WPXI Severe Weather Team 11

Straightforward app with one of the better radar map interfaces. Some of the forecast data is not always consistent from one screen to another, which is annoying. The ad placement is also annoying, but that's typical, and intentional. Forecast accuracy is no better or worse than the others. As with all weather forecasts, after a day or two it's fairly useless. But, people expect long-term forecasts even though they're not likely to be accurate.

Never had a problem with the app and always check it for the most accurate weather.

Accurate and easy to use. Radar is very helpful.

This app is very informative and tells me were a storm is headed and what to expect.

This app needs updated!!! It has everything on it that I need... If it would work it would be an Awesome app!!! Most of the time when I open it..it's a blank screen. Then when it does show up it's very slow and the screen freezes😞. Please fix it !!!

The old version was much better. Everything was right there. With the new version, you have to scroll down to find information, and the background makes it hard to read. Just uninstalled it and am looking at CBS and WTAE weather apps.

I'm very happy with this app. I've had it for a few weeks but even in the first week I knew this is what I needed. My Home Aid is who told me she's had her app for almost two years. I thought I'd give it a try, then I knew it had everything I wanted & most of all needed. The one thing I would like to see changed for the better is, a longer running time on the radar for the future. Other than that, this app is great 👍. Thank You!

WPXI is the only Pittsburgh news that I watch. I have watched WPXI since I was a kid, and that has been a very long time! Their news team seems to get to a lot of the breaking news before the other news channels and sometimes they are the only News channel that gets that news. I will continue to watch this news channel as long as I'm alive.

Love the app. I enjoy being able to see the radar .. zoomin in or not, and also the hourly choice. It makes planning the day so much easier.

App ignores system settings even in do not disturb I recieved notifications. Has an extremely annoying voice alert. Do not install.

Very inaccurate/conflicting weather data. Can say 0% chance of rain for the day, yet the hourly shows rain and vice versa. Will say 30% chance of rain, with 0% chance of rain for the hourly. They just post up conflicting data it's terrible. No humidity listing either.

Don't like it , I use to be able to look quickly to see what the weather was going to be like in the morning. But no you people have to drag the nightly news team on to the net cause you can't get on the 6pm report on the weekends cause of golf. I feel I'm going to be going to either channel 2 or 4 instead of staying here and watching on the the tv.

My favorite news anchors and weather team. Straight forward and thorough news reporting, and on-target weather projections. Prefer WPXI weather app even over The Weather Channel app! We are and have been steadfast WPXI viewers for 25+ years. A great team!

I have to watch an advertisement for 30 seconds before being able to watch a tornado warning. Classy! Nice way to put profits before the health and safety of your users.

Weather warnings not accurate anymore. Shows the 5 day forecast which is good, but rest of the app has gotten worse. Video warnings instead of something I can read. Going to try out wtae now.

2x2 widget doesn't work from last update. I don't get the weather unless the app is opened. Please fix. That and it keeps asking me to hit the retry button for the weather.

Love the local weather... But you guys doing the weather always stand in front of my part of the map.... I live in buffinton twp in Indiana county so you are always standing there when the radar is going over my part... So I can never tell what's going on... Thank you

phone will go off non stop saying new weather alerts, when you open the app it says no current alerts. sticking with weather bug more reliable

Awesome weather tool, with precise and concrete information. Great app for weather forecast 🙂In accordance to the weather information this will be a indicator on what attire you should wear.

The live news always kicks me off. It hasn't worked for a while. It's highly disappointing because I always loved this app..

Before the update, I used to recommend this app to everyone. Now it takes FOREVER to load a reliable live radar. get the radar back to what it was!!

No place in app for school closings and way too many ads. I liked the older versions much better.

just loaded app to my tablet. deleted it right away, will only allow me view in vertical. It won't reposition for horizontal 😟

Love the WPXI weather app. Use it all the time especially to keep up with current and future weather in my area.

Got a thunderstorm and heavy downpour downtown but the radar is showing clear, this has been an ongoing issue...
