Edit to drop another star. I have two videos that have "expired" with no way to delete them and no support to figure it out. I still love not paying for a subscription, but these other issues are making me rethink that stance. Some sort if support page or contact would be nice. **** Great app, but... This app is great. I love not having to pay a subscription. Why only four stars? It needs to have a way to delete more than one notification at a time. Hubby & I were working outside and we had over 50 notifications. Having to go into each one of them individually to delete is irritating. I know all the notifications were us walking back & forth in the yard. I didn't need to watch them. If deleting more than one at a time were available I'd update my rating to five stars.

Can't give it a zero, keeps saying "the caller has hung up" no one called, and I have to reset everytime, I know it was cheap but that's not the point. Also shows it picture upside down, Blurred image, Google says infrared camera faulty, Problems trying to connect, times out, I had to set it up manually, as the QR code not recognised, very frustrating, and the seller on eBay wants far too much info, I now know I'm not the only one having difficulty.

This app does not work. Alerts happen all the time and no one is present. Cannot customize zone. The device does not notify your phone when doorbell is pressed. It is almost like a permanent sleep mode. Cannot figure out how to get it to work. No user manual and the customer service email gets a generic response asking for more info then no further response. This device from Door Ringer is a waste of money

Don't waste your time or money. 1 star, because the motion detection goes off every 2 minutes, regardless of the sensitivity setting, could be the app, or a fault with the cheap camera. The support team does not answer e-mails, so don't expect any help from them. The doorbell ringing is useless, you can only use the intercom if the app is open on your phone, once the screen closes, it doesn't work.

Just save your time, and return the device connecting to the app. I have had 2 critical issues. First, I keep getting false person alerts. Not like the odd exception, but 1-2 alerts per minute, and in all cases there was nothing to even trigger an alert (dog, person, car, etc.). I had to disable alerts. Next, the battery went low, and it sends 1-3 alerts per minute. This is painful when you have a low battery at 2am, and are woken up to constant alerts. Save your time, and buy elsewhere!

Decent device. You certainly won't miss anything outside your house.you will get lots of alerts if you leave it on sensor mode. Leave the app running in the background on your phone and it's a pretty reliable connection over 3g/4g when you're not home. Yes there's a lag but show me a video app that doesn't have some. You may want to set a do not disturb time on your phone overnight though to keep the notifications from disturbing you. Because it will get everyone that walks by

Worked since day 1. Almost a year now. Zones would be nice. Idk why people complain about too many notifications. If you don't want notifications set the home and away properly or go pay for a subscription to a brand name service. We are all here because we are cheap and this tech ages out quick. Do not expect name brand service from a free app. I will update if it stops working. Some of y'all might have camera hsrdware issues If it goes off every minute.

It's absolutely useless. Not sure if it's the app or the device, but it works initially, then does nothing. Worthless. Doesn't help that you select M3 for your device, then it selects the V version. Pile of you know what. Total waste of money and time. Buy the proper product and not this mess. If I could give zero stars I would.

So far the app only tells you when someone sets off the motion alarm. When someone rings the doorbell the app only sends you a text saying that someone pushed the button. When you tap that text message it goes to the app but doesn't let you answer the doorbell. The app needs to go straight to the call screen instead of sending a text so you can actually answer the doorbell. I have had the doorbell installed for 3 weeks and so far not once have I been able to answer it. This needs to be fixed.

Terrible connection. Unless the app is left open and your phone in, you will not get any notifications. Even with the app open, it's hit and miss on whether you will get any notifications. So disappointed. Better off buying Ring or some other device with a better app interface. Update: it now allows live view which is great, even if it's on a trial bases. Gave it two more stars.

App doesn't stay connected to Victure floodlight security camera. If the live feed works at all, it will only stay connected for less than five seconds before the connection times out.. The camera also just goes offline whenever it wants - refreshing & reloading the app does not help. When it does work, the camera itself looks and works well with a good, clear picture. PLEASE fix the app. I'd rather not go through the process of returning & spending up for a different one.

I get a notification every minute (no exaggeration) that people are detected. This happens 24/7 (no exaggeration). This happens...all...night...long. The sensitivity is turned down as low as it can go, so I don't even know what motion could be setting it off. I would like to keep the notifications on so I can know when someone is actually at my door, but not if it goes off every minute.

