It doesn't allow you to rent a bike. You have to transfer initial 10PLN to rent one and app simply doesn't have an option to pay. I used chat function to ask where can I pay and bot responded with wrong answer.

Not recommended! The only thing that did work was the payment. Customer service took 13 days to reply. My holidays lasted only 7. Lost 20 PLN. I've now been informed that the costs for the re-transfer are up to 30 PLN. I let you guys do the math. Meanwhile, take the tram, it's much more fun!

Very bad experience, probably the worst app I've ever used. This platform gave nothing but hassle and technical difficulties. It would be a good system if they sorted out the coding for the app and made the process of renting a bike easy.

Best way to move around city. You can even ride for free with absolutely no charge, if it is less than 20mins (check terms/conditions)! Update: support team is very helpful and usually respond very fast 💚

I tried to sign in, but I forget my pin, I asked send new pin to my phone number via sms. In app it is informing about sms sent. But I didn't receive anything both sides! Tried to register with the same phone number, but it is saying this number is exist in the system. I have no idea what to do. IT team doesn't respond to the this problems

"Login failed" message on the phone. Tried to reinstall it twice, it is still not working. I can access the website using a computer without problems, but I can't rent a bike using my phone. It was working properly before. How can I get support?

I used the app ONCE. I rented the bike and when I tried to park it, the app seized up and I got charged 150 PLN for leaving the bike outside of the specified area. A week or two later I got a message telling me I have 3 days to pay or I will have legal action started against me. I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS APP.

This is the worst app. I have almost 49 zlot and I can't use it for renting bikes. I have been trying to contact customer support for almost a millennia. Disgraceful and pathetic. If they dont respond to me or refund me, I will take further charges.

I topped up 20,00 used 4,00 and now have 16,00 in balance. When I try to rent a bike it keeps saying I must have at least 10,00 in account (which I do). It demands more credits. Do not install this scam of an app.

Poor user experience signing up. Asks for a phone number and I put in my Dutch number for the app to override the country code meaning the verification code is not sent. Unable to login and reset anything. No business from me then!

Application works fine, but customer service is rude and interrupts you. The bikes 9 out of 10 times when you try to rent get gammed.

Useless app doesn't allow me rent bike and always asking me to top up even if I am balance more than 10 pln.
