Every time I put in my password in on my S8 it loads the screen but then tells me there is an unexpected error with a bunch of numbers and letters that pop up with it. It has been like this for about 8 months now. If this continues don't waste your time with this app. Just use the Internet. You will actually get somewhere there. It is starting to be nothing but a waste of time that no one can take the time to fix.
Give me an invalid date error each time I try to transfer between accounts. Limited display of past transactions, and bill pay isnt very easy to use either. Not a very good option for a banking app. Others I have used are much much better
This app randomly decided that my login and password was no longer my login and password. Thats the most irritating game an app can play w the user. Not about to start clicking to change my pw to something i wont remember. Developers need to make it so my login works every time without requiring me to change it every cpl months. Update: closed my business account over this. Imagine changing your password and security q's EVERY 6 months FOR the LIFE of the account on top of running a business. 😂
Major shortcoming: only returns transactions from last few days. A week or more ago? Nope. Suggested improvement to developer... response="oh, you can get that by using your computer web browser", said some CS non-developer. Sheesh. It's a minor enhancement. Check nearly any other smartphone banking app. I have, amd they have it.
Camera deposit would have been nice if it works correctly.. Edit : 4/23/2022 : removing stars, and it's still a terrible camera deposit experience. Come on IT at WaTrust, we deserve a better experience than this terrible app support.
The mobile deposit will not take clear photos. I habe tried it on multiple phone, so I know it is not an issue on my end. I have contacted the bank several times with no reaponse and it still is not working.
My banking accounts were recently relocated when I did, yet the "hometown bank" feeling remains in WATrust. My previous bank Commerce in the Midwest has a superior mobile banking app.
It doesn't allow a person to get home page, and be able to access full month of entries....very disappointed. I get better results on cell phone entering info myself,
Couldn't sign in, even after requesting a password reset. Incredibly aggravating and annoying to try to use.
Gotta love it forgets fingerprints after three misses cause it's cold out or your hand is dirty. Then has a failed to many times log in with password option. Thanks for making your app less secure
Every time I try to open the app to check my balance it tells me that there's no internet connection. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And that didn't work. Everything else on my phone works just fine. It's just this app.
It is antiquated. You dont get alerts when a transaction occurs. Does not compare to numericas
This app has never worked for me, if I use my login credentials it will just tell me an unexpected error occurred and close itself
Displaying the message internet connection needed but it's working just fine all other apps work online.
Have to consistently Uninstall to mobile deposit anymore. Always crashing while doing deposits
Doesn't have many features. Can not see my history of transactions. Past two days.
It's great except can only view 10 transactions and no ability to go further.
Never used cards where stolen and my account is closed. I never set my account up with app.
WTB is the BEST bank ever!! Love the people and the convenience of 24/7 banking through the app!

This App Does Not Work. Kind of disappointing that a bank cant have a functioning app.

excellent, easy to use.
was working fine but 9 months ago the app now give me an error message every single time I log in. it's like they took compatibility away from my phone and it's very frustrating. multiple reinstalls and updates have done nothing. all those recourses extracted from people apparently can't build a tiny app that just shows number on a page. wish I could give less than one star. EDIT: Still unusable as of 05/04/21.
