In addition to cross reference info, the App also provides access to product wiring diagrams, sell sheets, and installation and operating instructions for thermostats, gas valves, furnace ignition controls and cooling products in PDF format that can also be sent to an e-mail address for future viewing.

It can never successfully open without crashing. Further to that, it keeps making requests to access my "contacts" information within my phone which seems unacceptable for me as a requirement to look at a thermostat for example.
I don't understand why do you need access to my contacts and why I can not use the app until I give you access.
FYI...Blank screen for me today. I mean completely blank. Just white filling my whole screen. Nothing else. I waited a while in case it was just slow to load, but nothing ever happened. Using Pixel 3 XL & Android 11.
Will not pull up any information. Keeps saying no record found, works fine on apple. Need this fixed for Android
Great tool and very easy to use in finding models and products.
App keeps crashing when pulling up control board models. Pixel 4XL Android 10.
Does not work for me on Android, won't open up.
Can't open even after reinstallation
"no result found" error even while cross referencing their own chart printed on the product box.
It just forces close when i open the app

Can you please include an information whether the thermostat is still active or obsolete in your system. I know some models are still in this app however they are actually obsolete.

Whats the point. If you want any real info you have to submit email and they send you a pdf.

Great improvements over the original.
What the hell is going on with your app? It wants access to my contacts and if I deny it the app will close.. it will not allow me to search unless I grant access to my contacts.
