Wunderlist: To-Do List & Tasks

I especially like this app because it saves and syncs to the cloud, which allows me to get a new device or factory reset and not lose my reminders. I use it mostly for bill paying reminders. My one annoyance is that I have to continually re-sort it by due date. Every time I add or complete a task I need to re-sort it. If that would be fixed I could give 4 stars.

I'm really sad to hear that Wunderlist shut down. I will miss this app 😢 I have carried this app forward across at least 4 phones for the past years. It worked brilliantly. Beautiful simple interface, reminded me to pay my bills and enabled me to ensure I don't forget anything before I travel. Made trips to the grocery store easier. I wish the developer would have tried reaching out in a video or something, I wouldn't have minded ads or a small subscription fee instead of shutting it down.

Great task managing app, can set reminders, have different lists, copy lists, assign tasks to people who also have access to the list, etc etc. I don't understand why Microsoft is killing it and "replacing it" all of a sudden. This is a great app and they are just getting rid of it. I would gladly recommend it even if Microsoft is getting rid of it for some reason.

This is definitely the best app for making lists because it has the ability to create folders for groups of lists separated by subject along with the ability to add subtasks and notes for any particular task. However, it would be nice to be able to have separate notes for each subtask, and the reminder/to-do aspect is nothing special. The UI is nice and simple, but it could use more customization options too. Overall though, it fills a unique roll and stands out among all the note apps, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is addicted to organization.

Love this app so sorry its end of life. I love the sound it makes when I get sthg done. I love the simplicity. I love having it on my phone and laptop, work and private to do lists. I tried Microsoft To do which will be replacing it and it didn't appeal. Couldn't even change the background and unnecessary complexity. When will people realize that you can beat simplicity.

I have tried a few different apps for organization and this one seems to be the simplest to use and can be used for a variety of purposes like grocery lists, to do lists, meeting notes, etc. Super easy to share and is especially great when a family member is grocery shopping so you can add groceries to the list and they can check off what they got in real time. It did take me an entire hour to figure out how to arrange all my lists in the order and categories I wanted them to appear in.

This app is fantastic. Use it for anything I can list.. Groceries, movies that sound good to watch, things to remember to add to Camper for next trip, anything at all. Then in case of a list that is repeated, for example, I have a list of "to do" when leaving the house for more than 2 days. Do your list, then just go into "completed items" and you can re-populate list without typing it again. Love This app!

Been using Wunderlist for a few years now. I like it because it has a simple, user-friendly layout with a lot of great features. The reminders work flawlessly, the quick add with contextual due dates is awesome, and the layout makes it easy to organize all of your to-do lists into one product that works everywhere. Also, the reminder time can be done in 24 he format which is a plus for me

My wife and I use this app to share everything from shopping lists to packing lists to Christmas gift ideas. It has been incredibly helpful and it has never failed us. The only issue is that sometimes notifications of completed tasks show up very late (hours to days later) but this has more to do with Android putting the app to sleep in the background, which I could fix but it really doesn't bother me, and less to do with the app itself. Opening the app up immediately syncs everything. Easily 5 stars!

Easy integration, fluid list making, easy to invite others to your lists. I utilize this app for project management and personal uses, and I think it's great. The one improvement I would suggest is to be able to prioritize the "important" tasks. For example, if I have a list for a project, there is a certain order they need to be done. I can only highlight the most important tasks, but cannot seem to show which ones are the most imperative.

I've been using Wunderlist for several years now and would be lost without it. I use it for shopping, to-dos, errands and appointments. I can prioritize my days and check items off my list as I complete them. It lets me set reminders, add notes and sync up with my partner for a running grocery list. Wunderlist is easy to navigate and is customizable to your needs. I really depend on Wunderlist and use it every day. Thanks developers!

I have tried a lot of to-do list apps, and Wunderlist is by far the best. It is much better than the one I used to pay $20/year for. My favorite features are the ability to share lists with others and the fact that lists can be viewed in multiple formats - day task is due or category (work, family, etc.). It also doesn't have any annoying pop up ads like other free apps I've tried. I highly recommend it!

Out of the tens of apps I have on my phone, this is the one I really depended on for years Sorry to see you move to Microsoft. I had to transfer there, but the UX is not the same. Please do something to salvage the beautiful themes, the beautiful fonts. The MS version is horribly plain in terms of graphics. The functionality is the same, but the UX suffers a lot because of the loss on the aesthetics part.

This is just about the best app for making lists. Reminder can be set, repeating tasks are supported, subtasks, add files, etc. I wish you could set priority levels such as low, medium and high. I wish there was a good grocery and shopping list function that's more intuitive. I still have to use a separate app for groceries

Loved it. So sad it's going away. It was the most efficient, effortless, functional app I've ever used for shared lists. Flexible and well designed with moveable subtasks, reminders, scheduled repeats, shareable lists. It was intuitive and easy to use and to learn. The fact that I could operate everything with very few button presses was appealing, as was the ease of use and sharing.

I like it, but I wish it were more flexible with past due tasks. For example, if I set a reminder to exercise daily and then miss a few days... the app continues to show the task was due last Thursday and then I have to catch up by marking it done several times. Some tasks should just auto-fail if you don't mark them done. This is even more important with weekly tasks. If I am half a week late doing a certain task, I don't want a reminder again in 3 days. I want to be able to tell it that the next due date is always a week from completion.

It does everything I needed to do. Keeps multiple to do list in different categories. Easy to work with. Syncs across my iPad and Samsung Galaxy phone. Love how simple it was all I needed it to do list. I didn't need to open up a calendar and app and everything. Just open this and look at your to-do list and pick something to get done. I really hate to see this go away.

The concept is great. The option to share list is very convenient. However, I have problems with the syncing. The lists on the widgets do not update automatically and I often have to update the list on the app itself beforehand, and sometimes doing so does not even work. Plus, the minumum widget size is excessively big and take up unnecessary space. Those annoying details make me consider using another list sharing app.

Loved this list...sorry to see it go. Not following because they turned a simple shopping list app into something way more than needed. I got the app for what I needed...a way to have a dedicated listed for my family to utilize together to cut back on excessive trips to the store that wasn't cluttered with every other aspect of life. Why do i need a calendar on my shopping list. Sometimes multi function things don't make things easier.

I really like this app! It helps me keep organized and allows me to work on tasks and set goals to achieve while still keeping in mind real world time tables. I set up a bunch of tasks for the day and can keep them highly organized with the easy to use interface. The reminder feature allows me to loosely or strictly define deadlines. That feature let's me truly focus on the tasks without losing sight of my other goals for the day. The only issue I have is the synching issues that occur sometimes.

Overall it is a really useful and helpful app. I have just ran into a bug/glitch that makes it unuseable. It works perfect in full screen mode but when I want to put it on half of my screen, it shuts down and won't reopen. I have uninstalled and installed the app three times now and it hasn't fixed it. I am on a Chromebook so maybe this app hasn't been updated to be able to function yet? I will continue to use Wunderlist as it is amazing, I just wanted to make my concern know.

This app needs the ability to sort completed items alphabetically, such as groceries when creating a shopping list. It takes much too long to sort through them all when they need to go on the list again. Please add this feature. The list itself can be sorted alphabetically so I'm not sure why that couldn't be an option for the completed items also....or better yet, an option to create categories or most commonly purchased items.

Really helpful at managing groceries, reminder, password lists. I use it all the time. Collaborate and share shopping lists with wife,(on her phone) so either of us can pick up things when one of us gets the chance to go to the store. Makes running our household easier. So it becomes another communication avenue for us. Also it's really easy to use. Love it!
