Had issues, but got a very prompt response. I am very excited to buy future apps from this developer as my daughter progresses. This app is a must have for young learning minds. ❤
I've added the words of the week for our daughter. When she arrives home from school (transition) she wants to play with the app. It's fabulous.
Has begun crashing and volume does not consistently work. Using it on Samsung tablet
It's a great app my boys love it and it helps my son work on writing his name my only complain is this app double charged me and I wasn't able to add the game to my 3 year olds tablet.
Great for learning to write letters correctly
Bought full version as soon as I tried free and realized I could add words and word lists. Now when her words for the week (-at family; cat, bat, rat) come home I make a new list and we can practice and review whenever we like. Now a mandatory part of nightly homework! It reinforces what she is learning anyway and because its fun she retains it better! 100 thank yous!
I have used the app but it hesitates between letters. Once I updated it will not open and I have not been able to get a response from support.

Help! This is a 5 star on my iPad, but I just purchased the full app for my droid and it won't open ! My device doesn't need any updates, so what gives? Help if you can, please!
My daughter loves this app and pretty educational too but it keeps closing! And this is the one I paid for?! Can something be done about that please?
This could be such a great app, but every single time we try to use it, it locks up. Very disappointing, particularly since I purchased it!
I love this app and use it regularly in my classroom, but recently, the app has been freezing whenever anyone tries to write anything. Very disappointing.

Freezes with just a blue screen often
Good formation of shapes, letters and numbers. Can be tailored to the child's needs and is fun too. Sadly I've had to use the cursive one to match the child's school style.
Doesnt load, what a waste
This is a great app! I like it because of the way you can trace the letters & numbers & shapes. I also like the extra animation that you can do when you're done tracing. My favorite feature in the app is the word lists, where you can add your own words. My only con is, that most of the words don't usually be said by the voice that says the ABCs & the list of 3 letter words. Such as "and", "house", etc. I would want that to be fixed. But overall, this is still a amazing app.
