The app could be improved by updating the coding to have drop-down menus, tabs, a more straight-forward return to previous page. Also when scrolling, a bar that stays on the top of the page for a search icon that can expand + back button + advance search options, etc. Maybe smaller font to max. page space + magnifyer. Other than that, while it's best described as clunk, it has a practical appealand serves its purpose.
The function is great, there is no app like this, but the functionality could improve, representing top companies in the world, I hope WWDB continues to improve its service and how easy things are accessed/linked/streamed, frequently connection is dropped and it shows a blank page, and searching for a particular audio that is remembered is difficult. Thankyou to whom reads this criticism and to the team making this app the best it can possibly be, you deserve a higher rating, with some changes.
WWG has amazing content and is a very useful and powerful business tool... However the app is very disappointing... It is slow, it crashes multiple times a day, often freezes. It is amazing what you get but the app does become a little frustrating
Great app but since the update i have not use this app, alot of bugs.I could not get access to any of the tools for two months now. I tried deleting it and installing it back but for some reason it reaches 100% and start all over again and again. I tried this almost everyweek but to no avail. I really want this fix because I pay monthly fee and not getting access to this important tool
Love the new app, looks gorgeous. But it constantly crashes, its a gurantee I'll have to open it twice because the first time won't work. Or ill be in the middle of using the calendar and it'll just lock up.
I love WWG! I love the value in materials. But the app leaves much to be desired. The app crashes, wont download things properly, and is soooo sloooooow. Once the app works better i will change my rating. **April 2021 update** Im not sure what happened, but the app seems move a little faster these days.
First let me preface this review by saying this app is a powerful business tool and WW is a first class company. However, after the update my wife and I cannot log in and we are using the same credentials we use to log into the website. We have both uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times only to have the same issue. Not sure what's going on but this app gets 1 star for now. Will rate and review again after the bug(s) are fixed.
WWG is amazing! Thank you for all that you do, so that we don't have to! Everything that is put out is top notch. The team is there to assist and fix any issue (not that I have experienced many at all!) quickly and thuroughly.
Great app except for the Edibles...for whatever reason, I have not only the new items but also everything that has ever been produced plus the prices and PV points do not reflect the in-store information. I've uninstalled, reset phone reinstalled, edibles never change its always the same. I've compared with other members iOS and Android users my information is always incorrect. I'm using the Pixel 3XL anyone having the same issues?
Same problem for months. Worked before the February update. After the update app opens, shows icons, but no content for anything, just white pages.
Phenomenal app, but has stopped working and tried to re-download and I keep getting errors. Any suggestions to fix the problem hasn't worked either. Will change back to 5 stars if I can download this again...
Love the updates and new functions. But app crashed a lot, automatically close when i tap on it. Wwg app for Android is not as good as app for IOS.
I love this app! It is so so simple to use. Yes, you have to pay for like a Prime Membership. It's worth it. If you want to work with a world class business training company to become a better business owner, you're going to have to make some sacrifices to get to the top. $75 is nothing compared to the training and information they provide. My app crashes every time I open it, I always have to open the app twice. Sometimes I can't reopen it. Using android.
Very sad. I have downloaded this app 6 times. I have not been able to sign in. It's unfortunate. Please fix whatever kink is causing this issue. I'd like to use this app 😭
This Android app freezes frequently. It's as if connectivity is an issue but I have 5/5 bars of cell signal strength.
Awful. Need to keep restarting. I want previous version back immediately. Until it is fixed, credit my premium membership 85/30= $2.83 per day starting yesterday! Thank you
I love the functionality and multi app interface. But I updated my app recently on my S21 Ultra and now when I open it, it's just blank.
Crashes when I try to reopen the app, if audio plays on another app it crashes the app, and most of the icons are low res
The app and technology updates keep getting better and better!! Being able to access so much in one small app is so amazing! we are so lucky!
I can not read the font it is to small. & no easy way to adjust that larger nor a help feature.
This is an amazing app. My issues have been resolved and I just love th current version. Love the new features especially the retail shelf.
