I have used this app for a long time it used to work very well now it won't hardly load it keep saying the content is not approved to be shown it's very slow I enjoy watching the news but it's been virtually impossible here lately and when it does play commercials cut into the important stuff every time it seems please fix the problem it is going on too long

Breaking news is more like breaking advertisements. Whenever I get a breaking news alert and tap on the notification, it immediately loads a full screen advertisement. The ad dismiss button isn't always in the same place. All I need to see is the breaking news item, not the same ad over and over. Please find a different way to host advertisements or give the ability to turn those off, at least turn them off for breaking news items, such as Covid-19 news.

As of recently loading news stories is really slow. Lots of ads but I can live with those IF the app works reliably. In a story lasting 2 or 3 screens there are 5 or more "white screens" that you have to back out and start over to get to the next white screen. Getting real close to deleting app totally. Most annoying is the "WHITE SCREENS". Walt Smith.

Seldom works. This app almost never works on my phone or smart tv.

Ad-ridden, click-bait vague headlines! Specifically infuriating during this covid-19 crisis, every notification is completely vague, giving the smallest amount of info just to click into the app and get a full-screen ad, only to have a white screen or say the article couldn't be found. It's not worth keeping on my phone if it gives me more ads then useful information.

This app isnt working. All it shows is advertising. I did reupload, didnt help. Dont waste your time here!

The info in my notification of breaking news is so vague you have to open the app to find out what is happening and where. Hate having to wait for the app to open, ad pop ups, then heaven forbid, it goes to live news feed where you get the weather first. Anxiety could be avoided if the notification would contain the important info, then if I need more info I will go to the app.

My app goes off telling me breaking news. But when I open it I can't find any of the stories. It tells me it can't be loaded right now. By the time it actually let's me see the story ( a day or two later) the story is no longer breaking news.

It never loads. If it's an emergency with breaking news, it's going to be missed. Sometimes have to shut down and go back in several times to get to load, and to see notifications.

Since the past week or so this app has become terrible. Constantly blanking out and freezing up. Take it back to the way it was 2 weeks ago or we are going to delete and find another source for news.

All the technology and you can have an app that will just open up have to wait for it to spin for a minute then wait for a goldys add. Wchs and others dont take for ever to get right to the news. Basically your app sick

I want to know why a Roku app is offered for your service, but no app for Android tv is offered? You should know that Android tv is every bit as popular as Roku. I have both and Android TV is my favorite. Please consider developing and Android Tv app to watch live news coverage.

Love this app, just one complaint, why does it start you over at the beginning of the list Everytime you read a story, hate having to spin my way back down to where l was just to finish reading, wish it would just back out where you are on the list so you can just keep going, help me fix this and l'll give a 5 star rating 😁😁

Really buggy app, feels and acts like an app made for a school project, not professionally developed. That being said, it's better than the other local news apps, few as they are.

Since the update it takes forever to load then once you click on a story after so long the screen goes blank. Please fix this!!!!!!!

When I click on the news I want to read, a white screen with a spinning buffering circle pops up. Quite annoying, will have to get my news elsewhere.

Your app needs a total redesign. The current app is weak and slow. A lot of articles I try to read won't load. Please fix.

App is not working well at all! Either takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. I give up on it and go to another news app because this one just doesn't work now.

Not happy with the current military time and chaotic placement of the news articles. Old stories on top of new stories. It has frozen many times.

Can't get the Livestream to play, keeps saying technical error. Other than that works fine, but that's what I wanted the app for is to watch the news.

Both this and WKYT are horrible. Takes too long to deal with it at all. When you close one item it makes you start from the beginning wasting my time.

the app is always crashing and making me close it. Also I dont receive any notifications till I open the app so after I few days of not opening it when I do the notifications go crazy.

Terrible, you can't read an article anymore. After a minute or so the page goes to a blank white screen!

I absolutely love the WSAZ News App. It is my favorite source for news in the Huntington-Charleston area. I can look at the news wherever i go. I can check the weather forecast as well.

I have been using the app for quite some time. For some reason it has recently just decided to not load anymore. Hopefully they can fix this quickly. Deleting it until it is fixed.

I get an alert, tap the notification an the app will not open. Or I open the app and it tells me the story is unavailable. Very poor app.

The app opens for me but when I click a button to browse (ex. School closings)... The app shuts down - " unfortunately has stopped running"... Plz fix!!

The app was great until the latest update. New stories won't load, so I deleted and reinstalled. Now the app won't open at all.

This app was great. Now the radar doesn't work and this is election night in Ky. and when you click on for the local results it says wsaz app has stopped.

Auto plays adds while you look at the weather and takes forever to load. Every update has made this app worse than before. WSAZ Marketing Sales Reps are probably hitting their goals though.
