Writco — Publish & Write Stories, Poems, Quotes

My experience with this App, has been an excellent one. In fact, just exploring the app, I wrote my first poem and published it. It's fun to write Quotes, Poems and even stories in the app, especially now, when they have updated it. They have an option of choosing the covering image from them or uploading of our choice. Then, they have prompts for Poems and Stories, one can complete them. They encourage people to visit and read other authors by assigning Badges. In short encouraging Read and ✍️

I love this app. Great format! Love the catagorization and that we can upload pictures for our poetry. Great community and great poetry. Thank you for this app. 🙏 Update: Fix your new censorship algorithms... Censoring my comments and words is unacceptable and especially when I haven't said anything wrong. The A.I. in the algorithm has some learnin' to do. Ie... Slang words, terminologies and acronyms. I understand, the English language is very tricky but this was a simple error. - Shalom ✌️

I've been using this app for a while now and after the past update I can no longer edit my works! What the..?! I don't care about the reasons why you suddenly decided to remove it but just so you know you are taking away a writer's freedom by removing the editing options. Bring back the edit option.

I love the new version of Writco but Writco can you please return the Number of Reads back to the Number of Views cos it's not encouraging when you Writes and only got Fewer Reads than Likes. Most people on Writco do not Read, they only Like. I would love it if you can consider this. Thanks.

I think there's some bug. It has always annoy me when I people I just followed back, unfollowed me later on. So I just want to return the favor and unfollow them too. But I can't get to the very bottom of my followers and following tab. Whenever I scrolled down it's just white/blank. Also can you arrange the following/followers sort by the newest? That way it'll be easy lol.

Can you please update the edit option in poems and quotes i can't find it anywhere nor i can edit my poems as i wish . Please do something about it otherwise app is awesome simple . I'm using this app for 2 years but i found issue today and it's just little issue please fix it .

I've been here for more than a year...great thing is that Writco keeps improving themselves every now and then...shows humbleness ....definitely, very much different from the other writng apps from the very beginning....they should be congratulated and appreciated.....for the work they do for us all...Thanks Writco...Reach up to the STARS...

All are working but when I fill my copyright name and save it,it is not done ,and i get a message that something went wrong ,but i don't know what the wrong procedure is occur

Have been using Writco since last 1 year, it is one of the best apps I have used for writing. Excellent writing prompt and supporting community.

I love using the app but I'm not sure why I can no longer edit my works. Found some errors and can't seem to correct them. Ami doing something wrong?

There a problem pick pictures for poems. It won't let me . But it great apps.

Very convenient app, with affordable options, giving you an authentic experience as someone who can be casual or serious. Copyright is my favorite feature. However, Instagram or social media plugins seem to not function properly. The links do not work in the manner they should and I think that's a concerning disadvantage for those who wanna connect with one another. I also don't think I've gotten a reply back from the report I submitted about this. Still waiting for a response; it's been weeks.

I have been using this app for only four days and I love it. So far everything is very good, the interface is very aesthetic looking and it's very easy to manage. However, my concern is that maybe you should please allow writers to make a novel-like story wherein you allow them to have chapters. I tried uploading a story but it only limits to 2000 words. If given the improvement, we would be surely happy. All in all, this app is superb! ♥️

It's an amazing app. It's for writers and they're very good at giving the writer space on the page. Different options, quotes, stories or even poems. It gives you an opportunity to grow as well, with challenges in the app, sorta like events in a way. It's also amazing that you can send each other letters, though, right now that's a paid feature. Which I understand, it's a small team and they're doing fantastic so far. But, you get a free three day trial with no strings attached. Overall love it

I think Writeco is a very supportive community for writers. I have been enjoying my experience on it very much. However I do realize that some basic technicalities such as saving a draft and so on is only reserved for the premium package. I think this should be amended so that one can have basic advantages of they are not able to purchase premium. Other than that I think it is a good app and I am looking forward to the improvements in the future. :)

Love this app! I'm still exploring it's delightful features but the ones I have used so far tick the right boxes. I enjoy the ease of use. I'm able to add quotes, poems and stories with ease. Sharing what I write with friends is a great option too! And it has loads of contests for the ones who like a challenge. Highly recommended!

Nice app. Good platform especially for newbie writers to practice styles and genres. However, I see some main categories missing... Mystery and Thriller. I'm aware that the app is new and perhaps more categories are being added over a course of time. Good job though. Extremely user friendly. Navigation is cakewalk. Also, please have an option to post via a website because typing poems and stories on a phone gets so tedious.

It's a great app to get your stories out there. I have 1 problem. I get more "likes" than I do "views". Maybe not allow someone to like it unless they've been on the page a certain length of time that is comparable to the length it may take to read the text? Basically...I don't want someone else to like my story unless they've actually taken the time to read. And it seems like people give you a "like" just so you can give them one in return. It kind of takes away from me trying to make myself better at writing.

Lacks Non-fiction categories leaving just the "Write a story" option. Additionally, this app only has a portrait orientation and badly needs to have a landscape orientation added as an option for those using a keyboard with the app while their phone or tablet is in the landscape orientation position. Each of these changes is worth a star, I am now a paid user of this app so I would very much so appreciate the adding of these changes.

Very slow, takes a lot of time to load even with hi-speed broadband. Also, whenever there's a new update please put it on the top and not on screen so big for someone to get irritated. The new update has made the app more slow n this is stopping me to visit the app often. There's a Bug it seems as all other apps are working fine except this one.

I really love it and I intend to stay on this platform for a longer time. What I enjoy is, how instantly your work get recognized. It's great for novice writers. You don't have to beg or chase after the audience which makes it ten times more fun. Also, It would be amazing if you could give space for novel writing. It would be life changing for me. The word limit really restricts the option for proper chapter.

I love using this app and how it takes up comparitively lesser data to run effeciently than many other apps. It is a great platform for writing stories, poems, quotes and thoughts! However, I would be highly elated if you include more genres like fanfictions, reviews, plays and mangas! Also, I would love more frequent contests to be held in the app.

I think I'm a bit of an expert when it comes to writing/poetry apps as I've been on quite a few over the years but Writco is one of the best I've ever used if not the best. The writers/poets on there have been nothing but friendly, they run competitions and writing challenges if you fancy a bit of a challenge, so if you're a budding writer, starting out or experienced, Writco is one of the best out there.
