For each person that becomes a WTU customer because of your referral, you will earn up to $5 off your bill each month for 36 months. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, and you can do it all from your smartphone.

App is okay. Everything that is needed to manage account available. Just crashes ever now and then
App lets me do what I need to do. I have had no issues with the app so far. Positive experience.

I love this app because the web site never works. I can check my bill, pay it and set up everything from here. Web site is what needs improvement.
I love it I can check my billing and my payments also my usage. Plus if I have as my questions it's real simple to get a hold of someone and get really quick responses.
I like this app, but I don't readily see an option to update my password.
Would have given 5 stars but not working now. Keep getting a black screen then goes back to my home screen. Please fix.
The lamest ap I've ever used. Takes 4 attempts or more to log in. Then it doesn't take a payment, directs me to an automated payment by phone system, that doesn't work either. It shouldn't be this hard to pay a bill in the year of 2014

The usage feature doesn't show me anything, page is blank, also the pay on line feature just takes me out of the app..
I like the app. It doesn't show pending payments so I accidentally made 2 payments. Had set one up. Came later and didnt see it so set another.
I keep trying to log in and the app says that my account is invalid, or not available. I know for fact that my log in works because I use their website to pay my bill.
When i use the app it keeps saying that my login information is incorrect when I know for sure it is correct... I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still didn't work... I used the same information when I log into their website and it works..
