I love the app because it shows you your balance without having to log in and that's perfect. The one thing that this app is missing is a faster money transfer, it would be so much better if the transfer was almost immediate like Zelle, versus it taking 1 or 2 whole business days. If I put the transfer in on Feiday I have to wait until Monday for it to go through,not very efficient. Other than that its a great app.
Worked ok until today. Now it's consistently crashing immediately after logging in via fingerprint. Rebooting phone doesn't help. Discovered a workaround: Click on one of the accounts in the dashboard instead of the blue "log in with fingerprint" bar. Scroll to the bottom of the window that opens and tap "See all transactions". Now use the fingerprint. It won't crash as long as you stay away from the main accounts screen.
App doesn't open up. Stays blank. Works only once in a great while. Was great before.
Not sure what the deal is with past reviews, I've yet to have a problem with logging in. App works fine, just a little slow, I feel people are too hasty with their reviews since it's a user error and they want to blame the developer. Unfortunate, but the app works perfectly fine for me.
The application used to work great, until the recent update, which so far we have been unable to update ourselves. Its been internal, from what I was told. Now nothing works. My app just freezes. Why have an update, if you don't let the user update it as well? Worthless!
Keeps crashing Was working fine and all of a sudden today Everytime I try to log in it just closes. I've tried deleting app and reinstalled it. I've tried shutting my phone off. But nothing is working. Pls fix asap!!!!!
This app makes it easy to track transactions and move money around. Invaluable and necessary. WPCCU is a great financial institution. LADWP will always be a public utility powerhouse (pun intended). Bank with them and your $$$$$ are in good hands...
Easy to use with clear descriptions
Originally a great app. Since updated it crashes everytime I try to open it. It was more convenient than using my laptop. Next time...if it AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!! If I could give it less than one star, I would!
Great app for a banking app. Easy to use. Straight forward nothing complicated from billing to checking all accounts, to transfers, to even checking your zelle. Highly recommend.
I love the WPCCU mobile app. The enhancements have made it even easier for at a glance acct info without having to go into each account if you don't want to. I love WPCCU best Credit union ever.
Very easy access always accurate and customer service is the best, no question or problems unresolve I would and have reccommended to others. Best app ever.
This is the reason why I initially didn't use the app.. it crashes all the time. It was working fine for a few months now is doing it again and I can't log into my account thru the app
4-1-21 update has broken app. I have to delete data and cache after every use and detailed acct data does not load. I have removed and reinstalled, still broken.
Every WPCCU member should have the app. I love the new mobile deposit except I never get to see the nice people at the branch office. I have to drive over there every once in a while....!
Love that the account balances display on the home page without requiring a full login. Easy user friendly interface.
500 error. It seems nobody can fix this. Emailed developer several times and nobody got back to me. WPCCU Customer Service are no help at all, they're suggestions does not do anything.
Why does my app keep crashing. Been doing it for two days. I can't log into my account. Keeps closing when trying to log in.
Overall good. Wish I could do more with it like manage scheduled transfers but great for 90% of the time.
App can not update bill pay information. Go to the website and it locks you out. Send an email to the mobile app number and all they do is send you an email where you can give them your phone number so they can maybe call you. Still waiting and still locked out.
Love the new app. I know with a touch of a finger. What going on with my account. Plus the add security of knowing that you are right there to help if I need you. Love wpccu
I wish the credit card payment options were still on the app instead if having to go to an external site to pay or transfer money to pay the bill.
Something needs to be done about it crashing. Was working fine for the last few years but yesterday it started crashing
Very inconvenient! I have been a member for over 24 years and this is not acceptable. The app continuously crashes while I check my account
used to be better now they want u to go to another website thru the app to pay ur wpccu credit card and that whole process is very hard and not use friendly should if kept it with all the other wpccu accounts
Has everything I need to check my bank accounts, credit cards, loans, etc. Good, easy interface. Love it

I used to love this app, but its consistently acting up. It will change your log in randomly saying invalid password, yet on my laptop everything remains the same. Doesn't let me access full operation as my computer, glitches and shuts down due to "upgrading the system" late in the evening. I work various hours and depended on my mobile app. Looks like I can depend more calling in to the recording than this app. Don't download, it's a waste of time. Customer service is also rude.
