For the last 5 months npr will cut off after several min Story returns to beginning when restarted. Extremely frustrating. Yesterday I got an entire hour of play. Today 30 seconds. Surely you can correct this.
This app is horrible. It cuts out constantly. Very frustrating. Causes me to miss most of the news. Because of this app I only am now finding out that Donald Trump has been elected president. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Fantastic. No drops, no delays, and they have all the NPR programs (Fresh Air, Le Show, WWDTM &c.) I could want. PLUS JAZZ!!! Thank you WWNO!
Stops and pauses constantly. I've had it on several phones so it's not the phone's problem.

Update: the app works much better in 2020, but still stops and starts on Android. --- The app consistently and randomly stops streaming and freezes, necessitating one to close and reopen it. I reached out to the help desk and was given a cut-and-paste troubleshooting list that in the end did nothing to alleviate the problem, which is a known problem as the most recent update refers to it.
okay, it works again.
The apps' function is fine with one exception. If I press pause on any bluetooth device, the app closes. If it doesn't close, I have to go to my phone and repeatedly press PLAY to resume operations.
