THIS CANDY CRUSH IS AGGRAVATING. The minute I open the app I get hit with Candy crush.... I immediately close the app...I don't want to see Candy crush, I want to see the news.
As if there weren't enough adds in the app already now I get to see an irrelevant full screen pop up add that I have to close out as soon as I open the app. The new layout is horrible. Didn't your Mamas teach you .... IF IT AINT BROKE DON'T FIX IT UPDATE: It's worse then ever. It now seems to load the news (after bypassing all the pop-up adds) when it chooses to (if at all). WTOC should be ashamed of the inferior product representing them. You owe me stars after I rated this app so low
The app is progressively getting worse. The layout of stories is now simply horrible. This changed in the last few days and needs to change back. I can accept some advertising but now stories and ads look the same. Nearing a point of deleting this app altogether.
Wtoc should be ashamed. This new app is heavy on advertising and poor on delivering news. It jumps on its own to another story while u r trying to scroll up past all of the ridiculous advertising. Then when u try to correct it it sends u tp more advertising. ABSOLUTE UNACCEPTABLE. I'LL HAVE TO GET MY NEWS ELSEWHERE! Update. May 2021. They updated it again and now ITS WORSE. IT TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD AND THEY ADDED MORE ADVERTISING. PURE GREED. TERRIBLE. DESERVES A ZERO.
First they get the story down with bad grammar. Then they update the headline telling you new facts... When you click the headline it is still the same article that was originally written and they eventually update it days later. I guess that is par for the course when you seem to be hiring locally and within your master cbs guidelines of what it will look like at face value... I get it
The app itself is fine. As far as apps go, it is what it is. It's WTOC in general. There is absolutely no integrity what-so-ever going on at WTOC anymore. We need to forget about ratings and put the integrity back in the newsroom.
This app doesn't really work right...when I get a notification and tap on it for more info it takes forever to load and when does load it is so full of ads that it's difficult to navigate...whatever 😬
The new application is terrible. It crashes constantly and the full page pop up ads are so disruptive that I removed the app from my phone.
The new update made the App awful. I haven't been able to use it because it crashes and it's always tethering.
When I got the new update on this app n I try to go to the traffic map. It doesn't even come up. I hold that part of the menu down n it still doesn't do anything. plz fix this
What happend to the "used to be" great app? Keeps crashing, bad layout, constant ads. Have to look for another news source now .
This app was good before they went "Crazy Nancy" left with all of their views. Now it's just another poor example of one sided biased news garbage. The app also looks like a kindergarten art project.
Been watching this channel on TV for over 30 years. And using the app for about 6 years so i would recommend this app to any and all. Great source of news and weather.
Crashes. It's basically an unused app because it crashes before you can even utilize the app.
If you're going to add ads and pop-ups, do it right! Is this a news app? Not if you can't use it. Deleted it. It's horrible now.
The viewing window is small on my phone, turn it sideways and it's barely visible. Samsung 8+
App was great untill last update stories take so long to load because so many adds trying to load at same time if I wanted to watch commercials I would just watch the television
Half the time can't get app to open to what I want to see. It is super hard to get rid of update number on app.

The pop over ad prevents the app from opening. Really poorly designed app...
Ads are to long you watch 20min. Of ads and 10 minutes of news.
Get rid of the popup ads!

Can not contact anyone. I missed voting because I was miss lead on where I could vote. I went to my regular voting site and there was no one there.
