WRDW News 12

Several times this app has asked me to support Biden by signing a petition with ads. The news has enough bias and wokeness I don't want anymore. Good luck keeping an audience with blatantly bias in reporting and manipulation of facts for political agendas.

It's a shame that everytime a notification pops up I'm stuck looking at a loading screen instead of actually reading what's important. Then when I do get it to open I get kicked out of the story I'm reading and can never find it again. Poor poor functions. Don't depend on it for emergencies that's for sure.

WRDW has been my go-to need app for years but I've been forced to give it up. It would open as it should but any story I selected would fail to open and leave me looking at a spinning arrow indefinitely. I finally uninstalled it and later reinstalled but same problem still occurred. Guess I'll need to find a new local news source. I really wish the problems with this app could be corrected

The app's widget opens and then it goes to the same widget screen and takes forever to open. All this started with the last two updates. Before the updates it worked fine. Can you please fix this problem, I am sure l am not the only one experiencing this problem.

I too don't get anything but ads on the app now. I get the notifications on the top of my phone but when I open the app I get nothing. I've even deleted it and reinstalled it and it's still the same. Before now I would've rated it 5stars. Please fix it. Update: It's June 26 and I reinstalled the app again and it's back working again. I hope no more problems reoccur.

UPDATE: Deleting the app. Going to depend on Ch. 6 news from now on. App will not load most of the time. Also, "breaking news" will not show up in the app. I'll get the notification, but nothing in the app.

This app is pathetic! 90% of the time it doesn't even open... You just get the splash screen and a spinning circle! Please fix what's actually wrong with it. Spoiler alert: it has nothing to do with my internet connection!

Last few days, nothing but adds. Can't access the news at all. Uninstalled app after it not being able to see the local news for about a week.

Constantly crashes and fails to load news stories. This app has been plagued with issues and nothing is ever done to resolve them.

The was great for a long period of time. Then it started to lag and now it plays infomercials and no news.

App use to be good , but after last update it is worthless! Get notification of latest news but when you click on it , nothing but white blank screen, takes forever to load

What's wrong with the app? Cant get anything other than ads. This has been a big problem for a few days now. I miss my WRDW app on my phone! Please fix and/or update this. Thanks

uninstalled after they added a commercial that takes over your screen when you start the app. This is a hijacker attempt on your phone.

You can't turn off sound for notifications. They interrupt at the most inappropriate times.

Someone should check this app. You put in local and get 3 local stories followed by junk about some woman in New York fixing up a bus. But cant pull up a story from two weeks ago. I.e. jeanne dr. Gotta do better or I and my friends will go to abc for our news. Always improving, no always adding more junk for people to look through for your own greed. Totally ashamed of news 12.

Adding on 6-11-21. Is anyone on the development team on whomever may be in charge of the app going to look into fixing it? Do you all read this? Locks up, drops out, says offline and I know that I'm not

I have not been able to view anything on the app for about 4 days. What has happened? I have uninstalled several times and it still does not work.

Had to install the app. Nothing but ads like some other reviews. I might install again in the future.

Worked great until the recent update! Now it no longer shows actual news!

This app doesn't work it open up and then you pick a news topic and it goes white can you please fix this app

It just doesn't fulfill me, it's local so it's really necessary to have during bad weather. I haven't found a weather that gets me feeling like I have adequate information. It may just be me who knows?

Stopped loading news. Uninstalled and reinstalled did not fix the issue.

It Dose Not Want To Download Or It's Not Downloading To My Phone For Some Reason After I Took The App Off Cuz It Was Not Acting Right So Y'all Need To Do Something With These Apps? Or Take Them Off? Cuz They're Now Useless

There was no way to sign off and I personally do not want my apps open at all times.
