App freezes within a minute of opening every time I use it. Never had this problem until the last update. If it can't be fixed, I'll be happy to switch to WJAR's app instead.

The app freezes within a minute or so of looking at an article or looking at the weather. You have to close the app and restart, just for it to freeze again.

Vastly inferior to the previous version. Does not allow direct and simple download. Can only view by opening old app, clicking on "upgrade" which takes you to Google Play (android) where you then select "open" which takes you right back where you started (old app home page with "upgrade" option) - only now there is a menu icon in the upper right corner which leads to a tedious process of locating stories. No more "Top Stories" header. The number of steps is ridiculous. Fix it, please!

update is glitchy on Android s21, freezes and can not go back a page. scrolling stops and you have to close app.

[VERY UNPLEASANT] app is counter productive i.e. after launching should immediately go into full screen to WPRI and NOT into the black could storm of links. To Developers: You need to major forklift this app and after have non technical users bench mark test ease of navigation before you GA this app. Seriously considering removing this app! My email to Devpr was blocked by your MS Outlook Mailserver...so you can't email Develper as well which circumvents the idea of receiving input. Very BAD!

I love getting the news updates, but the Ads are absolutely distracting, the viewers should be focused on news not on ads, these ads that when accidently clicked on lead you to junk links. If only they would atleast minimize the adspace they have then this app is perfect.

Wright after I installed the app, I noticed it stalling and freezing. That made it impossible to navigate, and find the story's your looking for it's not good.

As Kasey said in her review (thank you Kasey!) You absolutely need to uninstall the old app before adding the new one, it doesn't work by just updating it, need to uninstall reinstall then app works better. Poor instructions on this and they really should tell people on the site because before I reinstalled the site was extremely flawed and limited.

Since the new update I have not gotten the notifications until I open the app. I have triple checked my notification settings and it still will not send the breaking news or notifications.

Since the update, the links don't work to other portions such as the "Detailed 7 Day Forecast". Truly disappointing since this is where I go to for local weather for personal and work situations.

Not often to break with news stories. But their details once out with a story is quit thorough. The app is fairly easy to use.

Terrible! Old app was much better. Keeps sending message that device is not on internet. Traffic no longer has airline flight feature.

This app has EVERTHING a person can look for like the top storys and news that some folks miss seeing the news all we need to do is open the app and you will be able to watch the news. I have had the app for a little over 3 years and im glad i got the app ☺

I feel this is the best news app in the area. Most up to date and best variety of news, not just attention grabbing headlines. 4.5 stars.

I enjoy watching you on T.V. and thank you for providing 4P.M. news. Sad to say but I unstalled your weather app. I wasn't happy that where weather videos should be able to see but when I try to watch it says no content.

Not easy to navigate. Too hard to find local news and headlines. I have stared using another news app.

I liked the old app. The update is not really the same doesn't have the seven days detailed. Enough with updates.

I enjoy having quick access to local, regional, national and international news. Pinpoint weather is a big plus.

App is pretty good, news articles are biased in one direction; overall a decent user experience.

Great app Except for the annoying ad that you see when opening. This is not good to see.

Since new update cannot see news. Tells me to update. Check Play Store and nothing else to update. App is pretty useless now.

Local news and alerts are easy to see, updated regularly.

Doesn't work on my android Samsung 10. Tried and installing and re installing and it completely won't even open our do anything

I can't receive 12.1 with my digital antenna so I'm crossing my fingers when the Patriots are playing this app is actually streaming it.

Great news coverage for the RI and MA areas, the app is well thought out, and easy to use.

Works fine...I like being able to check for weather and updates throughout the day.

Does this app come on the fire stick so I can watch it on my smart tv? I have it on my phone and it works great!
