The WVPB App allows you to watch and listen to all of WVPB’s programs, Radio and TV!The app provides On-Demand content of all your favorite shows, live streaming of the radio channels, PBS Kids! content with parental controls, easy access to the live Radio and TV program schedule plus the ability to explore additional content!
Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off. Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!
• Listen to live streams from WVPB even while traveling! Start the app and your favorite station starts playing. Watch PBS programs easily from your device, no matter where you are.
• Integrated WVPB TV and Radio program schedules.
• One click stream switching – flip over to the program you noticed on another channel with a single click.
• Listen to WVPB in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails!
On Demand
• Access WVPB programs easily and quickly.

• When accessing programs, individual segments (when available) are listed so you can review and choose one or listen/watch the entire program.
• The WVPB Public Media App displays the web page associated with the program or program segment you are listening to On Demand so you can explore for more information.

West Virginia Public Broadcasting is an amazing resource that brings incredible arts and science programming and award winning news coverage and this app is a worthy and easy to use on-ramp to all of it. I honestly cannot recommend it enough.
Considerably better than the earlier versions for Android. Attractive interface, but more importantly, the live stream is easily accessible and WORKS!
I liked the variety of content. Their programming has Celtic and classical music, the BBC News and my local legislative happenings, and of course Mountain Stage.

Exceptional utility thanks to the simplest of features: audio continues when I minimize the screen, which is something most media apps don't offer or at least not for free, and audio stops when I close the screen, without having to press pause first. A+
