Can't watch any videos. It's not playing did all what I need to do, reboot my modem, uninstall the app and all that. I wonder why, when all other apps are playing smoothly. Netflix, HBO to name a few. Please fix your server, as there was I problem, I guess. Thank you.

The absolute worst. Crashes constantly. Cannot get app for the TV so now instead of watching drag race on a big TV screen it's being watched on laptops and phones. That's embarrassing. And the fact they can't even get the app to function is the cherry on top.

Just updated to the latest version and now I can't watch the rest of Season 14. No entries show on the menu, and when I find them by searching the app crashes when I click play. What's the point of paying for a subscription service that doesn't work!

When i click Drag Race, no episodes of the latest streaming season appears. Used to be able to do so. Wifi and mobile data show different selection of shows in the same country. Crashes when clicking Library.

Resubscribe and when I ent to log in it kept saying error. Tried removing the app and reinstalling. Then tried password reset and that didn't help. Eithier they have an a they have an actual contact number buried somewhere or there is none at all . Eithier way unsubscribed just too frustrating

Rubbish I've paid my subscription via Google store. But am not able to access content I've followed all the trouble shooting tips and got nowhere. I've emailed support with all the evidence and got no reply. Keep getting the error of servers being down. Fed up now.

Was decent until the latest update. Now it doesn't show any episodes for Season 14 and All Stars 7 - and when I go to my offline library to access the downloaded episodes, it crashes every time. Would have rated 1 star - but due to the prior good performance of the app I gave it a 3.

The app is really laggy I download episodes so I don't get buffering then when I click on library to get to offline the app crashes and closes, the latest app update has made it worse and it was meant to "fix bug issues"

Up until two months ago I was satisfi with the app for the low price. But now it's second time that my subscription isn't being recognized. I tried different steps to solve it (including the steps from the website) but without any success. I just see the "lock" symbol in the lower corner of the videos. And why is one epidose (for example) of drag race over 2GB big? Episodes on other platforms are less than 400MB.

It crashes constantly. Pretty much everytime I pause a video to do something, I can't resume playback. I can't tell you how many times I have had to sign out (if I can get to that screen) and restart my device or force stop the app to get it going again. A pity as lots of good content but it is becoming unwatchable. Updated to say I have installed and reinstalled several times and the crashing continues. Its really bad. As soon as I have seen the finale of season 14, I am cancelling.

So frustrating. We had to buy an Amazon stick to watch on the TV. The sound quality of the shows is awful. One minute it's loud and one minute it's quiet. Also the YouTube content hasn't been updated for the app, so has old dates or ads all over it. Took a few days for the subscription to work too. Season 11 of untucked is written but isn't there, really poor.

So you release an app for Android, that can't stream to anything on your WiFi network - only works on Apple products? Then use the iPad on a 300mbps network and it keeps buffering. If its not accessible and doesn't work, you have no business releasing apps. Not available on LG TVs or Sky Q either. Dog tihs.

I'm definitely enjoying my subscription. I love the RuPaul shows all being in one place. I love the little feature shows by our favorite queens. But after a while, I've realized there's not much that changes. I wish that they would add new documentaries each month to change things up a bit. I also wish they would expand a bit more from RuPaul. Maybe some kings & monsters?? Tech team: there's a regular, annoying glitch that knocks me out while I'm watching. I have to close the app & go back in.

Suddenly the app has stopped working with my Google Chromecast. All my other applications work fine except this one that doesn't show the broadcast icon anymore ... Please fix this

I love being able to watch all of the international seasons of Drag Races all on 1 app. I do wish there more documentaries though. I've never had a problem with the app & it doesn't break the bank. It's one of the very few streaming services I would consider paying for because they're not trying to charge more than 4.99 BING BONG!!! Anyway, thank you World of Wonder.

Everything in one place, I enjoy the regular weekly shows but one idea would to be to let us have more information on when those shows are on, like a mini tv guide for the month. There are aspects that do need some attention to detail, for example, having season 13 'meet the queen's' when we have season 14 airing with none available other than YouTube to fall back on. It works well on my phone and the content has continued to feed me for years. Keep working on the app and invest in new shows

Latest update means I can't watch on my phone. It won't loads the shows and when I click on library it shuts the app down completely.

Would prefer to give no stars if it would let me! Downloaded the app and subscribed monthly and then it wouldn't let me watch anything as it said my subscription had expired. Uninstall and reinstalled app but it kept coming up with the same message so I deleted my subscription but have still been charged for one months fee when I haven't been able to view anything!! Very disappointed.

The service lags so severely especially certain hours of the day, I'm lead to believe it's the service issue as other streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc.) work perfectly during the same setting. Not worth the subscription if the service is going to be this poor.

Very great app for watching anything but the most popular franchises. You get email updates about Drag Race US and All Stars and yet can't watch any season of either franchise.

What a wonderful app, I've only seen advertisements for WoW shows on it and it's very refreshing that there isn't a ton a filler commercials about any and everything. I love Drag U, all the Foreign Drag Race special series, Brolaska, OH Pit Crew, and "Painted with Raven." 😘😍🥰💕🖤❤💙🤍🖤🤍💙❤🖤💕🥰😍😘

Seems to like skip a lot or the screen goes black out of the blue, sometimes won't load either.

I couldn't watch shows even if I've already settled the payment. The customer service is the worst and their instructional guides are outdated. So disappointing

Very easy to use, bit of a lag sometimes when casting but overall does exactly what it says on the tin

Buffers all the time when I have full internet, doesn't like switching to full screen either. 🤔

Good shows and best place to watch all the seasons of drag race (regions permitting) but it needs work on the layout. The ability to watch untucked mid Rupaul would be an amazing opportunity for this service to gain something above others that provide them too. My main gripe is it constantly locks you out and makes you enter your details again. No other streaming service I know does this.

Already paid for subscription, still can access the content. Don't ask me to follow the intructions in help center, cause I already did. Bad app
