WW Phone Tracker Parent App

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP! This app does not work properly. It does not pause apps when it should. it automatically turns them back on. There are also items on my childs phone and it does not sync to the app. I tried this program before. payed the money and just lived with the fact it didnt work. I forgot why I didnt like the app the last time (it doesnt let you try the free trial a second time and now I see why.) I requested a refund and they are telling me no.

May be a good app - I will never know. Supposed to be a free trial, but that was found to be untruthful. Also the smallest starting plan is $40 / monthly Once again I don't know if it's worth it. Advertisement was False. I was unable to do a free trial. So I don't know if it does what I need. Also I've got questions before any purchase is ever made. Exspecially one of that high of ammount.

After 4 days the texting feature stopped working and I had no access to view messages. I was NOT able to block certain sites, and while it shows you any searches done on google, it will NOT show you things searched/done in incognito mode. Based on another review, I canceled the auto renewal of the service, since I just wanted to try it for the 3 month period I was interested in before deciding to renew. They canceled my subscription ENTIRELY. They haven't refunded my extra purchase, either. 👎🏼

BEWARE PLEASE READ!! They say there is a 14 day free trial. IT IS NOT! In the top of the page it says $10.84 then they preselect a yr subscription. I thought I was paying $10.84. I emailed them and told them I only agreed to the $10 they said that was a monthly breakdown for the yr. They will NOT refund unless unless it is a product fault!! They do NOT give you a free 14 day free trial! If you cancel the order thru your credit card They will turn you into a COLLECTION AGENCY!! VERY SKETCHY!!

Horrible experience. DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I haven't used the app for years but recently noticed that they are still taking the annual fee out of my account which isn't cheap especially durring a pandemic. Absolutely. Unacceptable. I will change my review once my money is refunded for the last 2 years as I wasn't active and was ignored when requested for a account cancelation.

Customer service is nonexistent! Please dont list a creditcard on their site as they can change pricing at any time & bill your account w/o your knowledge. Had a hard time installing,after 4 days of trying to reach someone I was told the app on play store didnt work & they sent me a link. I cancelled after one month but they continued to bill my card. Im currently disputing the charges because they charged my cancelled account w/o my consent. Getting a refund is a nightmare, try another app!!

Buyer beware!!!! Went with this AP because it advertised refunds if doesnt function as advertised. I've tried a few that didn't work in the past. Pay for my subscription and go to download it on my daughters iphone and then it tells me I have to have a PC. And that PC and phone have to be on same network. I dont have a PC so I requested a refund. They refused because their refund is only if it doesnt function as advertised. Total Scam!!!!

My lord this is a horrible platform. the app sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I was finally fed up and had customer service cancel my account. only to be billed again after my account was supposedly canceled. the best part Is their refund team says that this is not a refundable scenario. this company needs the better business bureau to check into them. horrible business and app. update: I've contacted the better business bureau.

It is a waste of time to NOT do it's job. Unable to view features in clear settings, doesn't show you anything about the activity other than what area of the phone was used, still doesn't show you what. Save the hassle.

Horrible app! Says it will provide incoming & outgoing text msgs, it only provided incoming. The only thing you get from IG is the notification, no content at all. My daughter has no other apps, so I don't know if others work or not. I have contacted tech support & they ignored my issues and said they will not refund but I can give them access to the device and they will try to resolve the issue. Now I cannot access our account from my daughters decice and they are ignoring that issue!

Absolutely terrible, suppose to receive a free trial and i never did!! As soon as i opened the app it said that my free trial had ended and i never even started using it yet!! Im not going to just pay for a subscription if im not sure i even like it.... So i did a live chat with, supposably, an agent and they had no authority to rebegin my trial! Just pathetic, they did this just to have me pay right from the beginning!! Its false advertising!!!

DO NOT download this app, it is a extreme pain to get to work correctly and multiple steps are required including hooking your phone to a laptop.. Not to mention their advertising as a "risk free trial" is a joke, criminal and a scam. You will be charged the minute you enter any CC info. There are much better apps out there that are cheaper and do offer an actual trial period to see if it works for you. This was false advertising at its best and they WILL NOT REFUND your money.

Exceptional app! And i don't say that lightly either. I would've liked a bit more accuracy on the GPS/map position but it's the only app of this kind that I'd actually keep/use so far. Far surpasses any others that I tried...free or paid! I recommend it.

Scam alert! There is no risk free trial. They charge your account as soon as you enter your credit card information. Then put you through this process to download the software that takes hours and requires a PC once that's done the process is incomprehensible. Then when you cancel and request the refund, with in the trial period. You absolutely will not get one. Citing so many nonrefundable scenarios basically stating the only risk free thing about this app is to not down load it.

I paid for this app on both iPhone and android phones... It never worked at all on the first iPhone. I was online to techs a number of times. Changed to android. It worked for one week, then quit, they never fixed it, or refunded any of my money... I paid for a month, then three months, it worked for about one week and quit, so they got 3 1/2 months of payment for no service.

Use at your own risk. I had no problem paying, it was clear when signing up that I'd be charged the $39.95 for the month. But inaccurate information is where I draw the line. It was showing the phone traveled in the middle of the night while I was literally video chatting with her in bed. If something happened and I was unable to get in touch with her, I would have lost my mind thinking she was somewhere she wasn't. I'm canceling immediately and would like a refund.

It would be better if seen feature can be in iOS device. Android version is more comp complete. Thank you so much to the application for providing such a great service to the working parents and we just love this application.
