• Pay Your Bill – It just got easier to pay your electricity bill! Arrange to have your bill paid automatically from your credit card, bank debit card, or bank account through our app.
• Monitor Energy Usage
- Compare your current usage with your usage from the previous year so that you can learn more about how energy is used in your home.
• Find a Payment Location – We’ve simplified the way you look for a payment location. Just enter your ZIP code or address to find the closest payment location. Now, you can pay your energy bill at a convenient payment location near you.•Locate a Home Services Technician – Needing help with home repairs? Search for an electrician, plumber, or central heating and air conditioning technician near you, and rest assured that the technician will be provided by our trusted partners.
• Refer-a-Friend – We’ve made it easy to share your love for WTU Retail Energy with your friends and family. For each person that becomes a WTU customer because of your referral, you will earn up to $5 off your bill each month for 36 months. When i use the app it keeps saying that my login information is incorrect when I know for sure it is correct... I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still didn't work... I used the same information when I log into their website and it works..

The lamest ap I've ever used. Takes 4 attempts or more to log in. Then it doesn't take a payment, directs me to an automated payment by phone system, that doesn't work either. It shouldn't be this hard to pay a bill in the year of 2014

I like the app. It doesn't show pending payments so I accidentally made 2 payments. Had set one up. Came later and didnt see it so set another.

I keep trying to log in and the app says that my account is invalid, or not available. I know for fact that my log in works because I use their website to pay my bill.
