😡😡😡😡bad app.. my order was canceled for some reason, I didnot receive my food, but my payment card was deducted. I don't know why it's canceled,, so I need return my money.. 😡😡😡😡
Order ID 12967257 I was surprised when I received a call immediately after the delivery; was telling my wife that really good sevice. But the real surprise was when I opened the order. The order and received items where not the same. Instead of 25 SAR item this was about 10 or 12 SAR item. I believe they cut the delivery charge and changed my order to compensate the fees 😉. I have to go out and buy additional food because of this. Really bad. Experience. No way you can compliant on App.
Would give 5 stars but the only thing missing is a special request box per order. Edit: The box has been added, thank you for listening to the users! Edit2: It's unfortunate how bad the service has become. Not only is the food always late but it's almost always delivered cold. What a shame.
The worst delivery app in Saudi Arabia with extremely unprofessional and rude drivers. They accept orders and then either cancel it hours later or bring incomplete orders and then rudely say this is all I got for your order. Not recommended at all in times when you are stuck at home and need to rely on a professional service and this isn't one.
They were better but now very bad service, customer care does n't care about customers and will not reply if you need urgent help. Always they have excuses to justify their poor service. Delivery carriers many times not trained or have basic knowledge about customer care . I am really disappointed. I was one of their loyal customers for two years and now i decided not to use this app for any future orders.
Just an update : they refunded my money along with an email for appology. So thank you. I order 4 cinnabons and got only 1. I paid for all 4 online. And the driver just got me one. And when i am looking to call on a number to complain. They do not have any number. The stupid app has an uploading pic facilty for complaints. But that wont work. Kindly dont use this app
Very, very bad app, they bring cold and damaged food, and their delivery is very slow. We ordered the order at eight in the evening, and it was brought to us at twelve o'clock in the middle of the night. I advise not to download it and order from it
Word of advice don't download this app!!! I order and I payed and they say I got the order and it was not delivered to me, I tried to contact no one is answering, not even the help icon, its worthless. My advice stick to any other program cause this one is the worst.
I ordered, payed , order accepted but not delivered !!! It' 4 days now !!!
The driver accepted the request and was roaming around for 1 hour without picking up the food. Customer service phone is disconnected and in-app customer service is not responsive. Still no refund for my money. Stay away from this app folks. Gonna raise a complaint to CITC.
Made an order that should have arrived as they say within 45 min. It arrived 1 hours and 20 min after. While I was running after them arguing and asking it to come fast. If i am paying for the service, i expect not to keep asking for it to be in good quality. Dont recommend this app
Be careful from using this app . They will charge you twice one in the app and second when the driver came asking to pay him cash. Been advised that i will get the money back to my wallet but they didn't Be careful !!!
Worst experience ever. Iordered an offer from the app got the item without the offer, tried to search for contact us, and there is no contact us in the app, the complaint has to wait as no one is directly answering your call. when attaching a picture I failed to submit the complaint. When I tried to call them I got 2 messages The call is paid We are husy now one here to answer and the call ends directly. I'm so sorry to use this app.
Worst delivery app ever. Never had a smooth delivery. They even cancel your order after 45 minutes of waiting. Moreover, bad customer service. Not recommended at all.
Untill now it was working good. After an update its not showing card payment option even when card payment is selected. Thats really poor. Its not accepting card pyment for any of the stores. Earlier i used it a lot but now all thrash.
it works perfectly with IOS, but it's horrible with android!!! i couldn't proceed with a single order!!! keeps on crashing

I made an order and it was succesful. They deducted the amount but after a few moments it was cancelled but theg didn't return the money. Worst. Service. Ever.
Worst system and customer service among others. Your credit card might get used for 10x the amount you actually bought with. There is no way to complain.
They are just debitting amount but order won't be confirmed. You have to wait 14 days to get your money back. Total waste of time and money. Please be careful before you make payment...
Late deliveries, last order took 2 hours instead of claimed 45 mins. Restaurant confirmed that food was ready in 30 mins after order, but the driver arrived 1 hour later!!! No clear info about which driver was assigned before food pickup, so no way to contact him
What a terrible experience. Nothing is encouraging about this app. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They aren't even capable of writing an understandable Arabic, so , luckily, I was able to speak in English. The customer service agent has no idea about how basic marketing works. I asked him to refer me to his supervisor, who I suspect was existing, he replied back by not being able to do it. Do you know what was more hilarious!? An offer that was misleading!!!!!!!!
The worst delivery app you can ever use, in my experience i was told that they will deliver me my orders and they cut my money from my card, in 2 hours i keep calling them asking where is my delivery, they told me that they cant deliver and gave me nothing that day, now its almost a month waiting for my money and nothing refunded yet...!!!!!!!!!
Their response is quick and prompt. No app is perfect, but Wssel response is very prompt. I am in love in with this app. Keep it up. Great job
In general good app but plz make sure that our order food is kept in a special bag for food coz some times it's delivered cold and also I want to make sure that the food is kept in good condition and clean ..Thanks

Very disappointed app they wasted my time waiting for order till most of the resterant closed 2hours and half🤬😡😠then they're sorry as resterant closed ... DON'T used from my personal experience there are other apps better in service and quickest

Used to be one of the best food apps! Please step on your feet again, you were competing and going forward, but now your just falling behind! The stores acceptance is late, the lack of stores! whats going on?!
