Write.as - blog and journal

Kindly update please ... I only publish 1 document per year but this is easy to use. Wouldn't pay subscription but I'm OK one time purchase if that makes the project a go. You have last update saying version 2.0 of the app coming June 2015. It's about the time now to release it. Hurry up. ........ Great but no way to sing into the account within the app?

I love it, really serves the main purpose to publish your own articles and share it anywhere online without the readers needing to have some form of app themselves. But I wish it had editing for different fonts sizes and colors !!!!!!! Please add that to this app !!!!!!!!!!

This app is really great. I want consider myself to use this daily. I've created my account to make my writing is collected into one account, but then I don't find any way to sign in my account into the app. So, I hope the developer continue to develop this app better. Especially, add sign in feature for whoever have an account like me and anybody else. Thank you.

the platform is weirdly awesome?!!! I stumbled on this through privacytools and created an account and started writing after a long time! then I found the app, but the app had no "login" functionality... hmm does that mean that the mobile app is only anonymous platform? 🤔 either ways I love it! been using the mobile app to write random thoughts down asap and the desktop browser under a penname 🙂

It's great however. . . It doesn't have a password to protect the data on it. Anyone using my phone can open the app and easily access my entries. I need a password to protect my secrets.

Always wanted to make a blog and with write.as it couldn't be easier. Without no cost or membership you can just have fun without any complications. Very much approve.

cool app. Ease and simplicity of use appreciated. Just was sad when I accidentally deleted it clearing out space in on my phone's memory...that even after I figured out how to email customer service...no way to retrieve any of what I had written. Oh well...that COULD be a good thing tooooo, I suppose😜

Utterly disappointing. No updates since 2015. Completely abandoned development. I think this is pure evidence that the write.as platform is abandonware and I find it criminal that paying users don't even have the ability to log in and publish a post to their account. I certainly won't be renewing my subscription if you refuse to use even a fraction of your subscription profits to hire a few people to write a worthy app with even basic account features over a FOUR year timespan! Disgraceful.

It's good so far. Just a bit confuse about the italic words. I can't make them into italic or bold? And I'm just curious, if I delete the app, do all of my writings will be gone as well?? I can't check my account info on the app. They asked me to create a username before, when I first use the app. And if I move those to my account on web, it will create a different link, right? I'm just confuse as to stay using this app or using the web. I'm comfortable using the app though.

This is a great app. I was looking for something to replace an app I had on my old iPod called Werdsmith and this is exactly what I needed. Same concept, but for an Android device. Simple to use, and I can share the link to my writing wherever I need to.

A writer required to be in peace with its writing and this app is quite simple solution of it.Not much is provided in this app which at one hand can be found as its biggest demerit , but on the other end there is nothing much to do in this space other than writiting which is it's all merits. Kudos to both of aspect of this present

NOT HAPPY. After all the talk of privacy and security, you can not remive your credit card information from your account! Not Good! To be perfectly clear, NOT GOOD!

Excellent app from an excellent service! Minimalist service to quickly created and publish articles. And it federates with Activitypub so easily toot articles to the masses. Good stuff!

It's a nice app that keeps your piece just the way you write it but it won't be so bad if it has a little feel like picture addition, theme selection and the likes. Lovely app. Kudos

At first I thought it was an incredible but then When I published my first blog it said that my blog gets atomatically deleted after 1 hour. This is not a good feature. I want that my readers to be able to access me blogs anytime. Please do something about it.

Wish you guys would update this app to be honest. I only recently found out about write.as & i absolutely adore it. If only I could sign into my account on the app !! Please come back, this app is wonderful !!

So far so good. I enjoy the anonymity of publishing. I love the minimalistic feeling and the lack of pressure to write for others.

I linked! my "write.as" notes, to a Carrd.co! webpage! making a beautiful, Free! reference! of ready Links! etc. ...easily! updated! - as well!

Overall I love Write.as however I wish the App worked with all the site features (e.g. for paid accounts, multiple blogs). Once this gets added to the app, 5 stars.

I am a person who writes short stories and poems and journals I had not been doing that for 3 or 4 years this app help me get started yesterday

This app is actually good, but I wish the text formatting features could work as well as the web version.

This is just awesome!! No worries about absolutely anything! Stay anonymous if you want. Join the community if you want and post your blogs on the web. This is surely just a "no nonsense" writing app and it is the best way to write about anything, anytime, anywhere, any way you want! Highly recommended 👌.

It's better if you can include pictures here. The app is still pretty neat and simple itself.

This is a handy little app fir me to put down a random thought or two. I am a big gan, so far no issues.

i just realized we cant log in via app. we can only post anonymously. but so far the app is good. if only we can log in to our acc, i would give it 5 stars. thank you dev.

I don't like the app because you can't publish it online so people can read it and unpublished every post in one hour after publish so please I'm begging you to fix that
