The news in the morning is the same as the one the night before. Looks like no one is doing an update on news. The traffic report in the morning could be better presented with statements that the interstates are not clogged or that there is heavy traffic somewhere. Instead we see a map with green or yellow areas. We don't watch the news on tv because you have too many ads! Theo app keeps closing and I have to keep opening it. Channel 11 doesn't.
Love everything except the time it takes for the 'Investigation' section to turn over and I absolutely hate the ads that run every time I open a story.
Great app always keeping me informed with what is going on in Georgia and the rest of the world!! Less ads will make it an awesome app.
Love being able to watch the morning news!! I canceled my direct tv, so I'm not able to watch tv anymore! And I don't have internet either, so yes I love this app! Thank you for providing us with the chance to watch!!!❤❤❤
There Is lots of news coverage reported from a variety of sources. This app functions well and is one of my early routine sources of information.
Was easy to use but now am having issues with long loading times and have checked internet connections and no problem there.
App does not work unless I put my 3 month old tablet in an uncomfortable position to read right-side up. Not smart enough to auto rotate can be tolerated, but only usable upside down is not
I love having my local Chan. 2 Action News on my phone , BUUUTTT lately it's getting more difficult to read. I DESPISE the HUGE "live" and "breaking" news headers at the top of the screen or the ads at bottom taking up 85% of my screen.😡 Thank goodness I have a HUGE phone otherwise I would have to use a magnifying glass to see the list of articles. WSBTV PLEASE give these headers an option button in the menu at the bottom of the page. Radar & weather can be combined. Thinking of deleting app.
While the app itself is a bit clunky, the larger issue is the push notifications that you cannot opt out of. Initially, I opted out of sports because I was only wanting notifications about news and weather but I quickly noticed that half the notifications I was still getting concerned college football. I turned off all notifications and yet I've had three push notifications in the past hour. I've also noticed battery drain, which I can only assume is due to the constant push notifications. I'm going to manually remove notification permissions from my phone's settings.
Recently they added extremely obnoxious in your face ads. I used the app before and it wasn't perfect but it told me the news. I'm uninstalling because- having it load an ad screen when you load an article which you then have to back out of to view that article is obnoxious as heck. This is why I install ad blockers on my browsers because they took things too far. Don't mind ads because I know they need the revenue since the service is free; but when the ads interfere with my experience all the time, I'm out.
I use this app daily as it provides succinct stories so I can keep up with the news, despite my busy work schedule. My number one issue with it is the obvious lack of editing. There are typically numerous grammatical errors in the articles, and sometimes words are left out altogether, leaving the reader to fill in the blanks based on the context of the sentence. Much more attention should be given in this area.
The app is ok. Alerts don't always bring u to notified story. Ads (sometimes multiple) before late breaking video are too much. I've stopped clicking on those. I'll get notified of this again later to a storyI can get to fast & browse quick. Traffic alerts open to a map where alot of roads are red or yellow so how do I know what's going on? Need a hover over message pointing to the area you're notifying me of.
This app is terrible. All it is good for is adds. I can never find the breaking news story that they send me a notification for. I use to like this one but recently it is not good. It seems that it will only open the same story over and over. Many times I never even locate the story that I was trying to find. Sometimes I do find but it takes a lot of work to find. if I click on your notification it should take me to the story.
I have uninstalled thus app an reinstalled this app 3 times in the past 2 days. All it does when opening it is, circle. Never works like it did last week, 1st week of March 2022
The app stops working often. Error video unavailable.

Extremely slow because of ads. Can't remove the video that takes half of the screen.
Downloaded the app to prep for inclement weather. It worked fine until the weather hit. The app hasn't successfully opened all day today.
Ok app. "TRENDING" section tends to get very stale. Performance has improved overall. UPDATE: Content still gets very stale.
I use this app. to check the weather. And check out what I missed on the news.
It gives me all the latest news and weather updates.
Doesn't always work, it has a lot of crashes!! Once you get past that, great tool to have
I love WSBs content but the app doesn't meet the same standards as the journalism. Please update the app so that notifications take me directly to the content I am being notified about. Also the video streaming and player needs to be improved very slow response time when tapping play and pause and, sometimes its difficult to tell if the video is loading.
Alwaya buggy. I watch this news channel and wanted to like the app but there's always something wrong with it. it will work for a little while then all of a sudden it will take forever to load. It'll randomly open while I'm in another app. I am finally deleting the app.
When I see a LIVE banner on a video, I expect to see live content. Also when I go from one supposedly live video to another video I have to endure an ad each time. At least give me the ability to skip the ad that I already saw twice when selecting other videos.
Love it! I can get news, weather & traffic notifications on the go.
Great for people on the go. Informative, sometimes the app glitches or lags. The ads are not bad for a free service even though I'm already watching commercials in the feed.
