Keeps closing itself, doesn't allow me to complete the online form for a permit. Using Samsung Galaxy 9
All other utility apps are free of charge, it would have been nice if no $3 service fee is applied using this app to pay bills.
Totally useless. Tried to report a water main break. App says address not in service area. Address is in PG County. 😬🚮

Don't bother trying to use for day use permits. You create an account, enter your personal info, click on permits, enter your personal information again, click on permits, personal information is blank so you have to enter it again, click on permits, enter personal information, go back to permits, enter personal information again, click on permits, enter personal information, and then - nothing.
Updated this app and it's much faster. Great!
Why the hell would a water app want access to my pictures? To hell with you. I am pissed. Would not recommend

This app and their website are worthless. I downloaded this app so I could purchase a permiy, but it keeps asking me to register, even after it says I've already registered(which I have), so I can't continue to the page that will allow me to purchase the permit. It's happening on their website as well.

Why do you need to access my files?
Tried to look at bill history and it was completely blank. Payment history was there. It looks like it charges $2.25 extra to pay your bill thru the app. My bill amount said $0 so I have no idea why. This is only good for looking at outages. Only lists phone numbers for contact us, no email or way to get technical support. Not worth it to download.

Wish that when you enter your information that it would pick it up a lot better instead of saying "unavailable"..The app is just OK..nothing extraordinary about it..

Basic functions are potentially useful, especially reporting service problems while mobile. Unfortunately this version appears to have substantial stability issues. Contract bid and job listings are probably useless for 99.9% of users. Installed on Samsung Galaxy S3 (for now).
Good app but you have to pay a $3 service fee each use. It's bad enough we already pay $44 a year for "account maintenance fee" not to mention $60 bay restoration and a front foot benefit charge.

Great idea, but does not work as advertised. Tried to report a water main break but app would not complete the process. Uninstalled, called it in.
App does not open. Just hangs then I have to force shut.

I tried loading and unloading this app 3 different times and it still does not work. It will not open on my Galaxy S3. This app is a piece of crap!
App did absolutely nothing. Un- installed after 15 minutes of trying to get it to work. Don't bother. Best to just call.
App works worse than the mobile version of the website
Utterly useless. I went to report a problem. It correctly located me on the map but said I couldn't proceed because I wasn't in Prince George's County, which I certainly am. Even when I entered my address manually it said I wasn't in their service area. I guess I've just been sending money into the ether for all these years!
