Does it's job and does it well. Can do banking easily, with very few issues and quickly without having to go up to the bank or be on my home computer. Only complaint I have is that it originally took biometric data as a password alternative, but suddenly stopped accepting it and has required password usage every time. Not a major issue, just a minor annoyance.

The app needs an upgrade that provides authentication by text instead of call for users who may be out of country. The interface is easy to use which is great, definitely lackluster. As long as you only intend to transfer between 2 accounts that are in your name with WPCU the app does its bare minimum. The quantity of times per month/year the app is to able to "connect" or "verify" is definitely a negative that's gives users more of a reason to ask why do I still associate myself with them.

Easy to use. Shows what's pending. Shows a balance that reflects what's pending before it clears. I would like the app to show reoccurring transactions either in a list or a calendar view. For example, I know that my cell phone payment comes out every month on the 28th. It would be awesome if the app would display that info. Or allow me to design a calendar that the app updates. So I could tell the calendar/app that on the 28th my cell phone is due EVERY month and the app displays this

Works the way it's supposed to. I only feel like the maintenance is frequent and the accounts you connect can be a little finicky but I can't tell if these are just server things or actually have to do with the app itself. Otherwise, it's great! It would be sweet to see live updates to cash being deposited/withdrawn, which prompts a logout and back in, but this is a minor thing.

Update 6-11-20...customer service is wonderful! The problems I was having with this app (see below*) were resolved when I used the app with my phone data instead of my wifi. Nicole at WPCU suggested this and it worked! *Mobile deposit glitch? App logs me out after taking an image of the check. This happens twice for each check deposited. I have to log back in and re-enter all of the info each time it logs me out. This has been happening for the past month.

This has worked great for many years, but lately the app has started having difficulty taking pictures of checks for mobile deposit. Many errors about not being able to detect corners, or folded corners, when the image is clearly visible. I spent the better part of an hour trying to get an image that the app was happy with.

Wpcu have changed their check deposit program on their app. It is so super sensitive now with photo taking. It takes me forever to deposit checks now, because the photo taking program is overly sensitive. I've had to take pictures over and over because it will say the image isn't clear or is missing, when it clearly is not! Change it back please!

I have never had any issues with this App so not sure what is going on. Opened it and now my option to use my fingerprint to log on is gone. Entered my username and password and it's saying invalid. Also just realized I didn't get my daily balance update. I checked to see if I need to update the App and it doesn't show one. Trying to check my account and pay bills. This is ANNOYING. FIX IT.

Overall works great...some features seem to be still in testing phase and it can be annoying when you think you can do something via the app but then it just sends you in a loop or gives you an error. But overall for basic banking purposes it works great.

I did change my rating and drop it from 5 to 4 for just one reason only. Overtime the check deposit portion of the app is very frustrating to myself and my wife. We receive 5-10 checks a week and it's easier to deposit over the phone. When photographing the signature side there's a 50% fail rate every time, and st the ATM even though the picture is clear, readable and concise.

The WPCU app is very easy to navigate, with everything clean and tidy. Once an option is opened up, then all the detailed info is displayed. I do not find it clunky, but rather logical in how i want to use the app to manage different accounts.

I love my credit union, have been with them abt 40 yrs! They are always up with new technology and better than many of the other banks. This app allows me great freedom! My only regret is that when I deployed I put my sister on my account and can't get her off of it by myself. She ignores my requests. I could close the account and open a new one, but I've had this very same account since I was 19! I'd like to keep it lol!

Easy to use and sure makes managing my monthly finances a lot easier. The only thing I don't like is not being able to see or edit the address information on payees. When a company notifies me of an address change for payments I have to completely delete the payment and set up a whole new one.... because of this limitation. That's the only reason I withheld star 5.

I have a disability that prevents me from driving, which makes going to the bank a complicated matter. Being able to check my account balance on the go is very helpful for this reason. The mobile check deposit is a godsend. The information about your accounts is clear, detailed, and up-to-date. Highly recommended for anybody who uses Wright Patt Credit Union. Almost a necessity for mobility impaired persons who use WPCU.

I suppose on the occasion the server is working, the app is functional. 3/4 times I attempt to use this app for convenience, the server is offline and you can not make a transfer. Don't waste your time with this just call them to get your business done.

With paperless checking, it doesn't deduct amount from balance for you until after transactions. Leaving you to keep a mental note or paper somewhere with this information on it. Kinda defeats the purpose. Other than that not a bad banking app.

I got to app to be able to cash checks easily after I moved out of state, during COVID-19. The app worked like a charm. You do need to make sure to have the check on a highly contrasting surface for it to work, and it doesn't tell you to sign the check and put "WPCU Mobile Deposit" on the back, but those are minor.

New update updated version it's not working for my Android. I re-downloaded and restarted my phone and the app keeps locking me out stating that I have been logged out due to inactivity. I can't even walk into begin with! Very unsatisfied. I should have never updated if I knew this was going to happen🤦🏾😤

Very easy to use. To improve, when bills are being paid, it would be helpful if there was a drop down menu of previous amounts paid like there is when using the website.

Works okay, except for check deposit photos (errors repeatedly if there's any hint of a shadow...tried directly under light with no flash, no light with flash, no luck!). Almost impossible to avoid shadows due to holding the phone directly over the check. Never had this issue until updated app was used.

I downloaded this app strictly to deposit checks. When you endorse the back of a check it says you are required to write for deposit only at wpcu. When I try to deposit my first check, after tapping submit an error message came up saying they were unable to show my information. It did not say if it was able to deposit the check or not just that it couldn't show the outcome. It was very confusing, so I'm not sure if I tried to deposit a check 6 times or it never went through but on the 7th time it gave me a confirmation that it is in process.

Does what I need it to do, but wish there was a pop up calculator within the app that you could access to calculator simple transfers, make sure there was enough inn the account, etc.

It has been much easier to manage my finances since setting up mobile banking. This app is great compared to using the toll free automated call service, or through the mail for banking still. Saves paper, some time, and the hassle other methods can occasionally cause for the user.

I love WPCU. This AP is so easy to use. balance checks, transfers, easy links to follow for phone numbers to home office for account issues and BILL PAY. I can honestly say ive not written a check in over 10 years for any of my bills. WPCU takes care of all of that with bill pay. it's an awesome service!!

The new version no longer lets me store multiple user names to log in, and there is still no functionality to see more than one checking and savings account. I have 2 accounts and 2 log ins, so this is an anmoying downgrade with no improvements to balance it out.
