WSFS Bank Mobile

The app simply doesn't work period! You cannot log on, says your password and user name is wrong! Makes you think 🤔 you're crazy! You call up, they give you no answers! Tried uninstalling, no good. No stars! You have to use the website. The balance doesn't update on time. Now you have to go to a 🏧 ATM for an accurate balance. Update: 4months later. Nothing has changed. Also the fingerprint ID simply doesn't work. You get the same error message from previous log ins.

Going from bad to worse. Compares poorly to apps from other banks, including my old bank that WSFS took over. Cumbersome sign-in. Difficult mobile check deposit: "Email receipt to" is required, with no option to just send the receipt to the email address on file with my account. What?! Do not want!

I've had troubles with it failing to remembering that I opted to sign in with my finger print. I've had to uninstall and reinstsll it twice to fix the problem. I REALLY WISH it gave the option to see your password to make sure I entered it correctly.

I've used the app for years, but after getting a new phone I put in my credentials and get to the security code screen. I then choose my mobile phone number but never receive a text message with a code! Tried multiple times over a few weeks. Thus forcing me to go thru a web browser. The app needs no more updates it worked fine before

I am still having problems signing in via pin because even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it only works for a while and then not being able to use my pin. I'm just going to uninstall because no one from wsfs can't help. This app is buggy!

Constant issues staying signed in. Almost everytime I open the app I need to sign back in and go through the verification process. This is quite annoying. Some of the navigation to get to certain things within the app is not very intuitive either

Once i get logged in on your app it is easy but everything is so super-sensitive sometimes it takes me 3 days to get thru on my phone due to 'wrong entries'. Very unnerving since i can't travel too easily and got used to the 'convenience' of banking by phone. HELP!

App is easy to use and user friendly. However on a constant basis I have to go in set up my user name and password and then set up my 4 digit passcode. This happens at least once or twice a week and is EXTREMELY ANNOYING ! Please fix

I used to love this app and now it has a problem with saving your password or fingerprint. I have taken the app off and reloaded it and it will work for a day and then it goes right back to the same thing I have to sign in everytime so inconvenience 🤦

For months now the app won't let me use fingerprint verification to log on. Re-installing seems to be a temporary fix. It also makes me re-enroll several times a week. Annoying!

So tired of the annoying login issues. No other app is this dysfunctional. Constantly renewing my online ID with this bank. Once I'm in often it tells me it cannot find the endorsement on a check when I use the mobile deposit.

Why do I have to keep resaving the settings & user ID after I have saved this plenty of times? It gets annoying. Clearly the app does not retain my settings which makes it useless bc I still have to authenticate my login info as if I have never logged into my phone 🙄 This is pointless for an app saved on my phone.

It's a pretty functional app overall and I generally don't have problems with it. However my only issue is that the login screen defaults itself every so often and it's an inconvenience to have to reenter my username and password when I've set it up to open with a code, and afterwards I usually have to go into my settings and reset it to do that.

Depositing a check took about 10 tries and minutes. I wouldn't even bother except now you can't even walk into the bank without an appointment. And signing on is a pain - the fingerprint never works.

It works well most of the time and updates pretty fast for the most part. I love the snap shot deposit feature. It is really helpful.

Very useful app for depositing your check on the spot and if you still work from home. Only takes a average 12 to 24 hours for your check to be fully deposite your check. Also highly recommend this bank for people just starting to live on their own.

Spotty service. Doesn't always have up to date info. Doesn't show pending transactions. Balance is always off depending on transaction types.

I gave this app 2 stars a few years back. But now it's truly a 5 star banking app. Update balances. Ease of use. Customer service is much better. Would still like 24hr banking help. But I know that'll be coming soon as well. But thanks for listening to your customer needs and improving the app.

I came from Beneficial so now i have to use this app. Pretty much laid out the same, but i hate this app! 1st, it has ads at the bottoms. It's not a game or off the wall financial app, so what's with the ad? 2nd, you can't go by the available balance. Half your pending transactions are included & half of them are not. When a transaction is pending, weather it'll drop off it not, it should be taken out of your available balance. So annoying!

It's broken. Worked quite well for a long time, but in last week or so impossible to sign in. Wants to send security code via text, but never does. Oddly, my number is listed twice, and neither choice seems to work. Cannot recommend based on current function... or lack thereof. ...edit...updating app did not cure the issue with receiving security code via text message. Okay, finally got it working. Verify your text number on your profile. The area code was changed somehow. Weirdness.

Absolutely atrocious. The app crashes constantly while I'm using it. It also opens on its own, takes multiple minutes to load sometimes, asks for too much authentication, and simply doesnt work properly. This has been going on for 3 years. Its like the app was built to work on an iphone and not android while a higher population of people use android. Fix your app!

Worst app ever but very appropriate for the worst bank ever. I really miss Beneficial. We stand for service is a joke. When the app actually works after uninstalling and reinstalling, on a weekly basis, the balance is not up to date. I have to constantly log into the desktop version to see a real time balance. Very frustrating.

At times it is down and inaccessible. It works well for what it is, but it's the same as the beneficial app with a new green coat of paint. Now the fingerprint login ability seems to be really dodgy. It was working for a long time and now it needs me to authenticate and resubmit my phone number every single time I log on. Very frustrating.

App and bank are garbage. App constantly shuts down. Can't even access the Security option to set a quick log on before it shuts down. Transactions take forever to appear in the balance. They pay all items regardless then charge you fees for each one. Never had a worse banking or banking app experience. I should know I work in the financial tech industry.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app over 10 times on my new phone, Samsung S20 UW, and it works for a day or two, then stops again. When I had my S7, there would rarely be an issue. Something is wrong with the software. Really disappointing because I like WSFS Bank, but this makes it hard to manage my account.

Efficient, easy to use, saves trips out to Bank. However lately I have to keep re enrolling frequently and it loses my easy access code. Not happy!!!!

Whether processing a transfer, paying bills, or processing a mobile deposit, transactions are quick & simple. Additionally, account transaction history is always specific & in real time, allowing me to always be ahead of the game!
