I'd give Worthpoint a shot. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are other options that are much better and FREE.
Very very expensive if you forget to cancel your trail. It cost me 500.00 to look up a few things. Still have 6+ months of this year's "subscription" I'll never use. SMH
App feels like it's in beta. Search feature, the selling point of this app and service, is hardly front and center. There needs to be more options for search. Best match doesn't help when it returns a thousand items. Instead, an option to only return items that contain all words in the query would be best (and seperate from sorting). Options also need ability to be locked in. Finally, on my stock Android phone, entering a number shifts the keyboard back to the qwerty layout, which is strange.
Worthpoint is a good tool for researching value but has the worst search engine I've ever seen this side of Reddit. It doesn't follow any if the standard rules of search and very specific search terms can return tens of thousands of results, very few of which relate to your intended item. This is extremely aggravating. I'm looking for alternatives immediately as the frustration has reached peak levels.
App will never open. I'm a subscriber but can't use the app. Asks for login info then closes. Keep waiting for an update to correct this issue, but hasn't happened. Will keep using through my browser but it would be nice to have the app work. Update: found that the problem with signing in was related to a fingerprint signin issue. Bug that needs to be fixed.
Pros- can find alot of items in one place that would save you time from searching. Can find alot of hard to find itmes on here Good if you only need basic info, but the Cons,= If you want to see any prices, the value, or how much a item sold for, etc , you have to pay. Which stinks, But I guess they have to be paid like everyone else too- . For now, Back to Google search for me . If you use Google lens, WP is usually the site's that show 1st . (You'll see what I mean!). So yea I like WP
WorthlessPoint. Reviewing auctions is not a price guide. A price guide is an item by item, searchable database.
Makes it super easy to find a value of an item. Compare from multiple avenues!
They dont mention anything about buying a subscription before you download the app and you cant see any prices unless you pay for it.....its garbage
Like so many others app closes after a few seconds, been doing this for years on a vatiety of phones and wi fi or 4g connection. We pay a lot for the service. Why cant you FIX it ! Well seems they finally fixed the issue, with huge increase in cost to using the service it was about time ..wait and see if it continues working before rating better
App and service don't offer a robust enough search engine. Simple keyword searches many times return all kinds of items not related to your search. No way to filter or be more specific. For example, search for Old Raby. It's an old hunt club. Searching for this returns everything from Rabies to Rabbis. In any other search engine, one could tighten this up by adding quotes around the search terms, but this search engine doesn't do that. It just returns the same results.
Awful since the latest update. Display problems, backspace doesn't work properly, type in one field and text moves to another. I want the old version back. At least that worked! Thinking of cancelling my subscription if this doesn't improve.
Love using this to value the sales of antiques I have at home. Also when shopping to compare deals.
Downloaded the app to check out a single item, found a simalr one but was unable to view it as you have to sign in. You cannot create an acct in the app you have to go to their website where you find out you can not use the site without a paid membership. App is free but they dont tell you it has to have membershio to use, it does say it on their website but i wouldn't have know that by just installing app. Useless without paying 24 a month or 200 bucks a year.
new mobile app is horrible. cant view horizontal. cant see prices at a glance, like before. have to click on each item. extremely poor design. and I'm paying for the subscription. annoying
Typing into the search line is hopeless. The app randomly tells me I can't see the price because I don't have a subscription even though I'm logged in with a subscription. You need to do more beta testing before releasing an app that could potentially frustrate thousands of users. Worthpoint, if you know what is good for your business, put 10 people on fixing it today and you could be releasing a usable app within a week.
It was a birthday gift. It was awesome. Thank you. I honestly think having the ability to look up real price in real time is something everyone selling should use. My goals to renew my suscription are very close. Worthpoint is an exceptional asset we all should use , especially if we want to sell with peace in mind we are asking a fair price. Thank you again. Enjoying the updated app. The map feature was new to me and helpful (eager to try it on road trips to be on the lookout for antique stores). Find search to be a bit cleaner and smooth.
I loved using this app but it is difficult to use when trying to value items for resell. It would be nice to be able to take a pic of the item and see results from that kind of search.
Awesome app I tried the 7 searches and was instantly hooked I sell on eBay and this is the only app I use to get a solid idea of worth history and pertinent info on my antiques and collectibles the articles are quite interesting I do not find it expensive because of my sales it has its glitches such as upgrades without warnings which make it unusable but it gets right I just would like a Google lens or camera added to it for an easier way to look up items none the less its worth every penny 😀

Breaks every other day. No contact form on phone. Amateur programming. The contact form is web only. The phone app reviewed offers phone and fax (no Telex?). Current bug drops back to home page in the middle of looking at search results.
Can't log in, don't have a log in yet, but won't take to a place to set up account. Please cancel my 7 day free trial. If I can't get in, not worth having. And don't charge me for a subscription either, no longer interested.
Every time I'm trying to go in it doesn't recognize my email which I've had for years with this company and I have to change my password as it says it doesn't which it doesn't recognize it's such a hassle to get in and change every time I'm probably going to cancel waste the money
Great information, but app keeps jumping back to the homepage in the middle of a search. Really annoying to have to start over. Especially for a paid service.
I think its a great resource but it takes so much time to search for any item having only 20 items per page with many unrelated items thrown in. To be paying a little over $20/mo for the basic subscription it should have better search features/filters. But with that being said, there really isn't any other comparable online resource that I've found to be better at the moment. Rock and a hard space for sure.
