I love that I can choose my favorites so I don't have to search for the camera, pass conditions, ferry, etc every time I use the app. I just go to Favorites tab and can see at a glance what the roads, etc look like before leaving home.

It would be nice to have access to your wave2go and good2go accounts inside the app instead of being redirected to a website. It would make it a lot easier to access/purchase tickets or recharge your accounts.

2nd time reinstalling the app because I cannot view future dates with ferry schedules. Apparently, this is working as designed because the app cannot be adjusted for the unreliable WSDOT schedule. This app is unreliable and causes confusion with selections within the app.

I-5 is backed up for miles and show's all red on the map. Click "alerts" to see what's going on and it shows nothing.

Map wasn't loading earlier, but it's back working fine again. Thank you so much for quick response and bug fix!! : )

App functions ok, however this app will drain your battery even with battery use restricted. If you do not force quit the app it will drain your phone battery within 5-6 hours from full charge.

This app is amazingly accurate, easy to use and the notifications are sent much faster than WSDOT texts. It is easy to read and check the site/s of cameras you'd like to see. The camera signals are clear and updated within minutes of seeing them. While traveling it has a safety feature asking if you're the passenger, because we all know, it's not safe to look at our phones while driving. I recommend this app to everyone; especially those I know cross the Hood Canal Bridge as often as I do.

Why did you change it in 2020. The previous version was more useful. I had my favorites button at the top. Now I have to open a menu. Also, when I selected a favorite I. The previous version, say o e of the passes, I had option like conditions, cameras, and forecast. I want that back. App is not very customizable or friendly. When something isn't broken, don't break it. Good grief. I used to give the ap 5 stars but now only 2, and only recommend it grudgingly because there is nothing else.

Does not handle exceptions well. This week the Bremerton ferry service went down to one ship, and lots of announcements were made that the schedule would be impacted. Except... The schedule in the app was never updated. Nor does the app allow you to see which boat is scheduled for which time slot. The phone information system also did not reflect the change. As a result, we ended up showing up at the wrong time and had to wait 2 hours for our next crossing. Very frustrating.

I need to watch what's going on with the ferry daily for my commute to and from work, especially now during the summer months. This new version doesn't work "At All" No schedule, No Web Cam. It just says "There was a problem loading the schedule". The Mountain Pass, Toll Rates & Border Wait all say "Connection Error". The older version of WSDOT web site worked fine, why did you change it? I keep thinking it's my phone but after reading these reviews pretty sure it's not! :-(

Ferry schedule nonsense. I don't care about that "limited schedule" bs. Don't limit the capability of the app because you can't get your schedules straight irl

not driving friendly..... It's reality that people do..... Especially THIS app. Top tabs are gone that allow swiping between views with thumb. Now you gotta hit the three bar in upper left then your view, which is more distracting. Also favorites are not front and center to select. This new design disregards reality of how this app is used...while driving. It is incumbent upon the dvlpr to make as driving friendly as possible as they clearly understand this fact.

The WSDOT system is absolutely broken and needs a massive overhaul. This app does not update on time and will give users a false sense of confidence as to how many drive up spots are available on any given ferry. In order to catch a ferry, youll need to arrive 30 mins early (minimum). I suggest arriving closer to 40 mins early to play it safe. After a 30 minute ride, your overall travel time is 1:10 mins. Broken, broken system that needs new tech to support real time traffic updates.

Terrible management results in negative impact to users. Can't view future schedules beyond current date. The excuse of reduced manning and reduce scheduling is old and weak.

I complained and got a very nice message thanking me for my input, acknowledgment of the problem, and assurance that a resolution is being worked on.

Great for winter travel. Love the pictures of the route

Unable to check future dates on the app like I can in the website. I should be able to check the schedule for sat/Sunday if they're going to change.

With recent update, traffic cameras do not show. That is/was the main reason I use this. Toggling the cameras off and on, as well ad turning off and on displaying in groups does nothing. Review update.... All works now. It took a few days for the cameras to show, but they are there now. Thanks for fixing it.

Only works if looking for a ferry on the current day. If you a ferry tomorrow, it will not change the day, even if click on another day on the calendar.

Easy to use, runs smooth.

There's a bug in this latest version. When I tap the alert button for a list of traffic alerts, the top on the list, the most recent, is covered by an ad banner. I can't move it or get rid of it, so I can't read the alert. Bug fixed, thank you.

App does not streamline Good to Go account payments for the privlidge of driving on taxpayer purrchased roads [evil]. The only reason I care about WSDOT is because they charge tolls, otherwise I wouldnt never search for an app. It seems like this would be a primary customer scenario, and the app does nothing to support account management, billing, credit card payments, etc...

Where are the cameras? Fail edit- the cameras finally loaded! I had to go through and reset all my favorites. Favorite cameras now show the pic instead of the name, it takes more scrolling to get to the desired cam and actually looking at it. Not safe for driving! They aren't populated in a recognizable order ie by road milepost. I could get 4 to 5 faves on the screen with text then touch the one I want. Not anymore

The mountain pass forecast is useless sometimes, giving me bad information leading to poor choices!! Sometimes I look at the forecast and think "oh it'll be fine it looks like" but then it turns out to be a blizzard. Or else the opposite happens! It's so inconsistent and makes me so so frustrated!

App was good the first few days, but now the cameras don't seem to be refreshing. The hood canal Bridge cameras have been completely blackpeninsula. For ferries are still showing 6 am feeds late at night. I really rely on these camera feeds as I plan trips off the Olympic penninsula and it is very frustrating to have them not work.
