Aggravated. Loved this app to watch live until about a month ago. Now it won't load the live streaming. I removed it and reloaded. Looked for updates. Checked wi-fi and data. Now it just says 'Page Can't Load' after buffering for 10 minutes. Has happened every day for a month. Disappointed as I used to watch it every morning. Guess I'll be looking at a different station.
Used to be my go to news app. This latest update has made it absolutely unusable. I'm ok with the adds for a free app, but there are now pop ups every 5 seconds or so. It's impossible to read anything like that. I've tried to email the developers, but the email came back as undeliverable. Deleting this app.
Bring back old app or fix the new one, it is horrible. Freezes, locks up my phone until I do a manual restart. The full page advertisement upon opening the app is annoying and my screen often goes blank after trying to 'x' out of it. I just uninstalled the app. Too bad, it used to be my go-to app for Cincinnati news.
Ever since I had to do an update on my Samsung phone on Wednesday it will not support the app.
This app's notification sound is way too obnoxious & loud. Will you please change the sound to something that's not obnoxious or startling, & lower the volume??
Can't click on a picture to enlarge. And video is jenky. If I by chance turn my phone while a video is playing, it stops, then I have to watch an ad again and start the video over. Did a 3rd grader put this app together? The old one was much better. Must have a college degree making 6 figures and gets weekends and holidays off. Wish I could create garbage product and make money.

Update us garbage! Leave well enough alone! It worked fine before. Now when you click on the link, a large full page add pops up. And when you X out of the add, the screen turns blank. Fix it and I will use it again. I will give it another week before I Uninstall it. Thanks for screwing up my favorite new app. DON'T TOUCH THE FOX 19 WEATHER APP! DON'T SCREW THAT UP TOO! PLEASE!
It never seems to work it closes itself while in use and and the new add page before you get to the news if you even get to read it is a nuisance. By far is this is the most unfunctioning app update they've had getting ready to switch to nine news app just so it works disappointed.
Since the most recent update, when I click on a notification I get a full page advertising click off that and then the screen goes blank. I do not like the new layout it's cumbersome to use and the content seems to have gotten worse.
Everytime this app has an update it turns back on notifications. Why can't you remember the previous version's settings? I don't like random notifications about the weather. You better get it figured out bc I'm about to delete the app for a different weather app.
The videos no longer play, everything goes black after you hit play. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue! Please fix this, this is why I'm giving only 1 star. What's the point of breaking news if you can't click and see anything.
I could always count on 19 to bring news stories that were not seen on other news stations now it's just a bunch of videos I cant even enjoy reading the news without any unwanted background noise I think 19 blew it by changing something that was not needing any change at all, that being the app before this one now.
Between barely being able to use the app anymore, and how one-sided and the super liberal social media posts and stories, I've pretty much given up on this station. Used to be about the story and facts with them.... now it's about an agenda.
Videos are not desired or appreciated in a news app. I check the news on breaks or while watching tv. I don't think to have earbuds in nor have any desire to watch anthing on my phone. If it's worth producing, publish the script for reading
Does not send my Moto notifications but then the old version didn't very often but it did on occasion. The app does not keep stories on top; I may see one from a few hours ago then next Mays weeks or months to maybe years ago.. never all current
I used to love only 19 wxix news on my phone . now when i start to read an article it deletes itself and opens again. I sent feedback like it says to and got no help. So i deleted , re-downloaded 3 times it still keeps not letting me read articles at all. Guess i change to another station. Bye wxix
After last update their links don't open. Today I couldn't even get in.
The update is horrible, more ads then stories and it no longer sends notifications. Also I'm seeing stories from years ago and it's seems that it's more national than local news....
It is too difficult to use. Can't find what you are looking for.
Worked fine before the update. Now its trash. Open an story you get a blank page, try to go full screen the page bounces around and sends you back. Use to be my go to for news
The most recent update to Android devices has caused the app to never fully load a story... not very satisfied with this recent change of design either.
I can't even use the app anymore. Every time I try to read an article, the app crashes. It's completely useless and drains my battery.
terribly slow, takes SO much time to load stories, details/news hard to find. graphics are nice, but otherwise it is a HUGE disappointment
Aweful sparse and oudated news. As an example: it is the day after the Indy 500 and not a word, even in the sports section! Sad little app.
Since the update I haven't actually been able to use the app correctly. All it shows is what is recommended for me. It doesn't show any news like at all.
where is fox 19 first alert weather app i can't find it . its been gone for at least 3 weeks. 19 said to download it every day on the news , i say to them it not searchable no more. come on i love that app . i can't believe its not here.
Hate the new format! It looks disorganized. The increase in advertising has slowed things down even more.
Very unstable, and not enough transcripted (written) news stories - almost everything is forced-video news. I usually prefer to read news stories vs watching the video. And almost every news story I click on disappears within moments so I have to keep restarting the app. Also, the push Notifications keep turning back on, even though I switch them off in the app Settings. Horrible app. Might have to switch to a different local news app if they don't fix this quickly.
