Wunder Carpool

I like the App but there can be several improvements in it. The algo to calculate the travel is nice but the limit of 5 rupees/km is low when you compare it with the rising fuel costs. Also, if someone has multiple requests for same time, they can be notified about it , as it becomes pretty messy if you see the same person with multiple rides in the same time.

this should be a very useful app if all functions work properly like timely chat sending and receiving, notification accuracy, map indicator accuracy, online indicator accuracy, start driving indicator. its either it updates late or not at all. but at times everything works well so not sure where the malfunctions are coming from. hope these can all be fixed soon.

Wunder as a service is really really helpful to the public for very apparent reasons. The idea is way too amazing and carpooling is now widely accepted by both drivers and riders. Wunder deserves an award gor tyus innovation. The app, however, needs a lot of fixing. First, the riders and drivers are both aware that the app is not reliable enough in many instances - freezing, not sending messages, delayed sending of message, offering and finding rides needs a lot of improvement. Customer experience has a room to be better. Also, Wunder needs to think of creative ways to maintain the ridership because many drivers and carpoolers make arrangements outside of the Wunder app. But overall, Wunder is truly a fun way to share rides, meet new friends, and contribute towards collective austerity and saving the environment. been using the app for almost a year but during the later months its been hard to contact carpoolers thru the app's chat. my messages are not sending at all. i cant open messages that were sent to me as well. most of the time, i end up cancelling the ride instead. the only ones i can contact are my regular carpool rides who i message thru sms. the app is great but there are a lot of bugs that should be fixed.

This idea is very ideal for working commuters. But its really frustrating to find a matched car. All that I have requested are fully booked and yet they are still included on the options. It was my first time to try this app but d experience is so disappointing. Still havent found any matched car after several tries

Very helpful app for both driver & passenger. the extra cash really worth it. however, the app itself has bugs. it usually hangs during rush hour. and messaging dont work. so it's important to get the other party's number. problem is if it's set on Private.

Long time user. App has improved a lot and better along with the other functionalities. However, the charges recently have been too much considering the minimal bonus/compensation. Even cash transactions now have fees. I think a fixed platform fee maybe acceptable for the service provided, but the transaction charges per individual carpool is excessive/unnecessary considering the total number of wunder carpools done per day. I appreciate the app but now I am reconsidering using this.

The service of carpool is great. Everyone I encounter is friendly, because it benefits both the driver and the passenger. Because it's a free app, the messenger within app lags A LOT, 1 star off. I've been told by Drivers they don't even receive messages at times. So give your mobile number at first contact.

It was my first time using the app, and the instructions weren't clear. I got the impression that I had to "pay" first in order to proceed. The car owner and I ended up not connecting and I did not get a ride, but my wallet was deducted the cost of the ride. The solution provided was to "try to get another ride" from the same owner, which won't work because that ride was not a regular route I take. The customer service team cannot do refunds or manual adjustments to a person's wallet, and there is no way for a car owner to issue a refund either - which is ridiculous. If Wunder is limited in this regard, then it should ONLY be offering cash payment as the option since situations that require a refund cannot be helped.

Good initiative for a good purpose. But very less customer set. Always tried requesting for a ride before Uber, but never got one. Lack of active customers is the issue. I would suggest you'll should aim at expanding since this an initiative everyone should support. Also I'm not sure how much feasible this is - but can ride be requested or approved at one click or instantly.

First of all thank you wunder app to help commuters to find smooth and eco free ride. I have been using wunder last 3months. My experience is really good. This application is quick and had not faced any glitches. I only have one suggestion here When we got any notification /request there should be different /high Alam alert option available in the app.

I'm pissed off with your crashing app. please do so ething about this. cannot receive and send messages. ridiculous. You say your improving the app? Its been like this since i used your app. Messages pops up but you couldn't view it inside the app itself. 2/19/18 Again. Do we need to uninstall and install again and again for this app to function properly?

I love how the app brings together drivers and riders - creating a community that mutually benefits from each other. I am both a carpool rider and a driver. I would love to see some improvements in the app and suggest the following: 1) Create a eature for searching frequent rider/driver in the carpool options and chatbox. 2) Bring back cash back for both riders and drivers! 3) In cancelling ride requests/offers, a feature on providing reasons for cancellation may be added.

It's all good but would be better if we can improve the msg box and load time as i think it seems to be late and lag many times. It would also be much user friendly if we can have something like when we hold the ride request we would be able delete what we have selected. Or apply some Filtering on the time/price of the ride.

Poor customer service, poor apps. I changed my phone and the apps no longer work properly. I can no longer set or make new sched. The apps loops in find ride stage. Tried to make service ticket multiple times but the issue never resolved mostly i got stupid answer like to reinstall, which not resolve anything. The apps wont allow me to reply to the msg as well after the agent reply so the ticket seems abandoned.

I've been having trouble viewing messages from passengers, and I think they are not receiving mine as well. i can view a part of their message from my notification bar when I receive it, but nothig appears on the app when I click it.

Let owner of car select the route on map or correct the route map. It shows those roads which doesn't exist or totally in bad condition. Wunder carpool is good initiative to make environment clean and green by saving fuel, reducing no of cars on roads etc. I liked it.

Useless app. useless support. Have installed thus app since last one month. Not a single passenger shown. I get 100s of notifications that a passenger is found but nothing is shown on the ride page. The support is completely useless. Very late automated replies on twitter, no response from email.

There's a bug in your messaging. My match and I can't send messages to each other when we were trying to meet in pick up point. Please fix. Otherwise, very helpful app!

Lacks historical information especially in payments whether the transaction is via Cash or via Wunder Wallet. The driver said that I paid via Cash based on his/her notification but I actually chose to pay via Wunder Wallet and my wunder wallet was deducted. Moreover, the messaging feature doesn't work well, I had to reinstall the app to make it work.

It would have been 5 stars if you can actually plot your ride map and not constantly being change automatically by the system.It would be nice if you have the freedom to choose the direction where you are going to and how you would want to pick up your wunder friends. Thanks

App is really helpful and I've been using this almost everyday for more than a year now. However chat function is not working recently and I'm having a hard time connecting with the drivers. I hope you can fix this asap. But overall, good job!

Overall, it's a great app. For me it lacks the function to choose your route and give the option to choose or filter passengers that will ride throughout the ride or end to end.
