old app was better...no ACH are shown loved that feature because of direct deposit for paycheck and you can't see authorized holds either....
When I get to the last step of the login and hit "login in" it will say loading them a screen will come up that says "session expired. Login in again" when I go to login again it give me the sam message again
I've had this app for months and have yet to be able to login. I put all my info in within 30 seconds but every time is tells me my session has timed out. I cant rate the app accurately since I haven't been able to use it. Please fix!!
Will not let me login. Says that the session has timed out and login has failed. Dont understand how it can timeout in less than 30 seconds...
I know my passwords and question answers, but the app won't let me login and I just get locked out of my account. useless until this is fixed.
This ap hss caused me to over draft ect.

No where near as useful as PC access. Even took some features away from last update. Doubt anyone at WVCCU is looking at this, so this is a waste of time where they are concerned. Just get an app out there so we can advertise that we have an app. Potential users: try it, just don't expect too much.
Login expired, login expired, I cant even get into the app, works as good as their customer service not at all
Every time I try to log in it says session has expired. Please fix this I would love to use this app.
Was a really good app, then all of a sudden, starting 3 months ago, it kept saying my log in info. was incorrect, and I never changed any of it. Anyway, I'm done with this app.
