App crashes and shuts down when scrolling through the page on my android, doesn't do it on my iPhone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone but still I have the issue
Great app when it works. About 2/3 of way down the page it shuts down. Many times it doesn't even load. Please fix these issues. Thank you.
The application is excellent for news, but not so excellent for radar capabilities. I have never seen a button within the application for future radar. Nevertheless, there is always constant radar. I now know why you have to download their weather application. Returning to news coverage, it is superb. There is always a "+" button for whether or not you want to always recieve the most recent stories, including video, or commentary.
This news is great coverage. The app stinks! It always crashes, or won't load, says error, now it just says waiting for a commercial break please stand by, then it has the broadcast sound in the background, but not playing the actual feed. However, your advertisements...they play perfectly over and over each time I try to reload the content, so I know it's your app not my device. This is horrid!
This is a good app, when it's working, but, like now, it goes through long spells of scrooling and non- connectivity before I can see and read the headlines. There is a internet problem, not associated with my provider, that needs to be addressed and corrected. Maybe that would improve the rating of this app.
I love it half of the time they are right about the weather I wouldn't watch any other New Station if I had to thanks Channel 9 for being there for us

Great coverage of Charlotte and surrounding area news. I particularly like the breaking news posts throughout the day. They makes me feel up to date.
Great App! I don't always have time to catch the news, this app really comes in handy when I just want to look up or get details on a current story.
Lately this app opens for 2 seconds then closes. I tried unistalling and downloading the wsoctv app and it stills shuts down.
Usually a good app, but for the last week or so, when you scroll down to see the sports section, it stops working.
A beautiful source for news.
😎WSOC-TV Channel 9 News since moving here to Charlotte North Carolina I have not found a better news channel to watch and a staff that's so well diverse on all the issues that goes on in Charlotte I am so pleased to be a watcher of such a great broadcast channel thank you guys for such an awesome news job you do each and every day.
Worked very well when first installed in February. Since July it stops in middle of local evening news. As of this week August 24th thru 27th, it says app will not start check my network connections. Nothing is wrong with my data or wifi connections. Uninstalled and reinstalled to avail. WSOC TV needs to look into this and stop telling people to download a worthless app during their newscast. Trashing this trashcan of an app for FOX46.
Update 3.22.2020. App started doing the same as it did previously. Not worth a Hill of s#!+. can no longer get this app to open. All it does is have a white circle spin as if it is trying to load. I can get notifications but when I click on the app it doesn't open.
When this was a weather app. it was wonderful. Now i have to find a new weather app since update. I have no need for all the other nonsense this latest version provides. It is full of advertising and news updates. why would you mess with a good thing.
I had to uninstall it. It repeatedly failed to run. I either had a black screen, or the app front page appeared but would never fully boot up. This app has serious problems. My other news apps function normally.
This used to be a very accurate weather app. Now it seems none of the info is accurate anymore. The 7 day forecast looks like it's for Brazil now instead of my city and state. I've tried uninstalling the app and installing it again but it's the same thing. It just doesn't work properly anymore.
Lost access over the air, grabbed the app so I can watch and cast it... Doesn't support chromecast or casting. App constantly showing an exclamation mark with Error on it, could never stream more than a minute without it crashing. Uninstalled...
This app can be a lot better. There should be an option to save articles in the WSOCTV app. Interface can be a whole lot cleaner and make the page more attractive.
It's fine when it works. The ads always plays but the live stream or videos took really long to load or don't play at all. It's doesn't matter I'd I am on wifi or mobile data.
App will not load after latest update to the app. App crashes when asking you to select notification option. Choosing never causes app to close out. Already cleared data/cache. Galaxy note 10+ latest Android version with latest updates.
Always informed on news and weather
it's doing it again! App will not open. It works great for a few months then does this again. even if I uninstall and reinstall. Even when I get news alerts. Why?
Videos often do not play and constant ad loops during live news broadcasts.
1/5/2022 update has ruined this app. Now as soon as you start to read news, a big banner ad pops up and covers half you're screen so you have no choice but to open a Bojangles. Ads ha e always been intrusive but this is worst ever. GOODBYE WSOC App!
