Even though the description says that this app supports android 8, customer support says this is no longer true. WSB dropped support for older versions of android with zero warning to customers in the latest app version.
Since the update it doesn't work. Page is blank

This would be a great app except 50% of the time the login screen is completely unresponsive and I cannot access my mobile banking when I need to. It has been this way for over a year. I have to rely on my desktop instead... Very inconvenient.
Frustrating if you use fingerprint login. It allows you log in with a fingerprint, but then it asks for a password to transfer money between your accounts. And if you don't remember your password you have to go through the whole forgot password BS.Why not just use a fingerprint?
The app was working perfectly fine however the latest update has ruined it completely. Can't log in AT ALL. The app has ceased and will not run. Fix this please!
The improvements to the app have been gradual, but this app works wonderfully and never crashes. Mobile banking is a snap!

Every time they go into the bank they make me feel welcome If I have any problems the customer representatives always help me if I don't understand I'll sit with me until I do understand and I wouldn't go to any other bank except for the Watertown savings bank it's the best experience I've ever had And I will Going to why the town savings bank
Can't press the 3 dots after the update, unable to log out.
It's either down alot or we get locked out too easily either way I spend more time at the atm than using the app.
I love this app. It's easy to use and makes life a lot less complicated.
this app used to work on my samsung note and lg v20, but now on my oneplus 6t it refuses to open
Mediocre but functional before upgrade. Now won't load any more.
The only issue I have with this app is that sometimes I am unable to log in.

What happened to this app? It worked so well a month ago. now it will not even load.
Since the most recent update, the app displays an error message and refuses to function. The message reads: "We've detected the use of automated click programs in combination with this app. The app's security policies do not allow automated click programs." This statement is incorrect. Edit: After an update, the app worked for a few months. After the latest update (3/22) it's broken again.