Well I've have some good/bad issues with this app. First major issue is that although in playback mode the timeline will show grey as in it got recorded, It skips, I am watching footage from yesterday and it skips from 19:29 or 7:19 pm to 21:06 pm or 9:06 pm. That's almost 2 hours of loss footage, also want to note that I was in live view yesterday from 7:19 pm to 21:06 pm with the camera around that time and I wasn't disconnected so where did the footage go? Why can I view something live but then when i go back, it skips over that time frame. Also have had issues with what I can tell is signal loss or a blacked out section in the timeframe. This happens randomly between 7:30am - 10:30pm at night but I have a clean signal from 10:30 pm to the next morning. What is affecting my wifi signal? I tried different channels. Also the app should self clean up expired videos/photos. One feature I'd like to see is that it can distinguish between a screen shot and a period of motion, most screen shots are showing be the play button but i go and play it, it has a timeframe of 0:00. I also hate that during some days I get an error "There is no video recorded at this moment but if I power cycle the camera, i get the continuous record to function again or those odd times that I can only watch what is listed in "orange" but what is listed in orange on local playback doesn't coincide with what is listed within the motion section. Would love to help make this product better.

I'm using this with two Victure floodlight cams, and they are set to continuously record to SD cards. The app won't playback footage from the SD card even though it shows video is being continuously recorded. Also, some motion alarms won't play video. I do receive motion alarm notifications, at least. It is not worth buying a Victure camera unless they fix these major flaws.

Using it with the video floodlight and it does not work well. Cannot control the lights or trigger for motion. Does not alarm when something moves in the frame. Tried customer service and they sent two screenshots with the same non-working setting with no other message. Nope, this is no good. I do not recommend.

It worked at first, showing video through the app and now a few days later it doesn't work unless someone rings the bell the hangup part don't even hang up outside, it's useless I bought flat nails still no go. I have it in the house and every once in a while it'll light up and turn on as if it's controlled by a creep. I paid my brother to get the same thing he had & buy it off eBay I thought it was the ring smh what a waste of batteries and money 200 loss I don't think this app is compatible

Hmm, hard to know whether the app or the device is the problem? 🤔 Installs easy enough (Doorbell & chime) but as soon as it connects after being rang, it emits a loud screeching noise at the doorbell end and it's that loud that the caller is indecipherable! Useless. Sent back to seller and it appears these generic copies of the well known brand are all 💩

The first two times we tested the door bell feature it made my phone give a doorbell sound with a notification on my phone. Every time after that it only does the generic tone I have for all my texts and emails so I never know when someone is ringing my doorbell. I've checked settings and nothing. It goes of constantly but no one is there. I really wish you would fix it but it is unlikely

Good app, 17 Jan update works great with the Dophigo doorbell cam I own. One thing to note, make sure the app is exempt from android's battery optimizations, namely Doze and App standby. If you don't, you will get late notifications when the phone is locked as android will put the app to sleep!! You can also turn off the persistent notification by going to the app's properties in settings, then notifications and turn OFF other notifications!!!

Huge lag between doorbell ring and message on phone, can't use the main feature... Answer to someone when not home because.. When I get the message if I do.. The person is long gone. Both bell and chimes keep ringing like crazy even after rejecting call (when it works) or answering.. Can't Change the number of times it rings, bell and chime.. 4 times? Really? Yes, my bell has good network coverage, is almost side by side with the router.. Support don't answer my questions, only default answers..

found many issues with app. 1. Low Battery alarm does not work. Battery percentage reached to 1% and device switches off. 2. different battery percentage in different devices(when it is shared) 3. no battery full alarm. Does this have gms 4. no alexa connectivity in India 5. outside unit volume is low, can we improve with any software upgrade? 6. sometimes we dont get pop up notication during door bell. it makes a "clicking noise" that's it. 7. sometimes when we pick up, it shows "callended(13),

I would recommend nobody boys this doorbell. My doorbell is only 8 feet from my router and keeps disconnecting. It does not work and is a complete waste of money . as well as that it just keeps saying waiting for connection every 5 seconds and will not stop until you turn it off. It doesn't even work as a normal doorbell. Terrible product and I would give it lower stars if that was an option

This system is absolute garbage! I wasn't looking for bells & whistles, just a basic video doorbell and sounded like this would work...it doesn't! Actually nothing works the way it's supposed to. The inside doorbell rings once and the camera doorbell outside continues to ring. There's no way I've discovered (because the instructions damn sure don't tell you how) to speak through the app on your phone and the camera doorbell to whomever is at the door. Find something else to suit your needs.

Needs battery reminder system sorted, av fully charged my battery's today and it still says there half full, so put the batterys in my charger and there full, never had this problem. I am not complaining about the app as it's great and keeps me updated, just maybe another update or see if there is something wrong on your end, as had my camera looked at and it's working fine.

Video quality is good. But a bird flying across the yard will set off alarm even on lowest sensitivity setting. Live view has locked up twice; had to take batteries out to reset it. No way to delete multiple alerts at one time.

App doesn't have enough control over features. Cannot delete videos that expired. Motion detector goes off all the time but doesn't display what's causing it. DO NOT BUY

Just had a delivery and yet again no notification on phone despite a strong WiFi signal in the house and the bell was fully charged last night. Thankfully the driver had sense to ring my landline as thought I might be out. This system is so unreliable, wouldn't recommend anyone buying it. Fed up reinstalling software, company needs to sort problems
